Abstract

本发明公开了一种消臭干燥剂,其由质量份以下原料组成:无水氯化钙10~20份,二水氯化钙18~25份,膨润土20~35份,聚丙烯酰胺3~9份,活性炭8~20份,二氧化硅3~6份,聚丙烯酰胺的分子量为2000万~3000万。本发明采用氯化钙吸湿效果良好,吸湿速度快;同时具有良好的消臭作用,能够快速吸附臭气,吸湿除臭过程不生产有毒有害物质和气体,不产生二次污染,环保安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及干燥剂,具体涉及一种消臭干燥剂。
背景技术
南方春天湿度大,对于人体和衣物都造成不便,潮湿天气会持续一至三个月。而市面上的除湿剂多以氧化钙为主,具有一定干燥吸湿效果,但对于使用环境要求保持低温,吸湿效果不理想且会出现返潮现象。潮湿空气容易造成霉变,滋生细菌,空气中会弥漫难闻的臭味,需要在除湿的同时去除异味。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有吸收空气中水分并能吸收和抑制臭气的干燥剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种消臭干燥剂,其由质量份以下原料组成:无水氯化钙10~20份,二水氯化钙18~25份,膨润土20~35份,聚丙烯酰胺3~9份,活性炭8~20份,二氧化硅3~6份。
所述聚丙烯酰胺的分子量为2000万~3000万。
本发明中,无水氯化钙、二水氯化钙均无味,且具有强吸湿性。膨润土具有强的吸湿性,可吸附8~15倍于自身体积的水量,对各种气体、液体、有机物质有一定的吸附能力,最大吸附量可达5倍于自身的重量。
本发明中,活性炭在元素组成方面,80%-90%以上由碳组成,因此具有疏水性和吸附性,能够吸附空气中异味。
本发明中,聚丙烯酰胺通过强有力的分子间引力将臭气成分吸附在微细孔内并包裹,因为超高分子结构内具有两性离子和中性离子反应基,因此无论是酸性、中性还是酸性臭气都能瞬间吸附,在分子内进行中和反应被分解净化,这一吸附反应力可将多种臭气分子在瞬间内消臭,同时净化不带来二次公害污染。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用氯化钙和膨润土除湿,吸湿效果良好,吸湿速度快。
2、本发明采用高分子聚丙烯酰胺,具有良好的消臭作用,能够快速吸附臭气。
3、本发明不生产有毒有害物质和气体,不产生二次污染,环保安全。

下面结合具体实施例,对本发明进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种消臭干燥剂,其由质量份以下原料组成:无水氯化钙14份,二水氯化钙20份,膨润土30份,聚丙烯酰胺7份,活性炭15份,二氧化硅4份。其中,聚丙烯酰胺的分子量为2300万。
实施例2
一种消臭干燥剂,其由质量份以下原料组成:无水氯化钙18份,二水氯化钙22份,膨润土32份,聚丙烯酰胺5份,活性炭12份,二氧化硅5份。其中,聚丙烯酰胺的分子量为2600万。
实施例3
一种消臭干燥剂,其由质量份以下原料组成:无水氯化钙12份,二水氯化钙25份,膨润土30份,聚丙烯酰胺4份,活性炭18份,二氧化硅4份。其中,聚丙烯酰胺的分子量为2800万。

1.一种消臭干燥剂,其特征在于,其由质量份以下原料组成:无水氯化钙10~20份,二水氯化钙18~25份,膨润土20~35份,聚丙烯酰胺3~9份,活性炭8~20份,二氧化硅3~6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消臭干燥剂,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯酰胺的分子量为2000万~3000万。
