一种低成本人造枕木,它由重量份为1‑4的密度板和重量份为6‑9的聚氨酯仿木粘结成型,其中,密度板由农作物秸秆颗粒制成;聚氨酯仿木包含重量份为9的聚氨酯A和聚氨酯B的混合液、重量份为1的纤维。聚氨酯A和聚氨酯B均为液态,聚氨酯A和聚氨酯B的配比为任意配比,其最佳配比为1:1;纤维长度≤5.0mm。和现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:农作物秸秆大幅降低整体成本;聚氨酯仿木中所含的纤维材料保持其原来的丝状,多条短纤维随机的分布在聚氨酯仿木里面形成网状,就像水泥里面穿有钢筋,增大了聚氨酯仿木的硬度,增强其降噪及抗震性,同时密度比钢枕小;从而具有降噪、减震、重量轻、成本低的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于铁路铺垫材料技术领域,具体涉及一种低成本人造枕木。
背景技术
枕木是承载物体,是用于铁路、专用轨道设备铺设和承载设备铺垫的材料。传统的高速铁路、桥梁轨道、城市交通中大多使用的是木枕或钢枕。木枕弹性好,重量轻,制作简单,绝缘性能好;但其缺点是使用年限较短,消耗木材量大,经济成本和生态成本高。钢枕噪音大,不能有效减震。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种减震、降噪、重量轻、成本低的人造枕木。
本发明的技术内容具体为:
一种低成本人造枕木,它由重量份为1-4的密度板和重量份为 6-9的聚氨酯仿木粘结成型,其中,密度板由农作物秸秆加工制成;聚氨酯仿木包含重量份为9的聚氨酯A和聚氨酯B的混合液、重量份为1的纤维。聚氨酯A和聚氨酯B均为液态,聚氨酯A和聚氨酯B的配比为任意配比,其最佳配比为1:1;纤维长度≤5.0mm。
低成本人造枕木的制备步骤为:
a.将农作物秸秆粉粹、干燥、压缩制成密度板;
b.将重量份为9的聚氨酯A和聚氨酯B的混合液、重量份为1的纤维搅拌混合均匀;
c.将重量份为1-4的密度板放入模具中,再将重量份6-9的由b步骤制备的聚氨酯仿木混合液浇筑压模发泡成型。

低成本人造枕木的制备步骤为:
a.将农作物秸秆粉粹、干燥、压缩制成密度板;
b.将重量份为9的聚氨酯A和聚氨酯B的混合液、重量份为1的纤维搅拌混合均匀;
c.将重量份为1-4的密度板放入模具中,再将重量份6-9的由b步骤制备的聚氨酯仿木混合液浇筑压模发泡成型;
d.将c步骤制备的物料填充于三维网状结构骨架中。
和现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:农作物秸秆大幅降低整体成本;聚氨酯仿木中所含的纤维材料保持其原来的丝状,多条短纤维随机的分布在聚氨酯仿木里面形成网状,就像水泥里面穿有钢筋,增大了聚氨酯仿木的硬度,增强其降噪及抗震性,同时密度比钢枕小;从而具有降噪、减震、重量轻、成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
一种低成本人造枕木,它由重量份为1-4的密度板和重量份为 6-9的聚氨酯仿木粘结成型,其中,密度板由农作物秸秆加工制成;聚氨酯仿木包含重量份为9的聚氨酯A和聚氨酯B的混合液、重量份为1的纤维。聚氨酯A和聚氨酯B均为液态,聚氨酯A和聚氨酯B的配比为任意配比,其最佳配比为1:1;纤维长度≤5.0mm。
低成本人造枕木的制备步骤为:
a.将农作物秸秆粉粹、干燥、压缩制成密度板;

由上述制备方法制备人造枕木的具体实施例见表1。密度板质量在1-4kg,聚氨酯仿木混合液质量6-9kg时,两者混合得到的人造枕木的硬度范围为47-51HA,密度范围为376-395 kg·m-3

由上述制备方法制备人造枕木的具体实施例见表2。密度板质量在1-4kg,聚氨酯仿木混合液质量6-9kg,同时骨架材料选择钢筋、高强度尼龙绳、尼龙单丝骨架和玻璃纤维中的任意一种,得到的人造枕木的硬度范围为56-58HA,密度范围为406-430 kg·m-3

1.一种低成本人造枕木,其特征在于:它由重量份为1-4的密度板和重量份为 6-9的聚氨酯仿木粘结成型,其中,密度板由农作物秸秆加工制成;聚氨酯仿木包含重量份为9的聚氨酯A和聚氨酯B的混合液、重量份为1的纤维;
所述枕木包括骨架和填充物(2),骨架中用填充物(2)填充,填充物(2)是上述所说的聚氨酯仿木粘结成型的密度板;骨架是在X轴(11)、Y轴(12)和Z轴(13)方向上两两垂直相交形成的三维网状结构;
填充物填充于三维网状结构骨架中。
2.如权利要求1所述的低成本人造枕木,其特征在于:所述骨架的材料为钢筋、高强度尼龙绳、尼龙单丝骨架和玻璃纤维中的任意一种;其中,尼龙单丝骨架中的尼龙单丝直径为1.0-5.0mm。
3.如权利要求2所述的低成本人造枕木,其特征在于:其制备步骤为:
a.将农作物秸秆粉粹、干燥、压缩制成密度板;
b.将重量份为9的聚氨酯A和聚氨酯B的混合液、重量份为1的纤维搅拌混合均匀;
c.将重量份为1-4的密度板放入模具中,再将重量份6-9的由b步骤制备的聚氨酯仿木混合液浇筑压模发泡成型;
d.将c步骤制备的物料填充于三维网状结构骨架中。
