本发明涉及一种机械配件，具体地说是涉及一种组合齿轮。一种组合齿轮，包括齿轮本体，其特征在于：所述的齿轮本体由齿圈和连接盘组成，所述的齿圈外圈设有齿，内圈设有用于安装连接盘的凹槽，所述的连接盘设有配合凹槽的定位槽，中间设有安装孔。这样结构的一种组合齿轮具有安装简单，使用方便，节省成本的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械配件，具体地说是涉及一种组合齿轮。
背景技术
齿轮主要用于传送机械动力，从而进行机械动力有利分配的目的。
现有的齿轮为整体铸造而成，中间设有用于安装的轴孔，这样结构的连杆存在，齿轮韧性差，容易断裂，且加工粗糙，存在安全隐患的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述所存在的缺点，提供的一种具有安装简单，使用方便，节省成本的齿轮。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：一种组合齿轮，包括齿轮本体，其特征在于：所述的齿轮本体由齿圈和连接盘组成，所述的齿圈外圈设有齿，内圈设有用于安装连接盘的凹槽，所述的连接盘设有配合凹槽的定位槽，中间设有安装孔。
进一步的讲：所述的连接盘上还设有便于润滑的润滑孔，所述的润滑孔设有1-4个。
在使用时，将连接盘安装在齿圈上通过定位孔，利用销子将其固定，当齿圈损坏时，只需更换齿圈，即可。
本发明的有益效果是：这样结构的一种组合齿轮具有安装简单，使用方便，节省成本的优点。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1所示：一种组合齿轮，包括齿轮本体1，其特征在于：所述的齿轮本体1由齿圈2和连接盘3组成，所述的齿圈2外圈设有齿4，内圈设有用于安装连接盘3的凹槽5，所述的连接盘3设有配合凹槽5的定位槽6，中间设有安装孔7。
进一步的讲：所述的连接盘3上还设有便于润滑的润滑孔8，所述的润滑孔8设有1-4个。
在使用时，将连接盘3安装在齿圈2上通过定位孔7，利用销子将其固定，当齿圈2损坏时，只需更换齿圈2，即可。
这样结构的一种组合齿轮具有安装简单，使用方便，节省成本的优点。

1.一种组合齿轮，包括齿轮本体，其特征在于：所述的齿轮本体由齿圈和连接盘组成，所述的齿圈外圈设有齿，内圈设有用于安装连接盘的凹槽，所述的连接盘设有配合凹槽的定位槽，中间设有安装孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合齿轮，其特征在于：所述的连接盘上还设有便于润滑的润滑孔，所述的润滑孔设有1-4个。
