本发明属于建筑保温材料领域,具体地说涉及一种真空绝热板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统。包括以基层墙体为底的由里而外依次固定连接的找平层、粘结砂浆层、特殊设计的真空绝热板、薄抹灰增强抹面层、饰面层,该保温系统能够将特殊设计的真空绝热板依靠射钉枪等机械工具直接锚固于基层墙体,锚固操作一次完成,可减少人为操作因素,方便施工、安全牢固,同时该保温系统保温性能好又能满足现行国家防火规范的要求和建筑节能75%设计标准要求。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑保温材料领域,具体地说涉及一种真空绝热板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统。
背景技术
随着我国对建筑节能的重视,外墙外保温技术的发展甚为迅速,不断涌现出具有新特点、新功能的产品,如膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统、岩棉板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统、硬泡聚氨酯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统等,这些保温系统在建筑节能方面起到了广泛、有效的作用。但是,其施工过程中需要将锚固钉穿过保温板,固定于基层墙体。其安装过程需要冲击钻打孔、放置塑料套管、拧紧膨胀螺钉等繁琐工序,高空作业工作量大,往往会造成施工安装操作不到位,导致锚固不可靠存在安全隐患,导致外墙外保温板脱落的事故时有发生。而且,通常的有机板类外墙外保温系统往往不能满足现行国家防火规范的要求,无机板类外墙外保温系统往往不能满足现行建筑节能75%设计标准要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种真空绝热板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统,该保温系统是将特殊设计的真空绝热板依靠射钉枪等机械工具直接锚固于基层墙体,锚固操作一次完成,可减少人为操作因素,方便施工、安全牢固,同时该保温系统保温性能好又能满足现行国家防火规范的要求和建筑节能75%设计标准要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种真空绝热板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统,包括以基层墙体为底的由里而外依次固定连接的找平层、粘结砂浆层、特殊设计的真空绝热板、薄抹灰增强抹面层、饰面层。所述的找平层是在基层墙体表面用聚合物水泥胶浆找平,厚度为10~15mm;所述的粘结砂浆层用于粘贴真空绝热板,粘贴面积应不小于40%,厚度为0.5~3mm;所述的特殊设计的真空绝热板是一侧封边沿板面伸出的真空绝热板,便于直接锚固与基层墙体;所述的薄抹灰增强抹面层由抹面胶浆复合耐碱玻纤网布构成;所述的饰面层经粉刷涂料制备形成。
本发明涉及的真空绝热板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统制备的具体工艺步骤为:
1.基层墙体找平:用水将基层墙体浇透浇匀,清除基层墙体表面的灰尘、污垢、碱膜、砂浆块等附着物,对于过于光滑的混凝土墙面,采用108胶水均匀粉刷基层墙体;聚合物水泥砂浆由普通硅酸盐水泥、中细沙、胶、水按一定比例复配而成。利用配制好的聚合物水泥砂浆在基层墙体表面找平,厚度为10~15mm。
2.粘结砂浆:以水泥、石膏、砂、胶、水按一定比例混合制备成粘结砂浆。用于粘贴真空绝热板,粘贴面积应不小于40%,厚度为0.5~3mm。
3.真空绝热板的粘贴锚固:特殊设计的真空绝热板应自下而上逐层安装,使真空绝热板沿板面伸出的封边向上并紧靠基层墙体,真空绝热板通过粘结砂浆粘贴于找平层,用射钉枪射钉或锚固钉穿过伸出的封边将其直接锚固于基层墙体上。
4.薄抹灰增强抹面层:抹面胶浆由水泥基或其他无机材料、高分子聚合物和填料组成,薄抹在真空绝热板外表面,将耐碱玻纤网布埋入抹面胶浆中形成薄抹灰增强抹面层。
5.饰面层:选用与薄抹灰外墙外保温系统相容涂料在薄抹灰增强抹面层粉刷形成。
本发明与现有技术相比,该保温系统能够将特殊设计的真空绝热板依靠射钉枪等机械工具直接锚固于基层墙体,锚固操作一次完成,可减少人为操作因素,方便施工、安全牢固,同时该保温系统保温性能好又能满足现行国家防火规范的要求和建筑节能75%设计标准要求。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种真空绝热板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统,包括以①基层墙体为底的由里而外依次固定连接的②找平层、③粘结砂浆层、④真空绝热板、⑤薄抹灰增强抹面层、⑥饰面层。所述的找平层是在基层墙体表面用聚合物水泥胶浆找平,厚度为10~15mm;所述的粘结砂浆层用于粘贴真空绝热板,粘贴面积应不小于40%,厚度为0.5~3mm;所述的特殊设计的真空绝热板是一侧⑦封边沿板面伸出的真空绝热板,便于直接锚固与基层墙体;所述的薄抹灰增强抹面层由抹面胶浆复合耐碱玻纤网布构成;所述的饰面层经粉刷涂料制备形成。

1.一种真空绝热板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统,其特征在于,以基层墙体为底的由里而外依次固定连接的找平层、粘结砂浆层、特殊设计的真空绝热板、薄抹灰增强抹面层、饰面层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空绝热板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统,其特征在于,特殊设计的真空绝热板应自下而上逐层安装,使真空绝热板沿板面伸出的封边向上并紧靠基层墙体,真空绝热板通过粘结砂浆粘贴于找平层,用射钉枪射钉或锚固钉穿过伸出的封边将其直接锚固于基层墙体上。
