Abstract
本发明公开了一种电动车控制器,包括壳体,所述壳体包括压铸成型的底座、侧壁、上盖;底座上方连接铝基板,所述铝基板上焊接功率管;铝基板上方连接设有电容导流元器件的第一PCB板;第一PCB板上方连接设有功能端口的第二PCB板;第二PCB板上方为上盖;上盖上表面设置保险丝,以及CAN通讯端口密封圈。所述侧壁的外表面设有若干散热片。所述上盖与侧壁连接处设置硅橡胶密封垫。本发明的有益效果是:散热性好;密封性好;采用外部CAN通讯端口,增加CAN通讯上位机检测、通讯、二次烧录,从而提高生产效率,减少了因为二次烧录需要拆壳的操作工艺,方便了客户更改状态繁琐的工序,提高效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及控制器设计技术领域,具体涉及一种电动车控制器。
背景技术
近年来,电动车在人们的日常生活中已经广泛使用,而电动车的控制器是整辆车的核心,相当于电动车的心脏。现有电动车控制器存在以下几点缺陷:1、在长时间使用后,电动车的控制器温度会不断升高,控制器温度过高会损坏元器件,现有的控制器的散热能力较差;2、现有控制器的外壳密封性能不够完善,在雨天或经过泥水坑时,少量雨水会进入到控制器内部;3、现有控制器没有外部CAN通讯端口,二次烧录需要拆掉控制器外壳。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种散热快、密封性好、具有外部CAN通讯端口的电动车控制器。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电动车控制器,包括壳体,所述壳体包括压铸成型的底座、侧壁、上盖;底座上方连接铝基板,所述铝基板上焊接功率管;铝基板上方连接设有电容导流元器件的第一PCB板;第一PCB板上方连接设有功能端口的第二PCB板;第二PCB板上方为上盖;上盖上表面设置保险丝,以及CAN通讯端口密封圈。
进一步的,所述侧壁的外表面设有若干散热片。
进一步的,所述上盖与侧壁连接处设置硅橡胶密封垫。
进一步的,所述底座与铝基板、铝基板与第一PCB板、第一PCB板与第二PCB板分别通过螺丝连接。
进一步的,所述第一PCB板、第二PCB板的材质均为环氧树脂。
本发明的有益效果是:1、控制器外壳设有散热条,增加散热面积;2、多层主板设计方案,把功率管的热量通过铝基板直接散于压铸散热底座上,电容的热量散于空间之中,比普通的单片结构更好的保护了功能主板元器件的可靠性,提高质量降低返修;3、采用外部CAN通讯端口,增加CAN通讯上位机检测、通讯、二次烧录,从而提高生产效率,减少了因为二次烧录需要拆壳的操作工艺,方便了客户更改状态繁琐的工序,提高效率;4、控制器外壳上盖与控制器侧壁连接处设置硅橡胶密封垫,增加密封性。

下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1、图2所示为一种电动车控制器,包括壳体,所述壳体包括压铸成型的底座1、侧壁2、上盖3;底座1上方连接铝基板4,所述铝基板4 上焊接功率管;铝基板4上方连接设有电容导流元器件的第一PCB板5;第一PCB板5上方连接设有功能端口的第二PCB板6;第二PCB板6上方为上盖3;上盖3上表面设置保险丝7,以及CAN通讯端口密封圈8。侧壁2的外表面设有若干散热片。上盖3与侧壁2连接处设置硅橡胶密封垫9。底座1与铝基板4、铝基板4与第一PCB板5、第一PCB板5与第二PCB板6分别通过螺丝连接。第一PCB板5、第二PCB板6的材质均为环氧树脂。
本发明具体组装步骤为:1、把铝基板4固定在压铸散热底座1里面;
2、第一PCB板5固定在铝基板4上面;
3、把第二PCB板6固定在第一PCB板5上面;
4、把硅橡胶密封垫9放置在上盖3里面;
5、把上盖3固定在底座1上面;
6、把保险丝7放置在上盖3上面;
7、把CAN通讯端口密封圈8放置在上盖3上面。

1.一种电动车控制器,其特征在于,包括壳体,所述壳体包括压铸成型的底座(1)、设置于底座(1)上的侧壁(2)、设置于侧壁(2)上的上盖(3);底座(1)上方连接铝基板(4),所述铝基板(4)上焊接功率管;铝基板(4)上方连接设有电容导流元器件的第一PCB板(5);第一PCB板(5)上方连接设有功能端口的第二PCB板(6);第二PCB板(6)上方为上盖(3);上盖(3)上表面设置保险丝(7),以及CAN通讯端口密封圈(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车控制器,其特征在于,所述侧壁(2)的外表面设有若干散热片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车控制器,其特征在于,所述上盖(3)与侧壁(2)连接处设置硅橡胶密封垫(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车控制器,其特征在于,所述底座(1)与铝基板(4)、铝基板(4)与第一PCB板(5)、第一PCB板(5)与第二PCB板(6)分别通过螺丝连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车控制器,其特征在于,所述第一PCB板(5)、第二PCB板(6)的材质均为环氧树脂。
