Abstract

背景技术

发明内容
本发明的目的尤其是提供一种具有单侧印刷电路板的相对低成本的设备,所述电路板在不使用金属化过孔的情况下仍旧可以从另一侧接触。本发明由独立权利要求限定。在从属权利要求中限定有利的实施例。
本发明的一个方面提供了一种设备,所述设备包括单侧印刷电路板,所述单侧印刷电路板具有非金属化孔,和在单侧印刷电路板的金属化侧上靠近于非金属化孔的连接区域;以及来自连接区域并且至少部分地覆盖非金属化孔的导电桥,所述导电桥用于允许通过非金属化孔从单侧印刷电路板的非金属化侧接触(例如通过探针)连接区域。
本发明有利地应用在遥控设备中,在该情况下连接桥可以由形成连接桥的具有碳印刷区域的键垫的部分形成。探针可以用于测试目的,或者用于允许对IC进行编程。以类似的方式,在单侧印刷电路板的底侧处制作重置按钮是可能的,如果该重置按钮经由相应连接桥在印刷电路板的布线顶侧上桥接两个连接区域的话。

KM 键垫

附图示出依照本发明的实施例的遥控设备的各种视图。实施例是相当简单的遥控,其具有用于向上换台、向下换台、调高音量、调低音量的按钮B和待机按钮。当然,本发明可以可替换地与具有更多按钮的遥控一起使用。当按下按钮时,键垫KM的下侧上的碳印刷区域CP通过桥接两个接触区域而做出印刷电路板PCB上的连接(在该实施例中,这些接触区域由半圆来表示;具有其它形状的接触区域可替换地是可能的)。印刷电路板PCB具有习惯用于遥控设备的若干其它组件,诸如集成电路和红外光发射二极管。

如图2和3中所示,依照本发明的实施例的遥控设备的顶部外壳TC优选地形成为使得印刷电路板PCB中的孔上方的碳印刷区域被稳固地按压到连接区域上,使得如果并且当探针P通过孔插入并且接触碳印刷时,它得到与连接区域的良好连接。
应当指出的是,以上提到的实施例说明而非限制本发明,并且本领域技术人员将能够在不脱离随附权利要求的范围的情况下设计许多可替换实施例。在所示出的实施例中,连接区域CA是围绕印刷电路板PCB中的孔的圆形。可替换地,连接区域CA可以是邻近于孔的仅一侧的金属化区域。碳印刷区域CP不需要具有圆形形状,并且它们不需要覆盖整个孔,只要它们确保在通过孔插入的探针P与连接区域CA之间做出连接即可。键垫KM的底侧可以可替换地具有金属化接触区域而不是碳印刷区域,因为所有重要的是可以做出电气连接使得形成导电桥。虽然借助于由遥控设备形成的实施例说明了本发明,但是本发明可以与具有单侧印刷电路板的任何设备一起使用,所述单侧印刷电路板需要从另一侧接触。在权利要求中,置于括号之间的任何参考标记不应当解释为限制权利要求。词语“包括”不排除除了权利要求中列出的元件或步骤之外的元件或步骤的存在。在元件之前的词语“一”或“一个”不排除多个这样的元件的存在。
Claims (1)
1.一种遥控设备,包括:
单侧印刷电路板(PCB),具有非金属化孔,以及在所述单侧印刷电路板的金属化侧上靠近于所述非金属化孔的连接区域(CA);以及
来自所述连接区域(CA)并且至少部分地覆盖所述非金属化孔的导电桥,所述导电桥用于允许由探针(P)通过所述非金属化孔从所述单侧印刷电路板(PCB)的非金属化侧接触所述连接区域(CA);以及
具有碳印刷区域(CP)的键垫(KM),其中所述导电桥由所述碳印刷区域(CP)形成;
其中所述碳印刷区域(CP)不在按钮(B)下方并且可操作以当所述探针(P)通过底部外壳(BC)中的孔和所述非金属化孔从所述非金属化侧插入时形成所述探针(P)与所述连接区域(CA)之间的连接。
