背景技术
随着生活工作的压力增大和年龄的增长,加之精神、饮食、营养、内分泌、药物射等作用,许多人逐渐感到身体出现了各种不适,如出现精神倦怠,头昏目眩、腰酸背痛、性功能低下等诸多肌体衰老的症状,人们已在悄然中进入另一种身体状态——亚健康。目前,人们眼中健康人群中一半以上的人处于“亚健康状态”。大量亚健康人群的出现,疲劳已成为全球关注的问题。有关具有抗疲劳、抗衰老等功能保健的产品,也有不少报道。但是,随着科技的发展,工业化程度的提高,人体受到的辐射也越来越多,因此本发明的技术人员依据多年的临床经验和实验研究,开发出了具有缓解体力疲劳、耐缺氧和对辐射危害有辅助保护功能作用的饮料。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗疲劳、增强自身体质、有效地抑制衰老、改善记忆力的功能红景天饮料。
本发明所提出的技术问题是这样解决的:构造一种红景天饮料,每升饮料包括下述重量原料制备而成:白砂糖50g,柠檬酸0.2g,柠檬酸钠0.2g,苹果酸0.2,红景天提取液1g,甘草提取液1g,大枣提取液0.5g,玉竹提取液0.5g,牛磺酸0.2g,烟酰胺0.02g,焦糖色0.2g,蜂糖4g,其余为水。
所述红景天提取液是由以下制备方法制得:将粉碎后的红景天加乙醇加热回流提取3 次,每次2小时,合并提取液,减压回收乙醇,乙醇挥干后的提取液即为红景天提取液。
所述甘草提取液是由以下制备方法制得:取甘草,加甘草10倍量的水煎煮3次,每次1小时,合并煎液,将煎液浓缩至相对密度为1.20,滤过,滤液即为甘草提取液。
所述大枣提取液是由以下制备方法制得:取大枣,加大枣10倍量的水煎煮3次,每次1小时,合并煎液,将煎液浓缩至相对密度为1.20,滤过,滤液即为甘草提取液。
所述玉竹提取液是由以下制备方法制得:取玉竹,加玉竹10倍量的水煎煮3次,每次1小时,合并煎液,将煎液浓缩至相对密度为1.20,滤过,滤液即为甘草提取液。
一种红景天饮料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取配方量的白砂糖、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、苹果酸,然后放入占配方总水量30%的水中并在60℃的温度下进行搅拌均匀,300 目过滤,滤液存于Ⅰ号储罐待用;
(2)称取配方量的红景天提取液、甘草提取液、大枣提取液、玉竹提取液、牛磺酸、烟酰胺、焦糖色以及蜂糖,然后放入占配方总水量20% 的水中并在40℃的温度下充分搅拌直至完全溶解,300 目过滤,滤液存于Ⅱ号储罐待用;
(3)将Ⅰ号储罐的滤液和Ⅱ号储罐的滤液转移至调配罐,补加水,不停搅拌,依据产品
质量标准,测定酸碱度和糖度,最终,定容至1 升,300 目过滤,在98℃温度下,30 秒UHT 灭菌,灌装,115℃温度下,10 分钟二次灭菌,外包装,入待检区,检验合格后入库。

红景天:主要生长于西藏高原海拔4500 米以上的严寒,缺氧,强日照,无污染地带,是红景天中的极品,红景天中含有丰富的红景天甙、酪醇、酮等成分被誉为“雪域人参”。可全面激活细胞,清除体内自由和大脑内过氧化脂质,延缓脑细胞衰老和死亡;清除机体代谢所产生的乳酸,促进体内酸碱平衡,恢复人体的体力和活力;激活下丘脑一垂体轴,使生命时钟恢复至青春水平。因此,红景天具有很强的抗疲劳,抗氧化,抗辐射,提高免疫力,调节内泌,保湿祛皱,延缓衰老的功效。
甘草:别名:国老、甜草、乌拉尔甘草、甜根子。豆科、甘草属多年生草本,根与根状茎粗壮,是一种补益中草药。用于心气虚,心悸怔忡,脉结代,以及脾胃气虚,倦怠乏力等。
大枣:大枣能润心肺、止咳、补五脏、治虚损、除肠胃癖气,还能安中养脾、平胃气、通九窍、助十二经等。具补中益气,养血安神,滋润肌肤,益颜美容之功效。
玉竹:具有抗氧化作用,可以调节免疫功能、清除自由基,从而减轻对机体组织的损伤,以延缓衰老。

所述玉竹提取液是由以下制备方法制得:取玉竹,加玉竹10倍量的水煎煮3次,每次1小时,合并煎液,将煎液浓缩至相对密度为1.20,滤过,滤液即为甘草提取液。
其制备过程为:(1)分别称取配方量的白砂糖、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、苹果酸,然后放入占配方总水量30%的水中并在60℃的温度下进行搅拌均匀,300 目过滤,滤液存于Ⅰ号储罐待用;
(2)称取配方量的红景天提取液、甘草提取液、大枣提取液、玉竹提取液、牛磺酸、烟酰胺、焦糖色以及蜂糖,然后放入占配方总水量20% 的水中并在40℃的温度下充分搅拌直至完全溶解,300 目过滤,滤液存于Ⅱ号储罐待用;
(3)将Ⅰ号储罐的滤液和Ⅱ号储罐的滤液转移至调配罐,补加水,不停搅拌,依据产品质量标准,测定酸碱度和糖度,最终,定容至1 升,300 目过滤,在98℃温度下,30 秒UHT 灭菌,灌装,115℃温度下,10 分钟二次灭菌,外包装,入待检区,检验合格后入库。
Claims (6)
1.一种红景天饮料,其特征在于每升饮料包括下述重量原料制备而成:白砂糖50g,柠檬酸0.2g,柠檬酸钠0.2g,苹果酸0.2,红景天提取液1g,甘草提取液1g,大枣提取液0.5g,玉竹提取液0.5g,牛磺酸0.2g,烟酰胺0.02g,焦糖色0.2g,蜂糖4g,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种红景天饮料,其特征在于:所述红景天提取液是由以下制备方法制得:将粉碎后的红景天加乙醇加热回流提取3 次,每次2小时,合并提取液,减压回收乙醇,乙醇挥干后的提取液即为红景天提取液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种红景天饮料,其特征在于:所述甘草提取液是由以下制备方法制得:取甘草,加甘草10倍量的水煎煮3次,每次1小时,合并煎液,将煎液浓缩至相对密度为1.20,滤过,滤液即为甘草提取液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种红景天饮料,其特征在于:所述大枣提取液是由以下制备方法制得:取大枣,加大枣10倍量的水煎煮3次,每次1小时,合并煎液,将煎液浓缩至相对密度为1.20,滤过,滤液即为甘草提取液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种红景天饮料,其特征在于:所述玉竹提取液是由以下制备方法制得:取玉竹,加玉竹10倍量的水煎煮3次,每次1小时,合并煎液,将煎液浓缩至相对密度为1.20,滤过,滤液即为甘草提取液。
6.一种制备权利要求1 所述的红景天饮料的方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取配方量的白砂糖、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、苹果酸,然后放入占配方总水量30%
的水中并在60℃的温度下进行搅拌均匀,300 目过滤,滤液存于Ⅰ号储罐待用;
(2)称取配方量的红景天提取液、甘草提取液、大枣提取液、玉竹提取液、牛磺酸、烟酰胺、焦糖色以及蜂糖,然后放入占配方总水量20% 的水中并在40℃的温度下充分搅拌直至完全溶解,300 目过滤,滤液存于Ⅱ号储罐待用;
(3)将Ⅰ号储罐的滤液和Ⅱ号储罐的滤液转移至调配罐,补加水,不停搅拌,依据产品
质量标准,测定酸碱度和糖度,最终,定容至1 升,300
目过滤,在98℃温度下,30 秒UHT 灭菌,灌装,115℃温度下,10
分钟二次灭菌,外包装,入待检区,检验合格后入库。
