本发明公开了一种塑钢外管遮物帘，包括长筒状外管和设于所述外管两端的外封盖，沿外管长度方向设有开口，外管内容置有可卷收的布帘，所述布帘伸出所述外管的开口的自由端连有拉板，所述外管为塑钢外管。采用塑钢材质制作的遮物帘重量减轻，对产品的轻量化有非常大的提高，更加符合节能降耗的要求。此外，遮物帘的承重性/变形量/真直度均符合产品使用性能，也不会产生生绣等问题，产品的单价也会相对降低。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰遮物帘，具体涉及一种塑钢外管遮物帘。
背景技术
汽车内设有遮物帘不仅能充分利用车内空间，遮盖后备箱杂物，方便美观，还能起到防偷防窥的作用。现有的遮物帘外管一般选用铝材或铁材，铝材的密度约为2.702g/cm3，铁材的密度约为7.87g/cm3，这些材质导致遮物帘重量较重，且金属制品的外管需要进行表面处理，如粉末喷涂，以防锈，造成单价较高，不利于节能降耗的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种塑钢外管遮物帘，该遮物帘的重量较轻，不会产生生锈问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种塑钢外管遮物帘，包括长筒状外管和设于所述外管两端的外封盖，沿外管长度方向设有开口，外管内容置有可卷收的布帘，所述布帘伸出所述外管的开口的自由端连有拉板，所述外管为塑钢外管。
优选的，所述外管内侧设有加强筋，所述加强筋包括设有外管角部的板筋和设于侧壁的条筋。
优选的，所述外管壁厚为1.5-2.5mm。进一步优选的壁厚为1.8±0.2mm。
优选的，所述外管表面为虎皮纹。
优选的，所述外管的塑钢材质内添加有玻璃纤维。
优选的，所述外管密度不大于1.50g/cm3。进一步优选的，塑钢外管的密度为1.42g/cm3。
本发明所达到的有益效果：
采用塑钢材质制作的遮物帘重量减轻，其相对铁质外管重量会降低82%,相对于铝质外管重量会降低47.5%，对产品的轻量化有非常大的提高，更加符合节能降耗的要求。此外，遮物帘的承重性/变形量/真直度均符合产品使用性能，也不会产生生绣等问题，产品的单价也会相对降低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案，而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1-3所示，一种塑钢外管遮物帘，包括长筒状外管1和设于所述外管1两端的外封盖4，沿外管1长度方向设有开口11，外管1内容置有可卷收的布帘2，所述布帘2伸出所述外管1的开口11的自由端连有拉板3，所述外管1为塑钢外管。该塑钢外管由聚氯乙烯（PVC）树脂制作而成，外管壁厚为1.8±0.2mm，塑钢外管的密度为1.42g/cm3。外管1表面制作为虎皮纹，使其具有更高档的外观质量。
为了增强外管1的强度，外管1内侧还设有加强筋，所述加强筋包括设有外管角部的板筋12和设于侧壁的条筋13，该板筋12与外管1角部形成三角形的空间。外管1的塑钢材质内添加有玻璃纤维，加有玻璃纤维的塑钢外管能够提高材质强度。

1.一种塑钢外管遮物帘，其特征在于，包括长筒状外管和设于所述外管两端的外封盖，沿外管长度方向设有开口，外管内容置有可卷收的布帘，所述布帘伸出所述外管的开口的自由端连有拉板，所述外管为塑钢外管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑钢外管遮物帘，其特征在于，所述外管内侧设有加强筋，所述加强筋包括设有外管角部的板筋和设于侧壁的条筋。
3.根据权利要求2所述的塑钢外管遮物帘，其特征在于，所述外管壁厚为1.5-2.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的塑钢外管遮物帘，其特征在于，所述外管表面为虎皮纹。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的塑钢外管遮物帘，其特征在于，所述外管的塑钢材质内添加有玻璃纤维。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的塑钢外管遮物帘，其特征在于，所述外管密度不大于1.50g/cm3。
