发明的目的:本发明公开了一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维,具有美肤健肤、减少呼吸道疾病、改善睡眠质量、改善心肌营养,有效降低三高,促进血液循环,还可以净化空气、杀菌和除臭作用,同时含有纳米抗静电母粒,抗静电效果持久稳定。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明公开了一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维,包括第一基层纤维层、抗菌纤维层、远红外纤维层、负离子纤维层和第二基层纤维层,所述第一基层纤维层和第二基层纤维层为聚酯纤维层,所述第一基层纤维层的上端交叉搭接设有抗菌纤维层,所述抗菌纤维层的上端设有远红外纤维层,所述远红外纤维层的上端设有负离子纤维层,所述负离子纤维层的上端设有第二基层纤维层,所述第一基层纤维层和第二基层纤维层中含有纳米抗静电母粒。
进一步的,上述一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维,所述抗菌纤维层为竹纤维。竹纤维具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外功能,同时还具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性和较强的耐磨性能。
进一步的,上述一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维,所述抗菌纤维层还设有载锌抗菌母粒。可以提供人体所需微量元素,改善人体微循环,增强细胞免疫力,并能起到预防和治疗多种皮肤病的作用。

上述一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维,所述的纳米抗静电母粒包括以下重量份的组成成分:聚酯载体50份、纳米竹碳粉12份、纳米抗静电剂 11份、抗氧化剂1010 3份、硬脂酸锌2份。
进一步的,上述一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维的纳米抗静电母粒的制备方法:包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚酯载体冷冻粉碎至20目;
(2)称取配方重量份的聚酯载体,纳米竹炭粉、纳米抗静电剂、抗氧化剂和硬脂酸锌,加入到高混机中混合均匀;
(3)将混合好后的混料加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒;
(4)造粒好后过振动筛即得所述纳米抗静电母粒。
进一步的,上述一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维的纳米抗静电母粒的制备方法,所述步骤(2)中高混机搅拌混匀温度为125℃。
上述实施例1-3所述的一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维的纳米抗静电母粒的制备方法所得的纳米抗静电母粒抗静电效果稳定持久。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明所述的一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维,基层纤维层中含有纳米抗静电母粒,抗静电效果稳定持久,让人们远离静电的困扰和伤害;负离子纤维层释放负离子;远红外纤维层释放远红外线,从而促进人体血液循环,杀菌,健肤美肤。

Claims (10)
1.一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维,其特征在于:包括第一基层纤维层、抗菌纤维层、远红外纤维层、负离子纤维层和第二基层纤维层,所述第一基层纤维层和第二基层纤维层为聚酯纤维层,所述第一基层纤维层的上端交叉搭接设有抗菌纤维层,所述抗菌纤维层的上端设有远红外纤维层,所述远红外纤维层的上端设有负离子纤维层,所述负离子纤维层的上端设有第二基层纤维层,所述第一基层纤维层和第二基层纤维层中含有纳米抗静电母粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维,其特征在于:所述抗菌纤维层为竹纤维。
3.根据权利要求1或2任意一项所述的一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维,其特征在于:所述抗菌纤维层还设有载锌抗菌母粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维,其特征在于:所述的远红外纤维层为远红外锦纶纤维,所述远红外锦纶纤维包括锦纶纤维和远红外母粒,所述锦纶纤维截面成四叶草形且有空腔,所述远红外母粒分布在锦纶纤维内表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维,其特征在于:所述的负离子纤维层为负离子涤纶纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维,其特征在于:所述的纳米抗静电母粒包括以下重量份的组成成分:聚酯载体40-60份、纳米竹碳粉10-15份、纳米抗静电剂10-12份、抗氧化剂1010 2-4份、硬脂酸锌1-2份,抗静电效果稳定持久。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维,其特征在于:所述的纳米抗静电母粒包括以下重量份的组成成分:聚酯载体50份、纳米竹碳粉12份、纳米抗静电剂11份、抗氧化剂1010 3份、硬脂酸锌2份。
8.如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维的纳米抗静电母粒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚酯载体冷冻粉碎至20目;
(2)称取配方重量份的聚酯载体,纳米竹炭粉、纳米抗静电剂、抗氧化剂和硬脂酸锌,加入到高混机中搅拌混合均匀;
(3)将混合好后的混料加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒;
(4)造粒好后过振动筛即得所述纳米抗静电母粒。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维的纳米抗静电母粒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中高混机搅拌混匀温度为120℃-130℃。
10.如权利要求9所述的一种远红外负离子抗静电纤维的纳米抗静电母粒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中高混机搅拌混匀温度为125℃。
