Abstract
本发明的块状干冰旋切装置包括:一容器,用于放置干冰,容器的第一侧设有压紧装置,其将干冰推向第二侧,在第二侧面设有旋切板,在旋切板上固定有刀片和支撑块,所述刀片从所述第二侧向所述第一侧方向倾斜并超出支撑块,所述支撑块、刀片与旋切板之间留有一间隙,所述容器底面在所述间隙下方对应位置设有开口,被旋切的干冰颗粒从开口落下。本发明将干冰分散装置设立在一个容器内完成,将传动装置设置在容器外,干冰不受污染,在分散过程中升华少,装置更加紧凑。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及将块状干冰研磨成颗粒适合喷射介质喷射的装置。
背景技术
干冰具有升华性质,被用在精密注件打磨去边,电子元件清洗等领域。干冰成品一般是块状的,需要将块状二氧化碳,研磨成小颗粒后采用喷射装置将二氧化碳颗粒通过加速装置泵喷射,并朝着工件方向。在美国专利申请公开号2003/0064665A1公开干冰旋切装置,如图6所示,将干冰块紧贴在旋切板上,旋切板54一侧设有刀片,旋切板设有开口,刀片设于开口上,旋切板旋转刀片在干冰块在切出干冰,并从旋切板的开口进入旋切板的另一侧,掉入干冰颗粒的收集区再输送到干冰。这一机构干冰的掉落区与旋切板的旋转驱动装置在同一区域,旋转驱动装置需要清洁,否则会污染干冰;再者,干冰行径路线复杂,在过程中升华。在干冰块旋切到末端,其形状难以保持,不能进行规则的旋切,进而也不能再由切口进行旋切板的另一侧进入干冰的收集区域,因此,一块干冰总得留下部分浪费。干冰颗粒的落料区域与传动机械区混在一起导致干冰易污染,要与喷射区严格分离,否则,影响喷射力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种改进上述缺陷,将干冰的旋切掉落保持在一个容器内进行,结构紧凑,将旋转驱动装置与干冰分离的干冰块旋切装置。
本发明的块状干冰旋切装置包括:一容器,用于放置干冰,容器的第一侧设有压紧装置,其将干冰推向第二侧,在第二侧面设有旋切板,在旋切板上固定有刀片和支撑块,所述刀片从所述第二侧向所述第一侧方向倾斜并超出支撑块,所述支撑块、刀片与旋切板之间留有一间隙,所述容器底面在所述间隙下方对应位置设有开口,被旋切的干冰颗粒从开口落下。
所述容器在旋切板的上方,设有吹风口,可以泵入风压更利于干冰的落料,避免干冰的团聚,出料不均匀。
所述刀片和支撑板大体在同一平面,刀片锋端向外沿伸出支撑板,伸出0.5-2毫米。本发明又一种块状干冰旋切装置包括:一容器,用于放置干冰,容器的第一侧设有压紧装置,其将干冰推向第二侧,在第二侧面设有旋切板,在旋切板上固定有刮刀,所述刮刀有一平面和一开口,刀片沿伸出开口,所述刮刀与旋切板之间留有一间隙,所述容器底面在所述间隙下方对应位置设有开口,被旋切的干冰颗粒从开口落下。
本发明的设计将干冰集中的一个容器内进行旋切,并在容器底部设出口直接输到时收集区域,路径简单可控,在整个通道可以密闭起来,这样将喷射泵的负压引入到旋切环境,使干冰颗粒的输送均匀一致。
本发明将干冰分散装置设立在一个容器内完成,将传动装置设置在容器外,干冰不受污染,在分散过程中升华少,装置更加紧凑。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:
如图1所示,本实施例的块状干冰旋切装置包括:一容器(10),用于放置干冰(11),容器的第一侧设有压紧装置(12),其将干冰推向第二侧,在第二侧面设有旋切板为旋切侧板,其为容器的一侧板,侧板包括一可转动的旋切板(5),如图2、图3所示,一般为圆形的,其在固定有刀片(4),支撑板(2),刀片(4)和支撑板(2)大体在同一平面,刀片(4)锋端向外沿伸出支撑板(2),可以伸出0.5-2毫米,或根据干冰的松散程度进行适当调整。在旋切板(2)与刀片(4)、支撑板(3)之间设有档柱(9),其作用是使刀片(4)与旋切板(5)之间留有一定的间隙,以方便落料。旋切板(5)的另一侧面连接的转轴(6),转轴(6)外套有轴承(7),在轴承(7)的外端设有封板(8),封板(8)将容器的侧面封闭,转轴(7)连接驱动装置。在侧板设有出料口(11),及围板(3)。所述容器在旋切板的上方,设有吹风口(12),在吹风口的进入端可以泵入风压更利于干冰的落料,避免干冰的团聚,出料不均匀。
实施例2:如图4、5、6所示,其不同于实施例1在于,取消了支撑板,并且刀片改为刮刀,刮刀如图7所示,包括一平面(2.1),开口(2.2),及刀锋(2.3),刮刀(2)固定在旋切板(5)上,刮刀(2)与旋切板之间设有档柱(9),刮刀随旋切板(5)旋转,刀锋(2.3)伸出平面(2.1),将干冰旋切下来,并由开口(2.2)落料。
前述为本发明的二个实施例,但本发明的发明构思并不局限于此,而在于旋切板在容器一侧落下的技术方案,使得结构紧凑,若采用此构思,对本发明作出的非实质性改动,皆应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种块状干冰旋切装置,包括:一容器,用于放置干冰,容器的第一侧设有压紧装置,其将干冰推向第二侧,在第二侧面设有旋切板,其特征在于在所述旋切板上固定有刀片和支撑块,所述刀片从所述第二侧向所述第一侧方向倾斜并超出支撑块,所述支撑块、刀片与旋切板之间留有一间隙,所述容器底面在所述间隙下方对应位置设有开口,被旋切的干冰颗粒从开口落下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种块状干冰旋切装置,其特征在于所述容器在旋切板的上方,设有吹风口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种块状干冰旋切装置,其特征在于所述刀片和支撑板在同一平面,刀片锋端向外沿伸出支撑板,伸出0.5-2毫米。
4.一种块状干冰旋切装置,包括:一容器,用于放置干冰,容器的第一侧设有压紧装置,其将干冰推向第二侧,在第二侧面设有旋切板,其特征在于在所述旋切板上固定有刮刀,所述刮刀有一平面和一开口,刀片沿伸出开口,所述刮刀与旋切板之间留有一间隙,所述容器底面在所述间隙下方对应位置设有开口,被旋切的干冰颗粒从开口落下。
