本发明公开了日用化学洗涤用品领域的一种护色除菌洗衣液及制备方法。洗衣液包括以下原料组分:过氧化氢5%;双氧水稳定剂0.3%;2,6二叔丁基对甲苯酚(BHT)0.1%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO9)8%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO7)7%;陶氏DOW 2A1表面活性剂1%;香精0.2%;色素0.006%;增白剂0.2%;防水密封润滑脂CP‑51%;去离子水TO100余量。1.配方成本下降3%;本发明具有以下有益效果:具有除菌和对有色织物护色的双重使用效果;使用安全性提高,消毒剂成分在洗晒后无残留。

护色除菌洗衣液及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种日用化学洗涤用品,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种护色除菌洗衣液及制备方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,洗衣机,特别是全自动洗衣机已成为每个家庭必不可少的家电产品,为我们降低了家庭劳动强度和提高了生活质量。洗衣机的全民使用,也正在改变着我们使用洗涤产品的习惯,肥皂洗衣正在从我们的视野中淡出,洗衣粉特别是无磷洗衣粉(目前市场上只允许销售无磷洗衣粉)也由于自身的缺陷(不溶物大于10%,泡沫多,灰分沉积问题等),市场总消费量正逐步下降。由此,国内洗衣液产品正迎来了一个大的发展机遇,根据洗涤剂行业2011年度11月份的报表,洗衣液产品的环比和对比增长量均突破2位数。洗衣液取代洗衣粉是大势所趋,但也存在着功能不能全替代的缺陷,如同配方成本下,去污力、除菌、护色等性能的同等替代问题(普遍存在下降情况)。目前,各洗衣液生产商普遍采取的方法是提高去污成分、助剂的添加量,使用价格高稳定性好的除菌剂,使用溶解性好价格高的增白成分等等,总之是通过增加成本来保持与洗衣粉的相关指标的平衡。普通除菌洗衣液虽有体系稳定性好(无需加稳定剂及其它助剂)、除菌性能高等优点,但存在以下缺点:一、消毒剂原料价格高,所占成本高(占配方成本的5%);二、除菌剂组份对人体有危害(毒理报告描述:皮肤刺激性分值较高4ppm);三、除菌剂组份对环境有影响(MSDS报告描述:生物降解性为一般)。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种安全性好、成本较低的护色除菌洗衣液。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:
一种护色除菌洗衣液,所述的洗衣液包括以下原料组分:过氧化氢5%;双氧水稳定剂0.3%;2,6二叔丁基对甲苯酚(BHT)0.1%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO9)8%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO7)7%;陶氏DOW 2A1表面活性剂1%;香精0.2%;色素0.006%;增白剂0.2%;防水密封润滑脂CP-5 1%;去离子水TO100余量。
所述的过氧化氢的浓度为35%。所述的过氧化氢采用电解法及蒽醌法制造。所述的2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚(BHT)以甲酚、异丁醇为原料,以浓硫酸作为催化剂,氧化铝作为脱水剂反应生成。所述洗衣液的总固体含量20.0~22.0%;双氧水含量1.0~2.0%;原液的PH值在25℃时达5.5~7.5。
本发明的目的还可以通过下述技术方案实现:
所述的洗衣液涉及一种制备方法,其步骤如下:按上述各组分质量配比备料,第一步:在配制缸中,依次加入所需量的各种原料、抗氧化剂,升温至40℃,搅拌10分钟,至抗氧化剂全部溶解;第二步:将所需量的去离子水加入配制缸中,搅拌均匀,冷却至30℃以下;第三步:加入所需量的双氧水稳定剂,搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀;第四步:加入所需量的过氧化氢,搅拌5分钟,搅拌均匀;第五步:半成品取样检测后过滤、陈化处理,成品抽样检测、灌装、成品包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.配方成本下降3%;
2.使用效果上升,既能除菌,又能对有色织物护色,比苯酚类和含氯类消毒剂产品性能优越明显;
3.使用安全性提高,消毒剂成分在洗晒后无残留。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实质性内容作进一步详细描述:一种护色除菌洗衣液,包括以下原料组分:过氧化氢5%;双氧水稳定剂0.3%;2,6二叔丁基对甲苯酚(BHT)0.1%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO9)8%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO7)7%;陶氏DOW 2A1表面活性剂1%;香精0.2%;色素0.006%;增白剂0.2%;防水密封润滑脂CP-5 1%;去离子水TO100余量。

按上述各组分质量配比备料,第一步:在配制缸中,依次加入所需量的各种原料、抗氧化剂,升温至40℃,搅拌10分钟,至抗氧化剂全部溶解;第二步:将所需量的去离子水加入配制缸中,搅拌均匀,冷却至30℃以下;第三步:加入所需量的双氧水稳定剂,搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀;第四步:加入所需量的过氧化氢,搅拌5分钟,搅拌均匀;第五步:半成品取样检测后过滤、陈化处理,成品抽样检测、灌装、成品包装。护色除菌洗衣液包含的三种主要原料双氧水稳定剂(2066)、过氧化氢和2,6二叔丁基对甲苯酚(BHT)设有检测标准。双氧水稳定剂(2066)用电位法对其表面活性剂水溶液pH值的测定;技术指标为:a.感官指标为透明琥珀色液体;b.理化指标为pH值(25℃原液)6.0~8.0,总活性酸含量24.0~26.0%;检测方法为用目测方法看其外观;用原液测定pH值;采用试剂检测总活性酸含量,保质期为自生产之日起一年。总活性酸的检测步骤如下:A.准备试剂。a)0.2mol/l NaOH标准溶液;b)1∶1HCl溶液;B.采用设备a)pH计:MP220型或能达到相同精度效果的仪器;b)50ml碱式滴定管。C.具体实施。称取1.5g样品于250ml烧杯中,加入去离子水至100ml,插入pH计,用1∶1HCl溶液调至pH值2以下,用0.2%NaOH标准溶液滴定至pH值为3,记下读数V1;继续用0.2%NaOH标准溶液滴定至pH值为9,记下读数V2;按以下公式计算:
公式中:X为总活性酸含量%;V2为pH值滴定至9的读数ml;
V1为pH值滴定至3的读数ml;N为氢氧化钠的摩尔浓度mol/l;
W-样品的重量g。
过氧化氢采用电解法及蒽醌法制造,其分子量为34.01,其中感官指标为无色透明液体;理化指标为过氧化氢(H2O2)含量≥27.5%;游离酸(H2SO4)含量≤0.05%;不发挥物含量≤0.10%,保质期为自生产之日起三个月。2,6二叔丁基对甲苯酚(BHT)以甲酚、异丁醇为原料,以浓硫酸作为催化剂,氧化铝作为脱水剂反应生成;其中感官指标为白色结晶或结晶性粉末,理化指标为熔点69.0~70.0℃,水分≤0.10%,保质期为三个月。本发明的质量标准为:总固体含量20.0~22.0%;双氧水含量1.0~2.0%;PH值(25℃,原液)5.5~7.5;稳定性40±2℃,恒温24h,不分层;-5±2℃,恒温24h,恢复到室温(15~25℃)后不分层,无沉淀;去污力JB01≥1.0,JB03≥1.0。

1.一种护色除菌洗衣液,其特征是:所述的洗衣液包括以下原料组分:过氧化氢5%;双氧水稳定剂0.3%;2,6二叔丁基对甲苯酚(BHT)0.1%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO9)8%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO7)7%;陶氏DOW 2A1表面活性剂1%;香精0.2%;色素0.006%;增白剂0.2%;防水密封润滑脂CP-5 1%;去离子水TO100余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种护色除菌洗衣液,其特征是:所述的过氧化氢的浓度为35%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种护色除菌洗衣液,其特征是:所述的过氧化氢采用电解法及蒽醌法制造。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种护色除菌洗衣液,其特征是:所述的2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚(BHT)以甲酚、异丁醇为原料,以浓硫酸作为催化剂,氧化铝作为脱水剂反应生成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种护色除菌洗衣液,其特征是:所述洗衣液的总固体含量20.0~22.0%;双氧水含量1.0~2.0%;原液的PH值在25℃时达5.5~7.5。
