Description

Concentrated feed for dairy cows as well as application and use method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a concentrated feed, in particular to a concentrated feed for preventing milk cow from generating milk fever and application and a using method thereof.
Background
Milk fever is a metabolic disease related to hypocalemia, is closely related to calcium metabolism in a cow, and mainly occurs after calving of the cow, and the reduction of the calcium in the cow is the main reason of the hypocalemia. After delivery of the cow, a large amount of blood calcium is transferred to colostrum, and at this time, because of the ability of the intestine to absorb calcium and the reduced rate of storage of prokinetic calcium from the bone, if the calcium lost with colostrum exceeds the amount of calcium absorbed by the intestine and supplied from the bone prokinetic.
The subclinical type milk fever disease has light symptoms and causes no serious injury. Often some subclinical milk fever does not present symptoms, and diagnostic treatment is missed. In fact, subclinical milk fever seriously affects milk yield, resulting in mastitis, retained afterbirth and increased elimination rate. If subclinical type milk fever is not treated, clinical type milk fever can be developed. The incidence of this disease is high, with an average incidence of 7.5%.
The factors causing milk fever are many, and improper feeding management is the root cause of the disease. If the dairy cow eats a large amount of green grass, the calcium and potassium content in daily ration is too high before calving, or the dairy cow feeds high-calcium low-phosphorus feed at the late lactation period and the dry milk period, so that the blood calcium tends to be high level for a long time, and the secretion of parathyroid gland is inhibited; when the milk cow parturites, the blood calcium suddenly drops, the parathyroid gland is in a suppression state, calcitonin cannot be secreted in time to tighten the calcium of the prokinetically-moved bones and relieve the imbalance of the blood calcium, so that the milk fever is easily caused.

2, preparing the concentrated feed and the coarse feed in the step 1 into a dairy cow feed, wherein the mass ratio of the concentrated feed to the coarse feed is 1: 5;
and 3, feeding the dairy cattle in the early perinatal period by using the dairy cattle feed in the step 2.
According to a third aspect of the invention there is provided the use of a dairy cow concentrate for the prevention of milk fever in dairy cows.
The concentrated feed for the dairy cows provided by the invention is a mixture and can be used for feeding the dairy cows in the early perinatal period, the concentrated feed supplements necessary nutrient components of dairy cows through scientific proportioning, controls the intake of sodium and potassium, ensures that the acid-base balance of body fluid of the dairy cows is in the optimal state, and prevents the occurrence of milk fever by adding the concentrated feed into the feed of the dairy cows.
The soybean meal and the cottonseed meal are both protein feeds, are good in palatability when used as feeds, are high in digestion utilization rate, and can ensure the intake of the protein feeds of dairy cows, wherein the soybean meal is used in an amount of 7.0-8.0 parts by weight, and the cottonseed meal is used in an amount of 6.7-7.7 parts by weight.
In the daily ration with low calcium, calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate, calcium chloride and magnesium oxide are used for supplementing a proper amount of calcium ions and anion salts, wherein the supplement of the anion salts can be increased by adding the calcium sulfate, and the calcium sulfate is weak in body fluid, so that metabolic alkalosis is effectively prevented, and the physiological activity of parathyroid hormone is kept. Specifically, the content of calcium sulfate is 0.8-1.2 parts by weight. The addition of calcium carbonate and calcium chloride can further supplement anionic salts, simultaneously adjust the pH value of milk cow body fluid, maintain the optimal state of acid-base balance of milk cows during parturition, properly reduce the content of calcium in daily ration under the condition of ensuring calcium supply, promote the absorption of the milk cows to the calcium, particularly increase the absorption amount of calcium ions by small intestines, and promote the dissolution and reabsorption of bone calcium, specifically, the content of calcium carbonate is 0.8-1.2 parts by weight, and the content of calcium chloride is 0.8-1.2 parts by weight.
The lack of magnesium also easily causes milk fever, because the lack of magnesium inhibits the activity of parathyroid gland, the metabolism rate of calcium is reduced, calcium is not easy to mobilize from bones, the regulation obstacle of calcium in blood is caused, the addition of magnesium oxide timely ensures the supply of magnesium in blood, and the milk fever is prevented, wherein the content of magnesium oxide is controlled to be 0.2-0.6 part by weight, the magnesium oxide with the content ensures that the intake of magnesium is not excessive, and the requirement of a body on magnesium can be ensured.
The multi-vitamin premix is a premix prepared from vitamins and a carrier, wherein the carrier can be but is not limited to dregs, the premix can provide multiple vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E and the like, and can improve the anti-stress capability and immunity of dairy cows, wherein each kilogram of the multi-vitamin premix contains 100-200 KIU of vitamin A, 30-70 KIU of vitamin D and 500-700 KIU of vitamin E, and more specifically each kilogram of the multi-vitamin premix contains 150KIU of vitamin A, 50KIU of vitamin D and 600KIU of vitamin E.
In addition, the immunity of the dairy cow is continuously reduced in the early perinatal period, which is also a reason that the dairy cow is easily damaged by various diseases after parturition, and the addition of the trace elements plays an important role in the immunity, so that the sufficient supply of the trace elements is ensured at the beginning of the perinatal period of the dairy cow.
Specifically, the content of the trace elements is 0.4-0.8 part by weight, and it is to be noted that the part by weight refers to the part by weight of a trace element premix which is a uniform mixture prepared from a trace element compound and a carrier or a diluent according to a certain proportion, wherein the trace element premix comprises elements such as zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, cobalt and iodine, and the mass proportion relation of the elements is as follows: the ratio of zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, cobalt and iodine is 177:27:115:1:1.8:1.8, more specifically, the content of selenium in the concentrated feed is 1-1.5 ppm, and the concentrated feed reasonably supplements trace elements such as zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, cobalt and iodine and has a remarkable effect on the immune perinatal diseases of the dairy cows.
The experimental data and a large number of actual experiments prove that the concentrated material provided by the invention comprises 7.0-8.0 parts by weight of components and contents, such as soybean meal; 6.7-7.7 parts by weight of cottonseed meal; 0.8-1.2 parts by weight of calcium sulfate; 0.8-1.2 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; 0.8-1.2 parts of calcium chloride; 0.2-0.6 parts by weight of magnesium oxide; 1.0-2.0 parts by weight of multi-vitamin premix; 0.4-0.8 parts of trace elements, and the proportion and the interaction effect are optimal, so that the feed is very suitable for feeding dairy cows in the early perinatal period, and has a positive prevention effect on perinatal period diseases such as milk fever.
The concentrated feed for the dairy cows also comprises one or more of vinasse protein feed, corn fiber feed and molasses, wherein the vinasse protein feed contains nutrients such as protein, B vitamins, amino acids and the like, and also contains position growth promoting factors generated in fermentation, and can be used as energy substances and also can be used for further supplementing the nutrients such as the B vitamins, the amino acids and the like required by the dairy cows, but the dairy cows in the early perinatal period need to be fed with a proper amount of the vinasse protein feed, and if the feeding is excessive, abortion can be caused, so the using amount of the vinasse protein feed is selected to be 5.0-6.0 parts by weight.
The corn fiber feed can not only meet the nutritional requirements of the dairy cows, but also maintain the normal function of the rumen of the dairy cows and supplement minerals and vitamins in time, which also has positive effects on the growth and development of fetuses. Specifically, the corn fiber feed is used in an amount of 0.8 to 1.6 parts by weight.
The molasses can improve the palatability of the feed, the feed intake of dry matters is obviously reduced in weeks before calving of the dairy cows, the molasses can increase the appetite of the dairy cows and promote the feed intake, and the content of the molasses is 0.5-1.1 part by weight.
