本发明公开的一种强化镁质瓷透明釉,其由以下原料按重量百分比制成:镁质瓷废瓷粉2~6%;洗泥15~21%;内蒙土4~8%;白滑石8~12%;碳酸钡4~8%;氧化锌5~9%;钠长石13~22%;钾长石13~17%;方解石10~15%;碳酸锶3~5%。本发明的镁质瓷透明釉烧制后透明度高。

本发明涉及日用陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种强化镁质瓷透明釉。
背景技术
陶瓷在人类生产的历史上已有数干年的历史,日用陶瓷是品种繁多的陶瓷制品中最古老和最传统的陶瓷。目前瓷质种类十分丰富,在器型、装饰方面发展更是日新月异,技术创新成果层出不穷。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,陶瓷产品的实用性和艺术欣赏性需求更加迫切。陶瓷艺术造型、艺术装饰、雕刻制品十分丰富,各种产品不断创新、丰富,充实了人们的艺术需求。然而艺术陶瓷仅限于陈设与装饰,仅供闲暇之余赏之、悦之。实用性和欣赏性一体的陶瓷制品才能满足并丰富人们的物质生活与文化生活内涵,使人们在餐饮、工作、休闲之余,处处都能欣赏、体味中国的陶瓷文化与华夏文明史。
镁质瓷(强化瓷)也是一种高档瓷,英国早在18世纪末就以滑石为主要原料制作镁质瓷,所以镁质瓷又称滑石瓷。镁质瓷瓷质细腻乳白、薄胎半透明、有脂肪光泽。滑石是镁的含水硅酸盐矿物,手摸有滑腻感,成片状结构,破碎时易成片状,不易粉碎。镁质瓷在制作过程中,因其坯料主要以瘠性料为主,约占80-88%,可塑性膨润土较少,在还原气氛条件烧到1350℃以上,在烧成过程中其收缩变化与普通“粘土、长石、石英”系坯体有明显不同。按照已知技术根本无法解决,镁质瓷制品极易出现易碎、透明度不高等缺陷。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对现有镁质瓷透明釉所存在的上述技术问题而提供一种强化镁质瓷透明釉,该镁质瓷透明釉烧制后透明度高。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:

本发明还提供一种强化镁质瓷透明釉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:将石质原材料白滑石、钠长石、钾长石、方解石加工成最少过8目筛的粉料;
(2)制造:按配方量将所有原料加入装有研磨体的球磨机里,加入一定量的水使釉浆比重控制在1.57~1.61g/100ml,球磨釉浆至细度在240目以上,即颗粒直径小于0.061mm,用320目筛检测,筛余量在0.03-0.04%为合格,即可放浆-过筛除铁-储存备用。
本发明的镁质瓷透明釉烧制后透明度高。
