魔芋实生籽种种衣剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及蔬菜的栽培领域,具体涉及一种魔芋实生籽种种衣剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
魔芋是天南星科(Araceae)魔芋属(Amorphophallus)多年生草本植物,是迄今发现的唯一能大量合成葡甘聚糖(konjac glucomannan,KGM)的植物种群,主要分布在亚洲和非洲的热带及亚热带地区,仅少数亚洲国家有栽培,中国、日本较普遍。
目前魔芋的品种为白魔芋、花魔芋,其繁殖是依靠魔芋的地下块茎进行繁殖,块茎繁殖速度快,可保持亲本的优良性状,但是,后代的抗病虫害能力下降,易产生高病毒植株,因此,本发明人一直致力于研究魔芋的籽种繁殖方法,但是,目前的魔芋品种,其籽种的产量低,因此籽种用于批量繁殖就成为一大难题。
金魔芋(A.muelleri)是近年在东南亚国家及我国中缅边境一带发现的一种野生魔芋的驯化选育种。其块茎富含葡甘露聚糖,新鲜块茎包含75-80%的水分和20-25%的总干物质,其中碳水化合物(葡甘聚糖78%左右,淀粉、胶质、寡糖、双糖和单糖等约12%)90.2%,灰分4.0%,蛋白质3.3%,纤维1.7%。经发明人研究,金魔芋大于200克的球茎通过处理后可产生大量籽种,使其具备了高耐病性,高产量、种植区低海拔化,并且耐存储和易运输的特点。从而为发明人研究金魔芋籽种繁殖提供了基础。
为了能够提高魔芋籽种活力,促进种苗健壮生长以及延长种子贮藏寿命,发明人在研发的过程中加入种衣剂,种衣剂的效果有:(1)用种衣剂包衣后提高种子质量,使出苗齐、全、壮得到保障,同时节省种子,另外带有警戒色,杜绝了粮、种不分。(2)综合防治病虫鸟、鼠害及缺素症,包衣种子播入土中,种衣在种子周围形成保护种子的屏障,使种子消毒和防治病原菌侵染,种衣剂含有的锰、锌、钼、硼等微量元素,可有效防治作物营养元素缺乏症。(3)提高产量,促进生根发芽,刺激植株生长。但是现有的种衣剂通常是用于小麦、玉米等有性繁殖的种子,而魔芋籽种是无性繁殖的单胚体,无胚芽,魔芋籽种与魔芋的块茎相似,具有多个芽,直接将现有的种衣剂用于魔芋籽种,其适应性差,因此,发明人将现有的种衣剂原料进行改进以得到适用于金魔芋籽种的种衣剂。另外,由于金魔芋生长于东南亚地区,其属于热带植株,其生长环境是在高温高湿的环境下生存,因此,在培育时,种子在温带地区生长的状况较差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种提高金魔芋籽种活力,种苗成长效果好、产量高且防治病虫害效果好的魔芋实生籽种种衣剂及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:魔芋实生籽种种衣剂,包括从内至外依次包覆于籽种外的种衣剂内层和种衣剂外层,种衣剂内层的原料及其重量比为:肥料4.5%、植物激素0.15%、多菌灵5.1%、硫酸链霉素0.16%、成膜剂1.35%、分散剂1.35%、抗结剂0.85%、助悬剂5.1%、填充剂9.3%、着色剂0.85%、余量为水;
籽种为金魔芋实生籽种;
种衣剂外层包括依次包覆于种衣剂内层外的保水层和保温层。
采用本发明技术方案的魔芋实生籽种种衣剂,由于金魔芋籽种其具有多个芽,属于单胚体,且其病虫害较单一,真菌感染主要是白绢病,细菌感染主要为软腐病,因此,种衣剂内层的原料及其重量比按本方案配比,可达到提高籽种发芽率、防治病虫害、提高种苗生长状况的效果;另外,由于金魔芋的高温高湿特性,因此,发明人在种衣剂内层外包覆保水层和保温层,起到保温、保湿的效果。经实验验证,本发明种衣剂的技术方案应用于金魔芋较现有的种衣剂直接应用于金魔芋,其生长状况、发芽率和防治病虫害的效果明显,可达到提高金魔芋籽种活力,种苗成长效果好、产量高且防治病虫害效果好的目的。
优选方案一,所述的保水层的原料及其重量比为:魔芋多糖60~70%、酵母菌2~5%、颗粒度为100目的活性炭2~5%、余量为水。魔芋多糖,又为魔芋葡甘聚糖,称KGM,是一种天然的高分子可溶性膳食纤维,具有很高的持水性、膨胀性、增稠性、凝胶性、乳化性、悬浮性、粘结性等特性;活性炭是黑色粉末状或块状、颗粒状、蜂窝状的无定形碳;酵母菌的加入可使得魔芋多糖发酵生成二氧化碳和水,再加上魔芋多糖本身的膨胀性与活性炭结合,从而形成了具有多孔的结构,另外,发酵所生成的水分可以补充种子水分,水分暂存在多孔的机构中,为籽种营造了高湿的环境,利于种苗的成长,操作时,可以将籽种浸泡于溶液中,使其外层包覆保水层的原料形成溶液即可形成保水层,操作简单,便于批量操作。
优选方案二,所述的保水层为降解海绵层,且降解海绵层内设有保水剂。降解海绵层内充满保水剂,保水剂是一种高分子聚合树脂,具有高吸水性和高保水性,其可以作为水分的寄存处,依附于降解海绵层内,既利于为种子提供充足的水分,营造高湿的环境,而且讲解海绵层在土壤中可降解,无污染。与优选方案一相比,其缺点在于操作起来难度稍大,需要将每一颗籽种用降解海绵层包覆,但是,在作用方面并无明显的差别。
优选方案三,所述的保温层的原料及质量比为:40%魔芋多糖、40%魔芋胶、余量为水。魔芋多糖和魔芋胶都具有凝胶性,雨水可形成胶体,干燥后则可包覆于籽种外,形成包覆膜,从而将籽种包覆于一个封闭的环境中,种子萌发、保水层发酵都会产生热量,而保温层是封闭的环境,从而减少保温层内的温度与外界的温度传递,使得籽种处于高温的环境中,据测算,保温层内温度可达到30~35℃之间的温度,利于金魔芋的生长。
优选方案四,所述的保温层为降解薄膜,且降解薄膜上设有多个透气孔。降解薄膜作为另外一种形式的包覆膜包覆于籽种外,其透气性稍差,但其保温性更高,因此,在降解薄膜上开设透气孔用以调节,也可达到保温的目的。
优选方案五,所述的保温层设有至少两层,且内层的降解薄膜外壁设有若干凸起,相邻降解薄膜之间的透气孔交错设置。降解薄膜的保温层设有多层,报文的效果更好,若干名凸起使得相邻的降解薄膜之间存在间隙,便于空气的流动,交错的透气孔延长了空气的流通路径,从而缓慢调节保温层内的温度,达到30~35℃的保温效果。
优选方案六,所述的肥料为磷酸氢二钾或硫酸锌;所述的植物激素为生长素;所述的成膜剂为魔芋多糖;所述的分散剂为十二烷基硫酸钠;所述的抗结剂为硅铝酸钠;所述的助悬剂为甘油;所述的填充剂为魔芋胶;所述的着色剂为辣椒红。由于金魔芋的特殊性,选用上述几种原料,更适合金魔芋的生长,其中需要说明的是,成膜剂和填充剂的魔芋多糖和魔芋胶作为魔芋的副产品,其天然无毒害,而且具有一定的保水性,符合金魔芋的生长环境,利于金魔芋籽种的发育和生长。
本发明的另一个技术方案,魔芋实生籽种种衣剂的制备方法,其操作方法为:
A、制备种衣剂内层:
将肥料、植物激素、多菌灵、硫酸链霉素、成膜剂、分散剂、抗结剂、填充剂、着色剂和水按比例配料,混合均匀,在常温条件下均质分散60min,再加入助悬剂混合搅拌30min;然后调节溶液pH值为7.0~7.3之间,得种衣剂内层溶液;将金魔芋实生籽种浸泡于种衣剂内层溶液中,然后捞出晾干,得籽种种衣剂内层;
B、制备保水层:将魔芋多糖、酵母菌、颗粒度为100目的活性炭、水按比例配料后混合均匀,得保水层溶液,将籽种种衣剂内层浸泡于保水层溶液中,然后捞出,密封发酵1~2h后晾干,得籽种种衣剂保水层;
或者将籽种种衣剂内层用降解海绵层包覆,包覆时在降解海绵层内均匀撒入保水剂,得籽种种衣剂保水层;
C、制备保温层:将魔芋多糖、魔芋胶和水按照比例混合均匀,得保温层溶液,将籽种种衣剂保水层浸泡于保温层溶液中,捞出晾干,得成品。
本发明的技术方案,操作时仅需要将各种原料配比,溶解,然后将籽种依次浸泡、捞出处理后晾干即可,操作简单,可批量操作,实用性高。
本发明的另一个技术方案,魔芋实生籽种种衣剂的制备方法,制备种衣剂内层:
A、将肥料、植物激素、多菌灵、硫酸链霉素、成膜剂、分散剂、抗结剂、填充剂、着色剂和水按比例配料,混合均匀,在常温条件下均质分散60min,再加入助悬剂混合搅拌30min;然后调节溶液pH值为7.0~7.3之间,得种衣剂内层溶液;将金魔芋实生籽种浸泡于种衣剂内层溶液中,然后捞出晾干,得籽种种衣剂内层;
B、制备保水层:将魔芋多糖、酵母菌、颗粒度为100目的活性炭、水按比例配料后混合均匀,得保水层溶液,将籽种种衣剂内层浸泡于保水层溶液中,然后捞出,密封发酵1~2h后晾干,得籽种种衣剂保水层;
或者将籽种种衣剂内层用降解海绵层包覆,包覆时在降解海绵层内均匀撒入保水剂,得籽种种衣剂保水层;
C、制备保温层:将籽种种衣剂保水层外依次包覆降解薄膜,包覆时,将降解薄膜设有凸起的一侧朝外侧,且使得相邻降解薄膜之间的透气孔交错,然后将开口绑扎,得成品。
本发明的技术方案,操作时需要将各种原料配比,溶解,然后将籽种依次包覆保水层和保温层,操作稍复杂,但是,据实验验证可知,其效果略优于前一个技术方案。

将表1中的肥料、植物激素、多菌灵、硫酸链霉素、成膜剂、分散剂、抗结剂、填充剂、着色剂和水按比例配料,混合均匀,在常温条件下均质分散60min,再加入助悬剂混合搅拌30min;然后调节溶液pH值为7.0~7.3之间,得种衣剂内层溶液;将金魔芋实生籽种浸泡于种衣剂内层溶液中,然后捞出晾干,得籽种种衣剂内层;
B、制备保水层:将魔芋多糖、酵母菌、颗粒度为100目的活性炭、水按表1中的比例配料后混合均匀,得保水层溶液,将籽种种衣剂内层浸泡于保水层溶液中,然后捞出,放置于有盖的容器中密封发酵1~2h后,拿出晾干,得籽种种衣剂保水层;
C、制备保温层:将魔芋多糖、魔芋胶和水按照表1的比例混合均匀,得保温层溶液,将籽种种衣剂保水层浸泡于保温层溶液中,捞出晾干,得成品。
实施例二~实施例四的操作方法除表1中的质量配比的差别外,其余操作均一致。
实施例五:
与实施例一相比,其不同之处在于:保水层为降解海绵层,且降解海绵层内设有保水剂,降解海绵层使用降解材料制成,例如降解淀粉,其余均一致。
操作时,与实施例一的区别在于:将步骤B替换为:将籽种种衣剂内层用降解海绵层包裹,包裹时,在降解海绵层内撒入保水剂,得籽种种衣剂保水层,其余操作均一致。
实施例六:
与实施例一的不同之处在于:保温层为一层降解薄膜,且降解薄膜上设有多个透气孔,降解薄膜采用降解材料制成,其余均一致。
在制备方法中,与实施例一的区别之处在于:将步骤C替换为,将籽种种衣剂保水层用一层有多个透气孔的降解薄膜包覆,将开口绑扎即可,得成品。
实施例七:
与实施例一的不同之处在于:保温层有两层,且内层的降解薄膜外壁设有若干凸起,相邻降解薄膜之间的透气孔交错设置,其余均一致。
在制备方法中,与实施例六的不同之处在于:包覆两层降解薄膜,且降解薄膜包覆时,有凸起的为内层薄膜,且凸起面位于外侧,其余均一致。
实施例八:
与实施例五的区别在于:保温层为一层降解薄膜,且降解薄膜上设有多个透气孔,其余均一致。
实施例九:
与实施例五的区别在于:保温层有两层,且内层的降解薄膜外壁设有若干凸起,相邻降解薄膜之间的透气孔交错设置,其余均一致。
对比例一:
与实施例一的区别仅在于缺少保水层和保温层。
对比例二:
与实施例一的区别仅在于:缺少保温层。
对比例三:
与实施例一的区别在于:种衣剂内层的原料及其质量比为:肥料4%、植物激素0.14%、多菌灵5.0%、硫酸链霉素0.10%、成膜剂1.30%、分散剂1.30%、抗结剂0.80%、助悬剂5.0%、填充剂9.0%、着色剂0.80%、余量为水。
对比例四:
与实施例一的区别在于:种衣剂内层的原料及其质量比为:肥料5%、植物激素0.2%、多菌灵5.5%、硫酸链霉素0.2%、成膜剂1.4%、分散剂1.4%、抗结剂0.9%、助悬剂5.2%、填充剂9.5%、着色剂0.9%、余量为水。
将通过本发明魔芋实生籽种种衣剂及其制备方法制备的金魔芋籽种成品,用来种植,种植的过程中,籽种成品的种植环境和生长环境一致,记录生长过程中的籽种发芽率、发芽时间、发芽后种苗的10d、20d的高度和颜色、病虫害情况、产量,结果如表2、表3所示:

由表2和表3分析,由此可见,实施例一~实施例九,其籽种的发芽率、发芽的时间、种苗的生长情况、病虫害、产量均优于对比例一~对比例四,且实施例一、实施例七的效果最佳;籽种的发芽率、发芽的时间、种苗的生长情况、病虫害、产量与本发明的种衣剂内层原料的选择和比例、保水层、保湿层的设置均有关系,而且由此可见,籽种的发芽率、发芽的时间与设置保温层、保水层关系更大,病虫害与种衣剂内层的原料配比的关系更大。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明结构的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

Claims (5)

1.魔芋实生籽种种衣剂,其特征在于,包括从内至外依次包覆于籽种外的种衣剂内层和种衣剂外层,种衣剂内层的原料及其重量比为:肥料4.5%、植物激素0.15%、多菌灵5.1%、硫酸链霉素0.16%、成膜剂1.35%、分散剂1.35%、抗结剂0.85%、助悬剂5.1%、填充剂9.3%、着色剂0.85%、余量为水;
籽种为金魔芋实生籽种;
种衣剂外层包括依次包覆于种衣剂内层外的保水层和保温层,所述的保水层的原料及其重量比为:魔芋多糖60~70%、酵母菌2~5%、颗粒度为100目的活性炭2~5%、余量为水或保水层为降解海绵层,且降解海绵层内设有保水剂;所述保温层的原料及质量比为:35~40%魔芋多糖、35~40%魔芋胶、余量为水或保温层为降解薄膜,且降解薄膜上设有多个透气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的魔芋实生籽种种衣剂,其特征在于:当保温层为降解薄膜时,所述的保温层设有至少两层,内层的降解薄膜外壁设有若干凸起,相邻降解薄膜之间的透气孔交错设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的魔芋实生籽种种衣剂,其特征在于:所述的肥料为磷酸氢二钾或硫酸锌;所述的植物激素为生长素;所述的成膜剂为魔芋多糖;所述的分散剂为十二烷基硫酸钠;所述的抗结剂为硅铝酸钠;所述的助悬剂为甘油;所述的填充剂为魔芋胶;所述的着色剂为辣椒红。
4.根据权利要求3所述的魔芋实生籽种种衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于:其操作方法为:
A、制备种衣剂内层:
将肥料、植物激素、多菌灵、硫酸链霉素、成膜剂、分散剂、抗结剂、填充剂、着色剂和水按比例配料,混合均匀,在常温条件下均质分散60min,再加入助悬剂混合搅拌30min;然后调节溶液pH值为7.0~7.3之间,得种衣剂内层溶液;将金魔芋实生籽种浸泡于种衣剂内层溶液中,然后捞出晾干,得籽种种衣剂内层;
B、制备保水层:将魔芋多糖、酵母菌、颗粒度为100目的活性炭、水按比例配料后混合均匀,得保水层溶液,将籽种种衣剂内层浸泡于保水层溶液中,然后捞出,密封发酵1~2h后晾干,得籽种种衣剂保水层;
或者将籽种种衣剂内层用降解海绵层包覆,包覆时在降解海绵层内均匀撒入保水剂,得籽种种衣剂保水层;
C、制备保温层:将魔芋多糖、魔芋胶和水按照比例混合均匀,得保温层溶液,将籽种种衣剂保水层浸泡于保温层溶液中,捞出晾干,得成品。
5.根据权利要求3所述的魔芋实生籽种种衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于:制备种衣剂内层:
A、将肥料、植物激素、多菌灵、硫酸链霉素、成膜剂、分散剂、抗结剂、填充剂、着色剂和水按比例配料,混合均匀,在常温条件下均质分散60min,再加入助悬剂混合搅拌30min;然后调节溶液pH值为7.0~7.3之间,得种衣剂内层溶液;将金魔芋实生籽种浸泡于种衣剂内层溶液中,然后捞出晾干,得籽种种衣剂内层;
B、制备保水层:将魔芋多糖、酵母菌、颗粒度为100目的活性炭、水按比例配料后混合均匀,得保水层溶液,将籽种种衣剂内层浸泡于保水层溶液中,然后捞出,密封发酵1~2h后晾干,得籽种种衣剂保水层;
或者将籽种种衣剂内层用降解海绵层包覆,包覆时在降解海绵层内均匀撒入保水剂,得籽种种衣剂保水层;
C、制备保温层:将籽种种衣剂保水层外依次包覆降解薄膜,包覆时,将降解薄膜设有凸起的一侧朝外侧,且使得相邻降解薄膜之间的透气孔交错,然后将开口绑扎,得成品。
