本发明公开了一种磁疗医用功能敷料及其制备方法,该功能敷料由下述原料组成:马来酰化壳聚糖、黄原胶、透明质酸镁、过氧化苯甲酰、磷酸二氢钠、铁氧体粉、红外陶瓷粉、亚油酸、番茄红素、甘草粉、蒺藜皂苷、甲基‑β‑环糊精、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、氯化铝、薄荷烷二胺、吐温‑20、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、乙醇、水。本发明提供的医用功能水凝胶除了具备普通敷料的愈合作用外,还具备磁疗的作用,功能多样,应用前景好,其止血时间缩短至12‑15秒,愈合时间控制在一周以内,且该水凝胶对皮肤物无致敏,且伤口愈合后无明显瘢痕,伤口修复愈合速率快且效果非常良好,方便推广使用。

背景技术
医用敷料是用以覆盖疮、伤口或其他损害的医用材料。随着对创面愈合过程的病理生理的深入研究,人们对创面愈合过程的理解也越来越深刻,各种医用敷料也在不断的发展进步。普通的医用敷料只能起到隔离细菌的侵入和吸收伤口上的渗液作用,一般不具备其它功能疗效。传统的功能敷料也只具备单一的止血止痛、抑制疤痕和促进伤口愈合的功效,功能较为单一。
医学研究表明,磁场可以通过改善局部微循环、增加血管通透性,促进局部免疫防御力,以及消炎消肿止疼等作用,加速创伤愈合,改善成纤维细胞良性增生修复,减轻瘢痕形成,并可能通过自由基机制和微循环机制,有效降低自由基损害,减少成纤维细胞病理性增生,减低胶原沉积,减少肥厚瘢痕形成。在此,将磁疗和普通治疗相结合,提供一种新型的磁疗医用功能敷料,赋予医用敷料多功能,同时改善医用敷料对创面的愈合效果。

一种磁疗医用功能敷料,由下述重量份的原料组成:马来酰化壳聚糖15-24份、黄原胶12-20份、透明质酸镁7-13份、过氧化苯甲酰2-6份、磷酸二氢钠1-5份、铁氧体粉3-7份、红外陶瓷粉2-5份、亚油酸0.8-2份、番茄红素1-3份、甘草粉1-4份、蒺藜皂苷1-3份、甲基-β-环糊精2-5份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚3-6份、氯化铝2-5份、薄荷烷二胺4-8份、吐温-20 2-5份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯1-5份、乙醇25-36份、水40-55份。
进一步的,所述铁氧体粉中Fe:Co:Ni:Sr:Pt:Mo:La各元素的物质的量比为(15-19):(4-8):(2-5):(0.8-1.4):(0.01-0.03):(0.4-1.2):(0.3-0.7)。

步骤1、将铁氧体粉、红外陶瓷粉均匀分散在3/4总重量份的乙醇中,得磁液;将吐温-20、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、亚油酸和余下乙醇混合搅拌均匀,然后滴加至磁液中,搅拌均匀,经透析、冷冻干燥,得到磁性粉体,备用;
步骤2、将马来酰化壳聚糖、黄原胶、透明质酸镁、甲基-β-环糊精加入一半水中,加热至40-80℃,搅拌40-90min,得溶液A;
步骤3、将过氧化苯甲酰、磷酸二氢钠加入另一半水中,搅拌均匀,然后加入番茄红素、甘草粉搅拌均匀,再加入步骤1中的磁性粉体,搅拌均匀,得溶液B;
步骤4、将蒺藜皂苷、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、薄荷烷二胺和氯化铝混合均匀,然后加入溶液B中,在40-60℃下搅拌混合30-60min,得溶液C;
步骤5、将溶液C加入溶液A中,搅拌均匀,冷冻干燥,并经过行辐射灭菌,即得。
进一步的,在步骤2中,加热至65℃,搅拌80min。
进一步的,在步骤4中,在45℃下搅拌混合40min。
由于采用了以上技术方案,本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的医用功能水凝胶除了具备普通敷料的愈合作用外,还具备磁疗的作用,功能多样,应用前景好;试验测试结果显示其止血时间缩短至12-15秒,愈合时间控制在一周以内,且该水凝胶对皮肤物无致敏,且伤口愈合后无明显瘢痕,伤口修复愈合速率快且效果非常良好,方便推广使用。

实施例1
一种磁疗医用功能敷料,由下述重量份的原料组成:马来酰化壳聚糖15份、黄原胶12份、透明质酸镁7份、过氧化苯甲酰2份、磷酸二氢钠1份、铁氧体粉3份、红外陶瓷粉2份、亚油酸0.8份、番茄红素1份、甘草粉1份、蒺藜皂苷1份、甲基-β-环糊精2份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚3份、氯化铝2份、薄荷烷二胺4份、吐温-20 2份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯1份、乙醇25份、水40份。
其中,所述铁氧体粉中Fe:Co:Ni:Sr:Pt:Mo:La各元素的物质的量比为15:4:2:0.8:0.01:0.4:0.3。
上述磁疗医用功能敷料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
步骤1、将铁氧体粉、红外陶瓷粉均匀分散在3/4总重量份的乙醇中,得磁液;将吐温-20、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、亚油酸和余下乙醇混合搅拌均匀,然后滴加至磁液中,搅拌均匀,经透析、冷冻干燥,得到磁性粉体,备用;

实施例4
一种磁疗医用功能敷料,由下述重量份的原料组成:马来酰化壳聚糖22份、黄原胶18份、透明质酸镁12份、过氧化苯甲酰5.6份、磷酸二氢钠4.6份、铁氧体粉6份、红外陶瓷粉4.3份、亚油酸1.7份、番茄红素2.5份、甘草粉3份、蒺藜皂苷2.4份、甲基-β-环糊精4.3份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚5份、氯化铝4.6份、薄荷烷二胺7.5份、吐温-20 4.6份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯4.5份、乙醇34份、水52份。
其中,所述铁氧体粉中Fe:Co:Ni:Sr:Pt:Mo:La各元素的物质的量比为16:5.5:4.3:1.3:0.015:0.7:0.6。
上述磁疗医用功能敷料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
步骤1、将铁氧体粉、红外陶瓷粉均匀分散在3/4总重量份的乙醇中,得磁液;将吐温-20、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、亚油酸和余下乙醇混合搅拌均匀,然后滴加至磁液中,搅拌均匀,经透析、冷冻干燥,得到磁性粉体,备用;
步骤2、将马来酰化壳聚糖、黄原胶、透明质酸镁、甲基-β-环糊精加入一半水中,加热至55℃,搅拌70min,得溶液A;
步骤3、将过氧化苯甲酰、磷酸二氢钠加入另一半水中,搅拌均匀,然后加入番茄红素、甘草粉搅拌均匀,再加入步骤1中的磁性粉体,搅拌均匀,得溶液B;
步骤4、将蒺藜皂苷、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、薄荷烷二胺和氯化铝混合均匀,然后加入溶液B中,在50℃下搅拌混合60min,得溶液C;
步骤5、将溶液C加入溶液A中,搅拌均匀,冷冻干燥,并经过行辐射灭菌,即得。
实施例5
一种磁疗医用功能敷料,由下述重量份的原料组成:马来酰化壳聚糖18份、黄原胶14份、透明质酸镁9.6份、过氧化苯甲酰4.2份、磷酸二氢钠3.8份、铁氧体粉3.2-6份、红外陶瓷粉2.8-4.3份、亚油酸1.1-1.7份、番茄红素1.3-2.5份、甘草粉1.8-3份、蒺藜皂苷1.2-2.4份、甲基-β-环糊精2.6-4.3份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚3.2-5份、氯化铝2.3-4.6份、薄荷烷二胺4.4-7.5份、吐温-20 2.5-4.6份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯1.3-4.5份、乙醇26-34份、水47份。
其中,所述铁氧体粉中Fe:Co:Ni:Sr:Pt:Mo:La各元素的物质的量比为18:6.3:3.5:1.1:0.018:0.5:0.48。
上述磁疗医用功能敷料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
步骤1、将铁氧体粉、红外陶瓷粉均匀分散在3/4总重量份的乙醇中,得磁液;将吐温-20、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、亚油酸和余下乙醇混合搅拌均匀,然后滴加至磁液中,搅拌均匀,经透析、冷冻干燥,得到磁性粉体,备用;
步骤2、将马来酰化壳聚糖、黄原胶、透明质酸镁、甲基-β-环糊精加入一半水中,加热至75℃,搅拌80min,得溶液A;
步骤3、将过氧化苯甲酰、磷酸二氢钠加入另一半水中,搅拌均匀,然后加入番茄红素、甘草粉搅拌均匀,再加入步骤1中的磁性粉体,搅拌均匀,得溶液B;
步骤4、将蒺藜皂苷、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、薄荷烷二胺和氯化铝混合均匀,然后加入溶液B中,在55℃下搅拌混合50min,得溶液C;
步骤5、将溶液C加入溶液A中,搅拌均匀,冷冻干燥,并经过行辐射灭菌,即得。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:本对比例中不添加番茄红素、氯化铝和薄荷烷二胺。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:本对比例中不添加铁氧体粉、红外陶瓷粉和蒺藜皂苷。
性能测试
对实施例1-5和对比例1、2所制备的医用功能水凝胶进行相关性能测试,其测试结果如下表所示:

由以上测试结果可知,本发明提供的医用功能水凝胶除了具备普通敷料的愈合作用外,还具备磁疗的作用,功能多样,应用前景好;试验测试结果显示其止血时间缩短至12-15秒,愈合时间控制在一周以内,且该水凝胶对皮肤物无致敏,且伤口愈合后无明显瘢痕,伤口修复愈合速率快且效果非常良好,方便推广使用。

Claims (7)

1.一种磁疗医用功能敷料,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料组成:马来酰化壳聚糖15-24份、黄原胶12-20份、透明质酸镁7-13份、过氧化苯甲酰2-6份、磷酸二氢钠1-5份、铁氧体粉3-7份、红外陶瓷粉2-5份、亚油酸0.8-2份、番茄红素1-3份、甘草粉1-4份、蒺藜皂苷1-3份、甲基-β-环糊精2-5份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚3-6份、氯化铝2-5份、薄荷烷二胺4-8份、吐温-20 2-5份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯1-5份、乙醇25-36份、水40-55份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁疗医用功能敷料,其特征在于,所述铁氧体粉中Fe:Co:Ni:Sr:Pt:Mo:La各元素的物质的量比为(15-19):(4-8):(2-5):(0.8-1.4):(0.01-0.03):(0.4-1.2):(0.3-0.7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁疗医用功能敷料,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料组成:马来酰化壳聚糖16-22份、黄原胶13-18份、透明质酸镁7.5-12份、过氧化苯甲酰2.4-5.6份、磷酸二氢钠1.8-4.6份、铁氧体粉3.2-6份、红外陶瓷粉2.8-4.3份、亚油酸1.1-1.7份、番茄红素1.3-2.5份、甘草粉1.8-3份、蒺藜皂苷1.2-2.4份、甲基-β-环糊精2.6-4.3份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚3.2-5份、氯化铝2.3-4.6份、薄荷烷二胺4.4-7.5份、吐温-20 2.5-4.6份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯1.3-4.5份、乙醇26-34份、水42-52份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的磁疗医用功能敷料,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料组成:马来酰化壳聚糖18份、黄原胶14份、透明质酸镁9.6份、过氧化苯甲酰4.2份、磷酸二氢钠3.8份、铁氧体粉3.2-6份、红外陶瓷粉2.8-4.3份、亚油酸1.1-1.7份、番茄红素1.3-2.5份、甘草粉1.8-3份、蒺藜皂苷1.2-2.4份、甲基-β-环糊精2.6-4.3份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚3.2-5份、氯化铝2.3-4.6份、薄荷烷二胺4.4-7.5份、吐温-20 2.5-4.6份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯1.3-4.5份、乙醇26-34份、水47份。
5.根据权利要求1至4任何一项所述的磁疗医用功能敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
步骤1、将铁氧体粉、红外陶瓷粉均匀分散在3/4总重量份的乙醇中,得磁液;将吐温-20、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、亚油酸和余下乙醇混合搅拌均匀,然后滴加至磁液中,搅拌均匀,经透析、冷冻干燥,得到磁性粉体,备用;
步骤2、将马来酰化壳聚糖、黄原胶、透明质酸镁、甲基-β-环糊精加入一半水中,加热至40-80℃,搅拌40-90min,得溶液A;
步骤3、将过氧化苯甲酰、磷酸二氢钠加入另一半水中,搅拌均匀,然后加入番茄红素、甘草粉搅拌均匀,再加入步骤1中的磁性粉体,搅拌均匀,得溶液B;
步骤4、将蒺藜皂苷、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、薄荷烷二胺和氯化铝混合均匀,然后加入溶液B中,在40-60℃下搅拌混合30-60min,得溶液C;
步骤5、将溶液C加入溶液A中,搅拌均匀,冷冻干燥,并经过行辐射灭菌,即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的磁疗医用功能敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤2中,加热至65℃,搅拌80min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的磁疗医用功能敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤4中,在45℃下搅拌混合40min。
