本发明提供了一种高密度压裂液及其制备方法。该高密度压裂液的原料组成包括:100重量份的水,20重量份‑80重量份的有机盐加重剂,0.5重量份‑2.0重量份的减阻润滑剂,0.1重量份‑0.5重量份的稠化剂,0.1重量份‑0.6重量份的交联剂,0.1重量份‑0.3重量份的pH调节剂和0.01重量份‑0.1重量份的破胶剂。上述高密度压裂液的制备方法包括:向水中加入稠化剂,搅拌;加入有机盐加重剂;加入减阻润滑剂和pH调节剂,调节pH值为10‑12;以上步骤均在循环搅拌的条件下进行;通过交联泵同时添加交联剂和破胶剂,得到所述高密度压裂液。本发明的上述高密度压裂液可以降低对施工设备和工具的要求,提高施工的安全性和成功率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种压裂液及其制备方法,特别涉及一种适应于高压井、深井、超深井和致密油气藏的压裂技术中的高密度的压裂液及其制备方法,属于油气田压裂技术领域。
背景技术
压裂技术是油气井储层改造、油井增产、水井增注、提高油气井产能和采收率的重要措施之一。随着油气田勘探开发的不断深入,高压井、深井、超深井、致密油气藏井这类特殊的油气井越来越多。压裂技术在这一类油气井中的应用时,面临着一个重大难题就是施工泵压过高,从而对压裂施工设备和工具提出了非常高的要求,且在施工风险明显提高。
目前,通过采用高密度压裂液,提高液柱压力是降低压裂施工泵压一个重要手段。中国专利申请CN1869149A、CN103254885A、CN102676148A、CN103232840A和CN103980875A均公开了一些高密度压裂液配方,但这些高密度压裂液主要是采用溴化钠或硝酸钠作为加重剂来提高压裂液的密度。溴化钠对环境污染性大,在实际应用中受到了很多限制,目前应用很少;采用硝酸钠作为加重剂的压裂液最高密度只能达到1.35g/cm3,降低的施工泵压有限,并且硝酸钠具有较强的腐蚀性,会对压裂设备及压裂后的采油设备造成腐蚀。
因此,提供一种具有高密度的适用于高压井、深井、超深井和致密油气藏的压裂液是本领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种高密度的压裂液,该压裂液可以降低对施工设备和工具的要求,提高施工的安全性和成功率。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明提供了一种高密度(密度在1.2g/cm3以上)压裂液,该高密度压裂液的原料组成包括:100重量份的水,20重量份-80重量份的有机盐加重剂,0.5重量份-2.0重量份的减阻润滑剂,0.1重量份-0.5重量份的稠化剂,0.1重量份-0.6重量份的交联剂,0.1重量份-0.3重量份的pH调节剂和0.01重量份-0.1重量份的破胶剂。
在本发明提供的高密度压裂液中,优选地,采用的有机盐加重剂包括碱金属的低碳原子有机酸盐和/或有机酸铵盐;更优选地,采用的有机盐加重剂为有机酸季铵盐。
在本发明提供的高密度压裂液中,优选地,采用的有机盐加重剂包括甲酸钠、甲酸钾、甲酸铯、乙酸钾、柠檬酸钾、酒石酸钾、乙酸铵、柠檬酸铵和酒石酸铵中的一种或几种的组合。
在本发明提供的高密度压裂液中,优选地,采用的减阻润滑剂包括表面活性剂;更优选地,采用的减阻润滑剂包括烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、山梨糖醇酐油酸酯和石油磺酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。
在本发明提供的高密度压裂液中,优选地,采用的稠化剂为羟丙基瓜尔胶。
在本发明提供的高密度压裂液中,优选地,采用的交联剂为有机硼化合物。
在本发明提供的高密度压裂液中,优选地,采用的有机硼化合物为硼酸盐与多羟基的低分子化合物生成的络合物;更优选地,采用的多羟基的低分子化合物包括葡萄糖酸、木糖醇、甘露醇或葡萄糖酸钠。
在本发明提供的高密度压裂液中,优选地,采用的pH调节剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠或氢氧化钠。
在本发明提供的高密度压裂液中,优选地,采用的破胶剂为过硫酸铵。
在本发明提供的高密度压裂液中,优选地,该高密度压裂液的密度为1.2g/cm3-2.3g/cm3。
本发明还提供了上述高密度压裂液的制备方法,其中,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
向水中加入稠化剂,循环搅拌30min-2h;
加入有机盐加重剂;
加入减阻润滑剂和pH调节剂,调节pH值为10-12;以上步骤均在循环搅拌的条件下进行;
通过交联泵同时添加交联剂和破胶剂,得到所述高密度压裂液。
本发明又提供了一种降低压裂施工泵压的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
将本发明的上述高密度压裂液与支撑剂以1:0.02-0.5的体积比混合配制携砂液,将携砂液泵入井底,完成对油井的压裂施工。
在本发明的降低压裂施工泵压的方法中,利用压裂泵车将携砂液泵入井底,采用本领域常规的支撑剂即可。
本发明的高密度压裂液的密度可调,最高密度可达2.3g/cm3。具体是通过调节有机盐加重剂与水的比例调节上述高密度压裂液的密度,密度在1.2g/cm3-2.3g/cm3范围内可调。
本发明的高密度压裂液及其制备方法,与现有的压裂液及其制备方法相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明的高密度压裂液的密度可调,最高密度可达2.3g/cm3,可以显著降低压裂施工泵压;
本发明的高密度压裂液由于添加了减阻润滑剂,改善了携砂液的流动性,减小了携砂液的流动阻力,可进一步降低压裂施工泵压;
本发明的高密度压裂液的原料组成中采用的有机盐无毒、无害、可生物降解,满足环境保护的要求;
本发明的高密度压裂液的制备方法简单易行;
本发明的高密度压裂液的原料组成中采用的有机盐加重剂与稠化剂的配伍性好,不影响稠化剂的增稠性能,同时能提高稠化剂的耐温性能;
本发明的高密度压裂液的与储层配伍性好、抑制性强,有利于保护油气层;
本发明的高密度压裂液的能够有效抑制天然气水合物的形成,耐温性能好,耐温能力可达180℃,且对金属和橡胶无腐蚀。
具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和有益效果有更加清楚的理解,现对本发明的技术方案进行以下详细说明,但不能理解为对本发明的可实施范围的限定。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种高密度压裂液,该高密度压裂液的原料组成包括:
水:100重量份;
有机盐加重剂为甲酸钠:45重量份;
减阻润滑剂为烷基苯磺酸钠:1.0重量份;
稠化剂为羟丙基胍胶:0.3重量份;
交联剂为葡萄糖酸有机硼交联剂:0.5重量份;
pH调节剂为碳酸钠:0.3重量份;
破胶剂为过硫酸铵:0.08重量份。
本实施例的上述高密度压裂液的密度为1.33g/cm3。
本实施例还提供了上述高密度压裂液的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
在配液罐中加入水,在循环搅拌的条件下,加入稠化剂,循环搅拌60min使稠化剂充分溶解溶胀;
在循环搅拌的条件下,加入有机盐加重剂,搅拌至其完全溶解,调节压裂液密度达到施工要求;
在循环搅拌的条件下,加入减阻润滑剂和pH调节剂,搅拌至其完全溶解,调节pH值为10-12;
通过交联泵同时添加交联剂和破胶剂,得到密度为1.33g/cm3的高密度压裂液。
本实施还提供了利用上述高密度压裂液实现的降低压裂施工泵压的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
在混砂车中,将本实施例的上述高密度压裂液与支撑剂(体积比为1:0.3)混合配制携砂液;
利用压裂泵车将混合好的携砂液泵入井底,完成对油井的压裂施工。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种高密度压裂液,该高密度压裂液的原料组成包括:
水:100重量份;
有机盐加重剂为甲酸钾:70重量份;
减阻润滑剂为烷基苯磺酸钠:1.0重量份;
稠化剂为羟丙基胍胶:0.3重量份;
交联剂为葡萄糖酸有机硼交联剂:0.5重量份;
pH调节剂为碳酸钠:0.3重量份;
破胶剂为过硫酸铵:0.08重量份。
本实施例的上述高密度压裂液的密度为1.50g/cm3。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种高密度压裂液,该高密度压裂液的原料组成包括:
水:100重量份;
有机盐加重剂为甲酸铯:75重量份;
减阻润滑剂为烷基苯磺酸钠:1.0重量份;
稠化剂为羟丙基胍胶:0.3重量份;
交联剂为葡萄糖酸有机硼交联剂:0.5重量份;
pH调节剂为碳酸钠:0.3重量份;
破胶剂为过硫酸铵:0.08重量份。
本实施例的上述高密度压裂液的密度为2.30g/cm3。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种高密度压裂液,按照塔里木油田东河1-4-5井的压裂施工设计要求,该高密度压裂液的原料组成包括::400t水、280t甲酸钾、4t烷基苯磺酸钠、0.3t羟丙基胍胶、0.5t葡萄糖酸有机硼交联剂、0.3t碳酸钠、0.08t过硫酸铵。
该高密度压裂液的密度为1.50g/cm3,压裂液基液粘度为60mPa·s-70mPa·s,压裂液交联后的粘度为800mPa·s。该井井深5000m,采用该压裂液的施工压力降低25MPa以上。
以上实施例说明,本发明的高密度压裂液的密度在1.2g/cm3-2.3g/cm3范围内可调,最高密度可达2.3g/cm3,可以显著降低压裂施工泵压,与储层配伍性好、抑制性强,有利于保护油气层。
Claims (10)
1.一种高密度压裂液,该高密度压裂液的原料组成包括:100重量份的水,20重量份-80重量份的有机盐加重剂,0.5重量份-2.0重量份的减阻润滑剂,0.1重量份-0.5重量份的稠化剂,0.1重量份-0.6重量份的交联剂,0.1重量份-0.3重量份的pH调节剂和0.01重量份-0.1重量份的破胶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高密度压裂液,其中,所述有机盐加重剂包括碱金属的低碳原子有机酸盐和/或有机酸铵盐;优选地,所述有机盐加重剂为有机酸季铵盐。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高密度压裂液,其中,所述有机盐加重剂包括甲酸钠、甲酸钾、甲酸铯、乙酸钾、柠檬酸钾、酒石酸钾、乙酸铵、柠檬酸铵和酒石酸铵中的一种或几种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高密度压裂液,其中,所述减阻润滑剂包括表面活性剂;优选地,所述减阻润滑剂包括烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、山梨糖醇酐油酸酯和石油磺酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高密度压裂液,其中,所述稠化剂为羟丙基瓜尔胶;所述交联剂为有机硼化合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高密度压裂液,其中,所述有机硼化合物为硼酸盐与多羟基的低分子化合物生成的络合物;优选地,所述多羟基的低分子化合物包括葡萄糖酸、木糖醇、甘露醇或葡萄糖酸钠。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高密度压裂液,其中,所述破胶剂为过硫酸铵。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的高密度压裂液,其中,该高密度压裂液的密度为1.2g/cm3-2.3g/cm3。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述的高密度压裂液的制备方法,其中,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
向水中加入稠化剂,循环搅拌30min-2h;
加入有机盐加重剂;
加入减阻润滑剂和pH调节剂,调节pH值为10-12;以上步骤均在循环搅拌的条件下进行;
通过交联泵同时添加交联剂和破胶剂,得到所述高密度压裂液。
10.一种降低压裂施工泵压的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
将权利要求1-8任一项所述的高密度压裂液与支撑剂以1:0.02-0.5的体积比混合配制携砂液,将携砂液泵入井底,完成对油井的压裂施工。
