本发明属于日化用品领域,具体涉及一种空气杀菌消毒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和开放,人类的活动范围越来越广,随之带来的负面效应是自然环境和人们的生活环境日益恶化,疾病的传播速度越来越快,传播范围越来越广,发病的周期越来越短,严重影响了人们的身体素质和生活质量,对人们的身体健康造成威胁。如何开展对传染病和病菌通过空气的传播感染是厂矿企业、机关学校以及医疗卫生单位必须重视和积极开展的一项重要工作。
中国专利CN101480197B公开了一种稳定型消毒液及其制造方法,该消毒液含有效氯、溴化钠、氨苯磺酰胺、1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑、氢氧化钠和水,其实质是溶液中的亚氯酸钠发生歧化反应,生成了ClO2。该反应的特点是存在着一系列的平行反应和连串反应,且反应的速率很慢,只有当酸化剂的用量大于反应计量的3-5倍时,反应平衡才会向右移动。当5mol的NaClO2全部歧化时,也只能生成4mol的ClO2,即ClO2-的利用率接近极限值为(4×67.5)/(5×57.5)×100%=80%或者说反应物料NaClO2的利用率的极限值为(4×67.5)/(5×90.5)×100%=59.7%,但在实际应用时,活化反应混合液的酸度不可能很高一般pH=3-4为宜。这时ClO2-的利用率不到30%,这不仅浪费了大量的NaClO2,更严重的还有大部分的没有转化的ClO2-残留在ClO2产品的溶液中,而这种有害的ClO2-是很难自然消除的。因而可以说采用这种方法生产的ClO2消毒剂的品质是很差的。
因此,解决现有技术存在的问题,研究一种具有高效灭菌、消毒且易于大面积使用的气态杀菌消毒剂是目前的首要任务。
发明内容
为解决现有空气杀菌消毒剂具有刺激性气味以及对人体健康造成威胁等问题,本发明提供一种空气杀菌消毒剂及其制备方法。
本发明空气杀菌消毒剂,包括以下组分及其质量百分比:
甲壳素12~14%、精油8~11%、纳米二氧化钛抗菌剂8~10%、纳米银抗菌剂9~13%、液体石蜡11.5~15%、防冻剂0.5~2%、防腐剂0.5~1%、增稠剂0.5~1%和水33~50%。
优选的,所述的空气杀菌消毒剂由以下组分及其质量百分比组成:
甲壳素13%、精油9%、纳米二氧化钛抗菌剂9%、纳米银抗菌剂11%、液体石蜡13%、防冻剂1%、防腐剂0.7%、增稠剂0.8%和水42.5%。
优选的,所述的精油由薰衣草精油和茶树精油按质量比2:3组成。

此外,本发明还提供了一种空气杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:先将水置于反应釜中,然后将液体石蜡溶于反应釜的水中,待完全溶解并使其溶液温度降至常温后,依次加入甲壳素、精油、纳米二氧化钛抗菌剂和纳米银抗菌剂使其全部溶解;搅拌下加入防冻剂、防腐剂和增稠剂生成混合液即得。
甲壳素CAS号:1398-61-4;薰衣草精油CAS号:8000-28-0;茶树精油CAS号:68647-73-4;纳米二氧化钛CAS号:13463-67-7;纳米银CAS号:7440-22-4;液体石蜡CAS号:8042-47-5;甲基异噻唑啉酮CAS号:2682-20-4;羟甲基纤维素钠CAS号:9004-32-4。
甲壳素又称甲壳质、几丁质,是重要的天然抗菌剂,主要来自天然物质的提取物,如天然的贝壳、蟹壳、虾壳、鱼骨及昆虫等动物壳体非常坚硬的部分,是一种无色、无毒、无味、耐晒、耐热、耐腐蚀的结晶或无定形物,对带有负电荷的细菌、病毒及各种污染物有强力吸附作用;薰衣草精油和茶树精油含有天然植物抗菌成分,且气味清香给人以舒适感;纳米二氧化钛涂布于基材表面在光线的作用下产生强烈催化降解功能,能有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体,能有效杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌和真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理,同时还具备除臭、抗污等功能;纳米银抗菌剂抗菌原理为银离子接触反应,造成微生物共有成分破坏或产生功能障碍,当微量的银离子到达微生物细胞膜时,因后者带负电荷,依靠库仑引力,使两者牢固吸附,银离子穿透细胞壁进入胞内,并与SH基反应,使蛋白质凝固,破坏细胞合成酶的活性,细胞丧失分裂增殖能力而死亡;氯化钙作为防冻剂能在低温下防止物料中水分结冰;甲基异噻唑啉酮是一种高效杀菌剂且具有防腐效果,对于抑制微生物的生长有很好的作用;羟甲基纤维素钠可以改善和增加产品的粘稠度,保持流态产品的稳定性。
本发明配伍合理、科学,各组分相互配合、协同作用,使该空气杀菌消毒剂在保证环保安全的基础上具有很好的杀菌消毒效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术优势在于:采用无机杀菌剂与天然精油复配使用可快捷高效地达到祛味杀菌消毒效果,且使用后环保安全,无残留,对人体无刺激性、不伤身体。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用于例证的目的,绝不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-3,对比例1-2
表1列出了实施例1-3和对比例1-2的空气杀菌消毒剂的组分及质量百分比。

对比例1与实施例2的区别在于:不含纳米二氧化钛抗菌剂,增加纳米银抗菌剂的含量。
对比例2与实施例2的区别在于:精油由薰衣草精油和茶树精油按质量比1:1组成。
实施例2空气杀菌消毒剂的制备方法:先将水置于反应釜中,然后将液体石蜡溶于反应釜的水中,待完全溶解并使其溶液温度降至常温后,依次加入甲壳素、精油、纳米二氧化钛抗菌剂和纳米银抗菌剂使其全部溶解;搅拌下加入防冻剂、防腐剂和增稠剂生成混合液即得。
实施例1、实施例3和对比例1-2空气杀菌消毒剂的制备方法与实施例2类似。
产品性能评价测试
为进一步了解本发明空气杀菌消毒剂的性能,对实施例1-3和对比例1-2制备的空气杀菌消毒剂进行一系列性能评价测试。
试验例1:杀菌效果试验
根据卫生部《消毒技术规范》,用实施例和对比例制备的空气杀菌消毒剂对大肠杆菌等进行杀菌试验,试验采用质量浓度为2%的空气杀菌消毒剂,检测30min杀菌率。试验菌种为大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌,杀菌率见表2。

从表2可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制备的空气杀菌消毒剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的杀菌率均在90%以上,均高于对比例制备的空气杀菌消毒剂,可见本发明采用纳米二氧化钛抗菌剂配合采用薰衣草精油与茶树精油按质量比2:3组成的精油结合其他组分相互作用对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌具有很好的杀菌效果。
试验例2:本发明所述空气杀菌消毒剂的祛味及消毒试验
检测方法:在4m3的测试舱中进行,舱内的相对湿度控制在60%以上;将实施例和对比例制备的空气杀菌消毒剂放入测试舱内,试验采用质量浓度为2%的空气杀菌消毒剂,开启风扇,使其与空气充分混匀,测其初始浓度;作用1h后,采样分析测其浓度,结果见表3。

从表3可以看出,本发明实施例制备的空气杀菌消毒剂对甲醛、氨、硫化氢有消毒作用,且其祛除能力较对比例1-2强,说明本发明采用纳米二氧化钛抗菌剂配合采用薰衣草精油与茶树精油按质量比1:1组成的精油结合其他组分相互作用对甲醛、氨、硫化氢等有害气体具有很好的降解作用。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种空气杀菌消毒剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其质量百分比:
甲壳素12~14%、精油8~11%、纳米二氧化钛抗菌剂8~10%、纳米银抗菌剂9~13%、液体石蜡11.5~15%、防冻剂0.5~2%、防腐剂0.5~1%、增稠剂0.5~1%和水33~50%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气杀菌消毒剂,其特征在于,由以下组分及其质量百分比组成:甲壳素13%、精油9%、纳米二氧化钛抗菌剂9%、纳米银抗菌剂11%、液体石蜡13%、防冻剂1%、防腐剂0.7%、增稠剂0.8%和水42.5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的空气杀菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述的精油由薰衣草精油和茶树精油按质量比2:3组成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的空气杀菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述的防冻剂为氯化钙。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的空气杀菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂为甲基异噻唑啉酮。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的空气杀菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为羟甲基纤维素钠。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的空气杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:先将水置于反应釜中,然后将液体石蜡溶于反应釜的水中,待完全溶解并使其溶液温度降至常温后,依次加入甲壳素、精油、纳米二氧化钛抗菌剂和纳米银抗菌剂使其全部溶解;搅拌下加入防冻剂、防腐剂和增稠剂生成混合液即得。
