Abstract
本发明公开了一种母猪自由采食器,包括料斗、下料量调节机构和出料机构,下料量调节机构安装于料斗内部,料斗包括C型壳体、前侧板、底板和导料板,前侧板固定在C型壳体正面,底板焊接在C型壳体底部并与前侧板之间留有间隙作为出料口,底板与C型壳体的后侧壁之间焊接有导料板并与底板在出料口处对齐,出料机构包括下料板、顶杆、顶冒和限位销,下料板位于导料板上方,顶冒位于底板下方,顶杆上端穿过底板和导料板与下料板焊接,底端与顶冒焊接,限位销焊接在底板下方的顶杆上。本发明结构简易,下料量可自由调节,能避免下料到猪的眼睛和鼻子上,减少人工放料次数,母猪吃到新鲜饲料的同时饲料不会溢出,达到不浪费饲料和节省人工的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及畜牧设备技术领域,具体是一种母猪自由采食器。
背景技术
母猪采食器分几种类型,目前大多数使用的一种为固定在料线上或产床上的敞开式多次性加料的采食器和普通的自由采食器;这种采食器优点是通用性强;但是具有以下缺点:1、如果把饲料放进料槽里,时间一久吃不到新鲜的饲料,2、料多了猪容易把饲料拨到外面造成饲料浪费, 3、一天要多次加料满足母猪的吃食量,存在耗费人工等问题,4、普通的自由采食器材从中间下料,饲料下到猪的眼睛和鼻子上影响母猪的吃食和呼吸健康。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种母猪自由采食器,可以料线自动加料,减少人工加料,还可自由调节下料量,边吃边下料,避免饲料浪费,而且饲料不下到猪的眼睛和鼻子上。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种母猪自由采食器,包括上方开口的料斗、下料量调节机构和出料机构,所述下料量调节机构安装于料斗内部,所述料斗包括C型壳体、前侧板、底板和导料板,所述前侧板固定在C型壳体正面,所述底板焊接在C型壳体底部并与前侧板之间留有间隙作为出料口,所述底板与C型壳体的后侧壁之间焊接有导料板,所述导料板与底板在出料口处对齐,所述出料机构包括下料板、顶杆、顶冒和限位销,所述下料板位于导料板上方,所述顶冒位于底板下方,所述顶杆的上端穿过底板和导料板与下料板焊接,顶杆的底端与顶冒焊接,所述限位销焊接在位于底板下方的顶杆上,所述下料板与下料量调节机构配合控制下料量。
所述下料量调节机构包括指针、拉杆和调节斜板,所述拉杆的上端与指针活动连接,拉杆的下端与调节斜板活动连接,所述调节斜板位于导料板斜上方并与其形成y型漏斗状,所述指针通过指针安装孔固定在前侧板的上部,所述拉杆通过固定扣固定在前侧板的下部。
所述底板和导料板之间焊接有方管并延伸至导料板上方,所述下料板底部设有加强块,所述顶杆的上端穿过方管和加强块与下料板焊接,防止转动。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简易,下料量可自由调节大小,避免饲料下到猪的眼睛和鼻子上,方便使用,减少人工放料次数,能让母猪吃到新鲜饲料的同时不会让饲料溢出食槽外边,达到不浪费饲料和节省人工的目的。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明的保护范围的限定。
如图1至图8所示,一种母猪自由采食器,包括上方开口的料斗1、下料量调节机构2和出料机构3,下料量调节机构2安装于料斗1内部,料斗1包括C型壳体11、前侧板12、底板13和导料板14,前侧板12通过前侧板安装孔123固定在C型壳体11正面,底板13焊接在C型壳体底部并与前侧板12之间留有间隙作为出料口,底板13与C型壳体的后侧壁之间焊接有导料板14,导料板14与底板13在出料口处对齐,底板13和导料板14之间焊接有方管15并延伸至导料板上方。整个料斗通过C型壳体背面的U螺栓安装孔111安装在门上,料斗上方开口方便自由安装插入料线管。如图5所示,出料机构3包括下料板31、顶杆32、顶冒33、限位销34和加强块35,加强块35位于下料板底部,下料板31位于导料板14上方,顶冒33位于底板13下方,顶杆32的上端穿过方管15和加强块35与下料板31焊接,防止转动;顶杆32的底端与顶冒33焊接,限位销34焊接在位于底板下方的顶杆32上,限位销32与方管15之间设定一定距离让母猪可以上下自由拱动顶冒。
如图3和图4所示,下料量调节机构2包括指针21、拉杆22和调节斜板23,拉杆22的上端与指针21的中部活动连接,拉杆22的下端与调节斜板23活动连接,调节斜板23位于导料板14斜上方并与其形成y型漏斗状,指针21通过指针安装孔121(包括一个单独的固定孔和5个弧形排列的调节固定孔)固定在前侧板12的上部,其中指针21的一端固定于单独的固定孔,另一端固定于调节固定孔,前侧板12的下部设有固定扣安装孔122,拉杆22通过固定扣24固定在该固定扣安装孔122中进而对拉杆22进行固定。通过改变指针一端在5个调节固定孔的安装位置使调节斜板23紧贴着C型壳体侧壁上下滑动从而调节和控制下料量的大小。
本发明的工作原理:从料斗上方装填好饲料,改变指针一端在调节固定孔中的固定位置从而调节好下料量大小,指针在最上方的调节固定孔中为下料量最小,向下调节下料量依次逐渐加大。调节好下料量后,由于出料机构自身重力的作用,下料板通过其边沿与调节斜板接触,饲料无法下漏,然后将该母猪自由采食器安装于吃料的食槽上方,猪吃料时通过猪嘴往上自己顶动顶冒使顶杆向上移动,进而带动下料板上移,与调节斜板和导料板之间出现空隙,饲料从空隙中漏下,漏下的饲料沿着导料板下滑,把饲料导向到最前端的出料口处下料。料不会下到猪的眼睛和鼻子上,随吃随顶随下,吃多少下多少,自由采食,猪能吃到新鲜的饲料,不浪费饲料。
Claims (2)
1.一种母猪自由采食器,其特征在于,包括上方开口的料斗、下料量调节机构和出料机构,所述下料量调节机构安装于料斗内部,所述料斗包括C型壳体、前侧板、底板和导料板,所述前侧板固定在C型壳体正面,所述底板焊接在C型壳体底部并与前侧板之间留有间隙作为出料口,所述底板与C型壳体的后侧壁之间焊接有导料板,所述导料板与底板在出料口处对齐,所述出料机构包括下料板、顶杆、顶冒和限位销,所述下料板位于导料板上方,所述顶冒位于底板下方,所述顶杆的上端穿过底板和导料板与下料板焊接,顶杆的底端与顶冒焊接,所述限位销焊接在位于底板下方的顶杆上,所述下料板与下料量调节机构配合控制下料量,所述下料量调节机构包括指针、拉杆和调节斜板,所述拉杆的上端与指针活动连接,拉杆的下端与调节斜板活动连接,所述调节斜板位于导料板斜上方并与其形成y型漏斗状,所述指针通过指针安装孔固定在前侧板的上部,所述拉杆通过固定扣固定在前侧板的下部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种母猪自由采食器,其特征在于,所述底板和导料板之间焊接有方管并延伸至导料板上方,所述下料板底部设有加强块,所述顶杆的上端穿过方管和加强块与下料板焊接。
