本发明涉焊接技术领域,涉及一种焊接设备,特别涉及一种手刹防尘罩点焊设备。
背景技术
汽车手刹防尘罩结构不规则,在装配过程中需要进行人工点焊处理,然而人工焊接对工人的操作熟练程度依耐性大,产品质量得不到保证,且生产效率较低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种汽车手刹防尘罩自动焊机。
汽车手刹防尘罩自动焊机,包括底座、控制柜和立柱,所述立柱上端与控制柜固定,下端与底座固定,中部设有横梁;所述底座中部设有焊接模具,所述横梁上设有可上下移动的顶压杆和焊枪,所述顶压杆上端与横板I固定,下端穿过横梁向下延伸并正对待焊件,所述焊枪上端与横板II相连,下端依次穿过横板I和横梁后向下延伸并与待焊件待焊点正对,所述横板I和横梁之间设有气缸I1,所述横板II和横板I之间设有气缸II。
进一步,所述顶压杆下端设有弹性压块,所述弹性压块可与顶压杆9呈70-110°角。
进一步,所述底座上设有启停按钮,所述控制柜上设有显示屏,所述焊枪顶端设有与电气源相连的线缆。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的焊接时将手刹防尘罩装入焊接模具内,然后调整气缸I使得顶压杆压紧待焊件,然后调整气缸II,下移焊枪对待焊件焊点进行焊接,焊接过程劳动强度低,配合送料机构后可实现全自动焊接,具有焊接变形小,质量稳定的优点。

如图1所示,本实施例的汽车手刹防尘罩自动焊机,包括底座4、控制柜1和立柱3,所述立柱3上端与控制柜1固定,下端与底座4固定,中部设有横梁7;所述底座4中部设有焊接模具5,所述横梁7上设有可上下移动的顶压杆9和焊枪11,所述顶压杆11上端与横板I8固定,下端穿过横梁7向下延伸并正对待焊件6,所述焊枪11上端与横板II10相连,下端依次穿过横板I8和横梁7后向下延伸并与待焊件6待焊点正对,所述横板I8和横梁7之间设有气缸I12,所述横板II10和横板I8之间设有气缸II13,所述顶压杆9下端设有弹性压块,所述弹性压块可与顶压杆9呈70-110°角,所述底座4上设有启停按钮15,所述控制柜1上设有显示屏2,所述焊枪11顶端设有与电气源相连的线缆14。
本发明的焊接时将手刹防尘罩装入焊接模具内,然后调整气缸I使得顶压杆压紧待焊件,然后调整气缸II,下移焊机对待焊件焊点进行焊接,具有焊接变形小,质量稳定的优点。
