[0002] 农作物连作是指在同一块田地连续多年种植同一种或同一科的农作物。近年来, 作物连作已是普遍现象,导致连作土壤土传病害越来越严重,即连作障碍。主要是由于土壤 中微生物结构失衡,土壤环境pH降低,从而影响土壤酶的活性等。
[0003] 农作物连作会不同程度的引起产量下降、品质变劣、病虫害滋生、繁育状况变差等 现象,究其原因是多方面的,主要有以下三大因素:一、作物自毒作用:某些作物可通过地上 部分淋溶、根系分泌和作物残茬腐解等途径释放一些物质,对同茬或下茬或同科作物生长 发育产生抑制作用;二、土壤有益微生物减少、有害微生物增加:由于连作形成了特殊的土 壤环境,使有益微生物的生长繁殖受到抑制,而有害微生物大量滋生,土壤发生变化;三、土 壤性质变坏,次生盐渍化及土壤酸化严重:为了片面的追求高产,大量施入高含量的化学肥 料和未经腐熟的动物粪便、人尿粪等,导致土壤中盐分过量。
[0004] 农作物连作生产导致不利影响,如烟草连作栽培前期,根系发育不良,生长缓慢, 导致生育期延迟;由于前期不发,而后期易出现旺长不落黄,甚至出现"黑曝烟";以及土传 病害发病率高,导致减产或烟叶产量下降,等等。目前,我国多地的作物种植基地土传病害 发生率均有不同程度的升高,随着连作时间的增加而增加,土壤环境出现恶性循环,对农作 物的生长、生产带来不利影响。
[0005] 土壤改良剂是指用于改良土壤的物理、化学和生物性质,使其更适宜植物生长,而 不是主要提供植物养分的物料。土壤改良剂有多类,如矿物类、天然和半合成高分子类、人 工合成高分子化合物及有益微生物制剂类等。
[0006] 现有技术中,CN102344326B公开了一种抑制烤烟连作障碍的生物有机肥,由以下 原料按重量份数比配制:EM土壤改良剂:蚯蚓粪:EM原液:无氯水=5-8:60-63:0.5-1:34.5-28,在密闭堆置条件下发酵6-7天制成。所述的EM 土壤改良剂是以米糠、泥炭和粘土基质为 载体,以固体发酵技术制成的EM固体土壤改良剂;所述的EM原液中含有乳酸菌、酵母菌、光 合菌有效活性微生物,活菌数不少于1亿个/毫升,pH不小于3.8。该生物有机肥能一定程度 上改善土壤结构和持水能力,抑制烤烟连作障碍;但是其作为生物有机肥,还是以为植物生 长提供肥效为主,对土壤的改良作用有限,无法较好的抑制农作物的土传病害。

[0012] 本发明的农作物连作土壤改良剂中,纳米碳是一种低燃点和非导电的改性碳,尺 度为5~50nm,可全部溶于水,入水后可改变水分子的排列方式和能态,使水分子团变小、活 性增大,改变了与其他物质和生物体的作用行为,如增加水的溶解能力、提高水的细胞生物 透性等,改善土壤结构。所以,纳米碳随着土壤改良剂进入土壤后能溶于水,以质流的形式 进入植物根系,进而随着水分的快速吸收,携带大量的N、P、K等养分进入植物体并快速转 化,从而增加植物根系吸收养分和养分利用率;提高有益微生物在根系表面着生和繁殖,提 高活性,改良土壤微环境。

[0059] 本实验例为田间试验,在河南洛阳市烟草实验田实施,添加本发明的土壤改良剂 后防病效果显著。
[0060] 试验共设2种处理,每种处理实施时三次重复,共6个小区。采用随机区组设计。每 小区种植200~250株,植株密度为1100株/亩,株行距50 X 120cm,其用纯氮量为9.09kg/ 667m2,NPK比例为1:0.8:2.7,其它大田管理措施按照优质烟生产技术规程进行。

[0064] 实施调查了烤烟打顶后的农艺性状,以及当地常见花叶病、黑胫病和赤星病的发 病情况。从表1可以看出打定后,添加土壤改良剂的处理,除了顶叶面积外其余性状都高于 对照,烟叶生长良好。从表2可知,添加土壤改良剂处理的花叶病、黑胫病和赤星病的发病率 均低于对照。黑胫病的相对防效为22.77%,花叶病和赤星病的相对防效较高,分别达到 56.93%和 41.03%。

Claims (10)
1. 一种农作物连作土壤改良剂,其特征在于:主要由以下重量份的原料制成:微生物发 酵菌剂4~6份、干牛奠30~50份、猜杆4~6份、风化煤30~48份、微生物有益复合菌剂8~12 份、纳米碳1.5~2.5份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的农作物连作土壤改良剂,其特征在于:主要由以下重量份的原 料制成:微生物发酵菌剂5份、干牛粪40份、秸杆5份、风化煤38份、微生物有益复合菌剂10 份、纳米碳2份。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的农作物连作土壤改良剂,其特征在于:所述微生物发酵菌 剂主要由酵母菌、黑曲霉、枯草芽孢杆菌组成,总的活菌数不低于5亿cfu/g。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的农作物连作土壤改良剂,其特征在于:所述微生物发酵菌剂 中,酵母菌、黑曲霉与枯草芽孢杆菌的活菌数之比为(2~4) : (2~4) : (1.5~2.5)。
5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的农作物连作土壤改良剂,其特征在于:所述微生物有益复 合菌剂主要由枯草芽孢杆菌、绿色木霉组成,总的活菌数不低于5亿cfu/g。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的农作物连作土壤改良剂,其特征在于:所述微生物有益复合菌 剂中,枯草芽孢杆菌与绿色木霉的活菌数之比为(0.5~1.5) : (0.5~1.5)。
7. -种如权利要求1所述的农作物连作土壤改良剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括下列 步骤: 1) 取配方量的干牛粪与秸杆粉混合,调整水分含量为55%~65%后,加入配方量的微 生物发酵菌剂,得混合料; 2) 将步骤1)所得混合料堆成堆体,于60~70°C好氧发酵5~7天,温度降至室温后,粉碎 得发酵腐熟料; 3) 将步骤2)所得发酵腐熟料与配方量的风化煤混合,再加入配方量的微生物有益复合 菌剂进行二次发酵,后加入配方量的纳米碳混合,即得。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的农作物连作土壤改良剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中, 所述堆体的高度为1.0~1.5m,长度为4~5m,宽度为2.0~3.0m。
9. 根据权利要求7所述的农作物连作土壤改良剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中, 所述粉碎是指将发酵腐熟后的物料粉碎后过50目筛。
10. 根据权利要求7所述的农作物连作土壤改良剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中, 所述风化煤使用前粉碎,过80目筛。
