Abstract

本发明涉及一种水空调热交换器进出水管的连接结构,包括内管及外管,所述内管为铜管,所述外管为不锈钢管,所述外管插接在所述内管内,并且在插接处设置有密封圈,所述外管通过管夹锁紧在所述内管上。本发明将外管插接在内管内,并通过管夹固定,不需要焊接,简单可靠,安装维修方便;外管采用不锈钢管来代替铜管,可降低原材料成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及水空调热交换器,具体地说是一种水空调热交换器进出水管的连接结构。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平在不断地提高,空调的需求量也随之增长,而水空调是一种环保节能的空调产品。
当今,水空调热交换器的进出水连接管一般为铜制管,制作成本颇高,直管与连接管部分需要进行繁琐的焊接;并且连接管多为环形波纹管,受加工方式制约,其单管长度通常较短,安装困难。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种水空调热交换器进出水管的连接结构,该连接结构成本低、安装快捷。
按照本发明的技术方案:一种水空调热交换器进出水管的连接结构,包括内管及外管,所述内管为铜管,所述外管为不锈钢管,所述外管插接在所述内管内,并且在插接处设置有密封圈,所述外管通过管夹锁紧在所述内管上。
所述内管的外端由内而外依次设置有密封筒及套筒,所述密封筒的外径大于所述内管的外径,所述套筒的外径大于所述密封筒的外径;所述外管靠近其内端的外表面上设置有内端凸环,所述内端凸环的外径小于所述套筒的内径;所述外管的内端插入所述内管并且所述外管与所述密封筒之间安装有所述密封圈,所述内端凸环进入所述套筒内。
所述密封筒及所述套筒一体成型在所述内管上。
所述外管的外端设置有外端凸环,所述外管的外端套有螺母。
所述外管为螺旋形不锈钢管。
所述管夹包括一对一端相连的、弹性的夹体,所述一对夹体上设置有相对的一对弧形段,每个所述夹体上开有一条纵向延伸的槽。
所述一对夹体的卡口端设置有向外延伸的导向段。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明将外管插接在内管内,并通过管夹固定,不需要焊接,简单可靠,安装维修方便;外管采用不锈钢管来代替铜管,可降低原材料成本;外管采用螺旋形不锈钢管,可稳定水流降低噪音。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
图1~图6中,包括内管1、管夹2、密封圈3、外管4、螺母5、外端凸环6、内端凸环7、套筒8、密封筒9、夹体11、弧形段12、卡口13、导向段14、槽15等。
如图1所示,本发明是一种水空调热交换器进出水管的连接结构,包括内管1及外管4,内管1为水空调热交换器的换热管,外管4为水空调热交换器的进出水管。进水时,水流进入外管4,再进入内管1,再由内管1分配流入热交换器进水口;出水时,由热交换器出水口排出至内管1,再由外管4排出。
本发明中,外管4插接在内管1内,并且在插接处设置有密封圈3,外管4通过管夹2锁紧在内管1上。密封圈3最好采用耐高温密封圈,可防止管道泄漏。
如图3所示,内管1为铜管,焊接在热交换器内部管道上。内管1的外端由内而外依次设置有密封筒9及套筒8,密封筒9的外径大于内管1的外径,套筒8的外径大于密封筒9的外径。密封筒9及套筒8一体成型在内管1上。
如图2所示,外管4为不锈钢管,单管长度任意定制,用来代替原来的铜管,可节约原材料成本约51%,降低了水空调的成本。外管4最好为螺旋形不锈钢管,在一定程度上可稳定水流降低噪音,提高水空调的性能。
外管4靠近其内端的外表面上设置有内端凸环7,内端凸环7的外径小于内管1套筒8的内径。外管4的外端设置有外端凸环6,外管4的外端套有螺母5,外端凸环6起阻挡螺母5、防止螺母5掉落的作用。螺母5用来与水空调水源的管道相连。
如图4~图6所示,管夹2包括一对一端相连的、弹性的夹体11,呈几字形。在一对夹体11上设置有相对的一对弧形段12,每个夹体11上开有一条纵向延伸的槽15。一对夹体11的卡口13端还设置有向外延伸的导向段14,在安装管夹2时,起导向作用。
本发明的安装过程如下:如图1所示,外管4的内端插入内管1并且外管4与密封筒9之间安装有密封圈3,内管1的内端凸环7进入套筒8内;然后将管夹2卡在外管4与内管1的相连处,使管夹2的槽15卡在外管4的密封筒9及套筒8处,管夹2的弧形段12抱在外管4及内管1的管壁上。
本发明将外管4插接在内管1内,并通过管夹2固定,不需要焊接,简单可靠,安装维修方便;外管4采用不锈钢管来代替铜管,可降低原材料成本。

1.一种水空调热交换器进出水管的连接结构,包括内管(1)及外管(4),所述内管(1)为铜管,其特征是:所述外管(4)为不锈钢管,所述外管(4)插接在所述内管(1)内,并且在插接处设置有密封圈(3),所述外管(4)通过管夹(2)锁紧在所述内管(1)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的水空调热交换器进出水管的连接结构,其特征是:所述内管(1)的外端由内而外依次设置有密封筒(9)及套筒(8),所述密封筒(9)的外径大于所述内管(1)的外径,所述套筒(8)的外径大于所述密封筒(9)的外径;所述外管(4)靠近其内端的外表面上设置有内端凸环(7),所述内端凸环(7)的外径小于所述套筒(8)的内径;所述外管(4)的内端插入所述内管(1)并且所述外管(4)与所述密封筒(9)之间安装有所述密封圈(3),所述内端凸环(7)进入所述套筒(8)内。
3.按照权利要求2所述的水空调热交换器进出水管的连接结构,其特征是:所述密封筒(9)及所述套筒(8)一体成型在所述内管(1)上。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的水空调热交换器进出水管的连接结构,其特征是:所述外管(4)的外端设置有外端凸环(6),所述外管(4)的外端套有螺母(5)。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的水空调热交换器进出水管的连接结构,其特征是:所述外管(4)为螺旋形不锈钢管。
6.按照权利要求1所述的水空调热交换器进出水管的连接结构,其特征是:所述管夹(2)包括一对一端相连的、弹性的夹体(11),所述一对夹体(11)上设置有相对的一对弧形段(12),每个所述夹体(11)上开有一条纵向延伸的槽(15)。
