Abstract
本发明公开了一种混凝土构件脱模剂,其由质量份以下原料组成:甲基硅树脂1~40份、脂肪酸1~20份、环氧树脂1~20份、微晶蜡3~10份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1~5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1~10份、松香1~5份、磷酸三丁酯2~9份、乙二醇1~5份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1~10份、去离子水100~300份。本发明的脱模剂具有稳定性好,脱模表面光滑,易清洗、脱模剂成膜速度快,用量少、环保、脱模效果好等效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及脱模剂技术领域,具体涉及一种混凝土构件脱模剂。
背景技术
混凝土施工过程中,混凝土构件表面经常出现蜂窝麻面、缺角、露筋等质量缺陷。其抗氧化、风化强度低,施工单位对混凝土建筑表面进行二次处理,但是又容易掉皮脱落,未能根本解决混凝土质量的问题,而脱模剂的使用,可以减少甚至避免混凝土构件表面的各种问题,还可提高混凝土的强度,使用脱模剂后,可减少混凝土与模板之间的吸附力,减少或防止混凝土与模板表面黏着,使混凝土与模板顺利分离,且能保证混凝土棱角无损,表面色泽均一、光滑平整,模板脱模后易清洗等优点。现目前,对混凝土构件脱模剂的研发使用主要为成膜物质与碱剂发生皂化反应得到产物或以脂肪酸、石蜡、油类配合表面活性剂使用。目前,对脱模剂的性能需求更趋于脱模剂稳定、易脱模、环保、易清洗、用量少、提高混凝土性能等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种混凝土构件脱模剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种混凝土构件脱模剂由质量份以下原料组成:甲基硅树脂1~40份、脂肪酸1~20份、环氧树脂1~20份、微晶蜡3~10份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1~5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1~10份、松香1~5份、磷酸三丁酯2~9份、乙二醇1~5份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1~10份、去离子水100~300份。
优选的,一种混凝土构件脱模剂由质量份以下原料组成:甲基硅树脂1~20份、脂肪酸10~20份、环氧树脂10~20份、微晶蜡3~8份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1~5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1~3份、松香1~3份、磷酸三丁酯2~5份、乙二醇1~3份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1~5份、去离子水100~200份。
更优选的,一种混凝土构件脱模剂由质量份以下原料组成:甲基硅树脂10份、脂肪酸12份、环氧树脂13份、微晶蜡5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、松香1份、磷酸三丁酯4份、乙二醇2份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4份、去离子水200份。
本发明中,乙二醇和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、磷酸三丁酯为助成膜剂,可加缩短成膜材料的成膜时间。
本发明中,采用脂肪酸和甲基硅树脂、环氧树脂、微晶蜡复合使用,并配合壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚等表面活性,具有稳定性好,脱模表面光滑易清洗等特点,同时加入乙二醇和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、磷酸三丁酯为助成膜剂,加快脱模剂成膜速度,脱模效果好。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的脱模剂具有稳定性好,脱模表面光滑,易清洗、脱模剂成膜速度快,用量少、环保、脱模效果好等效果。

实施例1
一种混凝土构件脱模剂由以下质量百分比的原料组成:甲基硅树脂1份、脂肪酸1份、环氧树脂1份、微晶蜡3份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、松香1份、磷酸三丁酯2份、乙二醇1份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1份、去离子水100份。
实施例2
一种混凝土构件脱模剂由质量份以下原料组成:甲基硅树脂20份、脂肪酸20份、环氧树脂20份、微晶蜡8份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、松香3份、磷酸三丁酯5份、乙二醇3份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯5份、去离子水200份。
实施例3
一种混凝土构件脱模剂由质量份以下原料组成:甲基硅树脂10份、脂肪酸12份、环氧树脂13份、微晶蜡5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、松香1份、磷酸三丁酯4份、乙二醇2份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4份、去离子水200份。

一种混凝土构件脱模剂由以下质量百分比的原料组成:甲基硅树脂40份、脂肪酸20份、环氧树脂20份、微晶蜡10份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、松香5份、磷酸三丁酯9份、乙二醇5份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯10份、去离子水300份。

一种混凝土构件脱模剂由以下质量百分比的原料组成:甲基硅树脂1份、脂肪酸1份、环氧树脂1份、微晶蜡3份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、松香1份、磷酸三丁酯2份、乙二醇1份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1份、去离子水100份。

1.一种混凝土构件脱模剂,其特征在于,其由质量份以下原料组成:甲基硅树脂1~40份、脂肪酸1~20份、环氧树脂1~20份、微晶蜡3~10份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1~5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1~10份、松香1~5份、磷酸三丁酯2~9份、乙二醇1~5份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1~10份、去离子水100~300份。
