Abstract

本发明公开了一种生物降解包装材料，纤维材料层、纸质基层、胶粘接剂层、基材层、PBS层、PLA层；所述包装材料最外层为纤维材料层，纤维材料层内表面贴合连接有纸质基层，胶粘接剂层将纸质基层和聚乳酸基材层粘接起来。本发明实用性强，节能环保且无毒无害。

一种生物降解包装材料
技术领域
本发明涉及环保材料领域，具体涉及一种生物降解包装材料。
背景技术
包装材料是指用于制造包装容器、包装装潢、包装印刷、包装运输等满足产品包装要求所使用的材料，它即包括金属、塑料、玻璃、陶瓷、纸、竹本、野生蘑类、天然纤维、化学纤维、复合材料等主要包装材料，又包括捆扎带、装潢、印刷材料等辅助材料。然而现今市面上的包装材料实用型不强，不能回收利用，且焚烧时还会产生大量的有害物。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种实用性强，节能环保的新型生物降解包装材料。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种生物降解包装材料，纤维材料层、纸质基层、胶粘接剂层、基材层、PBS层、PLA层；所述包装材料最外层为纤维材料层，纤维材料层内表面贴合连接有纸质基层，胶粘接剂层将纸质基层和聚乳酸基材层粘接起来。
进一步，所述基材层为聚乳酸基材层；
进一步，所述包装材料的最外层为PLA层；
进一步，所述PLA层上粘接有PBS层，PBS层与聚乳酸基材层贴合粘接。
本发明的有益效果是：
聚乳酸基材以聚乳酸等全降解高分子材料为主要原料，资源丰富可再生，能够节约大量的石油资源。聚乳酸基材通过生物发酵途径制备，不含或极少含有复杂的化合物元素，是健康安全的有效保障。聚乳酸基材及其制品废弃后可安全焚烧，焚烧时无有害物质排放。PBS材料废弃后,能在环境中自然降解，被细菌所吸收，从而免去了人工降解过程。PLA降解材料加工生产过程无三废排放，符合环保要求。使用性能良好,PLA降解材料具有良好的加工性能，产品具有良好的使用性能，防水、防油、无毒无害、耐冷性能好。PLA降解材料制品废弃后可安全焚烧，焚烧时无有害物质排放。

具体实施方式
参阅附图所示的一种生物降解包装材料，纤维材料层1、纸质基层2、胶粘接剂层3、基材层4、PBS层5、PLA层6；所述包装材料最外层为纤维材料层1，纤维材料层1内表面贴合连接有纸质基层2，胶粘接剂层3将纸质基层2和聚乳酸基材层4粘接起来。
在上述实施例上优选，所述基材层3为聚乳酸基材层；
在上述实施例上优选，所述包装材料的最外层为PLA层6；
在上述实施例上优选，所述PLA层6上粘接有PBS层5，PBS层5与聚乳酸基材层4贴合粘接。

1.一种生物降解包装材料，纤维材料层、纸质基层、胶粘接剂层、基材层、PBS层、PLA层；所述包装材料最外层为纤维材料层，纤维材料层内表面贴合连接有纸质基层，胶粘接剂层将纸质基层和聚乳酸基材层粘接起来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物降解包装材料，其特征在于：所述基材层为聚乳酸基材层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物降解包装材料，其特征在于：所述包装材料的最外层为PLA层。
4.根据权利要求1和3所述的一种生物降解包装材料，其特征在于：所述PLA层上粘接有PBS层，PBS层与聚乳酸基材层贴合粘接。
