技术领域
本发明是依据专利权利要求1前序部分的一种切割可熔融织物并同时熔焊切边的超声波装置。
现有技术
上述这类超声波装置,例如专利WO94/18373,EP-A-0534300和DE-A-3524400等中的超声波装置是更为大家所熟知的。对于这类超声波装置来说,共同存在的问题是,它们不能够按需切割织物变动的厚度进行调节,因此特别是在切割由织物组成的商标带时会导致坏的甚至产生废品的结果。
EP-A-0532865专利试图通过下述方式来消除已指出的缺陷,即在切刀之前安置一个与超声振动器协作的增压器,使需切割织物的较厚截面在切割之前变得薄些。但事实表明,增压器调节较为困难,增压不是太小,就是使织物已经切断。
发明概述
本发明的任务是将前述的这种结构的超声波装置设计为完全能够迅速地切割不同厚度的织物。
本发明任务是通过专利权利要求第1项的特征部分来解决的。切刀延着刀口有一可变的截面,只要应用适合于一规定织物厚度的截面,超声波装置就能够按需切割的织物进行最佳调整。这种调节可以根据需切割的织物作为基本调整,如若这种织物其整个长度都是同一厚度的话,但超声波装置应用于一种不同花纹的织物,特别是厚度不断变动的商标带,更具有较大优点。超声波装置总是能直接按当时的织物截面需切断的厚度进行调节。这种调节也可以通过一个与切刀相连接的传感器来进行或者依据对需生产织物花纹负责的织物生产控制程序来进行。
用一个新的超声波装置可以顺利地进行织物切割,不论织物是很薄的或很厚的截面都无所谓的。抗皱纹的切割边缘无凸起和变色。切割的织物边虽很牢固,仍具有大的可弯性和一种有益于皮肤的柔软结构。超声波装置不仅为加工的织物提供好的性能,而同时还改善其自身的稳定性,特别是切刀和砧的坚固性。因此总的说来也改进了超声波装置的工效,而且还获得了一个更好的价格-功率比。
超声波装置适合于切割和熔焊各种织物,如无纺布、针织物或机织物。如果织物整个长度都是均匀的厚度,必然获得很多优点,因为超声波装置可以简便方式按当时生产的织物厚度进行调节。如前所述,超声波装置证实其特殊优越性,是在于生产这种整个长度经常变换花纹的织物以及加工有限制变更厚度的织物。这里尤其体现在切割机织的这种商标带,即许多个商标带并列织造在一宽幅织物上,然后将该宽幅织物切割成各个商标带。这里超声波装置的使用不取决于生产织物的设备,更为有利的是,超声波装置可以直接安装到生产织物的设备上,特别是装在一台织机上。
本发明的这些独特优点的实施例子已在权利要求2至17项中描述。
首先超声振动器原则上能够与砧相连接并对切刀起作用。优点在于切刀也能与超声振动器连接并对砧起作用。所以,切刀以及砧可以连接一个超声振动器。
根据权利要求2,刀口从横截面看呈曲线型侧面,但根据权利要求3的一种安排,刀口呈直线的端面更具有优点。
根据权利要求4,刀口可以是一锐边的刀刃,但是根据权利要求5的一种安排更为有利,因为变钝的刀刃不仅提高切刀和砧的使用寿命,而且对切割面本身也给予较优的性能,因为利用宽的刀刃所排挤的熔融纺织材料,能从侧面加固切割边缘。
特别有优点的是根据权利要求6的一种安排,即在加工一种较厚织物时,刀口的较小楔角使切刀容易通过织物。在加工一种较薄织物时,当然较大的刀口楔形角有利,因为它使较快的通过织物与一较宽的织物支承面配合,这样一方面防止了切刀快速通过并同时把握住较宽的熔焊边缘。当加工一种较薄织物而减轻熔焊,可依据织物薄度通过一较宽的熔焊边缘达到平衡。
原则上也可以根据权利要求7应用直线刀刃的切刀,这里较有利的方式是将砧设计成拱形,以保证织物无钩挂的传送。为了使切刀能应用于不同的范围,切刀可以按刀刃的方向与砧作相对的来回运动或者切刀固定,砧沿刀刃的方向来回运动。权利要求8的设计安排也是有优点的,其中砧的位置能保持不变动;当然权利要求9设计的砧为一个可旋转的圆柱体也是有优点的,它通过在其上通过的织物而旋转。这样的砧具有的优点是,它作用于一较大的面,即分布于圆柱体的圆周面,因面砧的寿命得到很大延长。此外,这种办法显示出对织物一种小心的处理,因为在切割和熔焊时,这种处理不必经过一静止面的摩擦。
如前所述,切刀和/或砧可以安置一个超声振动器,这种安排相当于按照权利要求10的特征,权利要求11描述了超声振动器的一种有利结构。
权利要求12表述了一种特有优点的超声波装置安排步骤。同时使用多个超声波装置,进一步构成了权利要求13的好处,即沿着轴杆安置了许多个超声波装置并同时进行控制。

权利要求15描述了另一种富有优点的超声波装置应用,如上所述那样,它应用于一台生产宽幅商标带织物的织机上。由于切割是在织机上的边撑与织物卷取机构之间的区域进行,在该区域内,宽幅织物还处于织筘的控制,可达到最大可能的切割精确性。如若依据权利要求16,超声波装置安装在织机的热定型装置之前,则可获得极有利的结果,其间超声波装置起到平衡在生产商标带时由于切割和熔焊切割边缘所产生的张力。根据权利要求17,超声波装置更为实用的方式是安装在织物卷取装置之前。

本发明的实施途径
图1至图8描述了一个超声波装置2以及有关的一台织机8上生产由宽幅织物6组成的商标带4。
超声波装置2有一个超声振动器10,在它的前端安置有一把与砧14相互作用的切刀12,该砧在本文例子设计安排作为织物卷取装置18的第一个转向导辊16。切刀12有着一带变更截面a,b,c的楔形刀口。刀刃24为弧形并形成一个带围绕中心轴26的半径为R的圆周截面。超声振动器10和它的切刀12安装在一个滑座28上,滑座按进刀方向30引入到一个支架32内,是可移动的。支架有一个有弯角的部件34,其上安置有一个预应力装置36,此装置在本文所述例子是由螺旋弹簧38构成,弹簧藉助螺钉40可以调节初应力。也可以采用其它手段代替螺钉,特别是可以利用气动方式使切刀12对砧14施加预应力。支架是通过轴承座42安装在一根轴杆44上,并用一个螺钉46固定。根据图7,轴杆44也能够安装多个超声波装置2并固定在臂48的两端,臂48通过轴50可旋转地支承在支架52上。作出这样的配置,轴50与中心轴26相重合,这样保证了要求围绕中心轴的旋转运动。为了使超声波装置2摆动,通过轴杆54连接一台伺服电动机56,电动机通过传输线58与一个控制机构60相连接。控制机构60或是依据生产商标带的一个控制程序,或者依据传感器62通过传输线64输入被的扫描的宽幅织物6的厚度信号来控制伺服电动机。
如前所述,切刀12有一楔形截面,其中根据图4,侧面66可以是直线的,或根据图3侧面66a可以是弧形的。刀刃24在本例子中不是锐边的而是选择钝的和具有宽度X,最好刀刃24的整个长度都保持此相同宽度。这时切刀12有沿整个刀刃长度变换着的截面a,b,c。楔角α在此截面内的变动选择在0°和160°之间。从图1,图2和图5看出,一规定的楔角α1至α3编列到宽幅织物6或商标带4的一规定厚度D1至D3,其方式是,在宽幅织物6的一个薄的截距A内,切刀占据位置a,这时切刀具有相对大的楔角α1。随着宽幅织物6的区域B和C的厚度D2,D3的增加,楔角从α2向α3遽减,织物愈厚,楔角a就愈小。通过切断即形成带切边68的商标带4。
图6专门展示超声波装置2安装在一台织机上的通常结构。经纱70是按照花纹图样通过开口装置72形成一个梭口74。图中未予详细绘出的是,纬纱投入到梭口74内并藉助织筘76打入到织边。织出的宽幅织物经过边撑80导入到卷布装置18。卷布装置的第一个导向辊16,同时也用作为超声波装置2的砧14,用它使输送到的宽幅织物6切割成各个商标带4。商标带4环绕卷布装置18的滚筒84运行,在卷布装置旁边还安装有一个热定型装置82,从而使受到切割和熔焊过程产生的内应力、纵向张紧的商标带消除应力。商标带经过滚筒84之后,通过另一个导向辊86而进入到卷取装置88。
根据图8,多个超声波装置2可以通过传输线92,由一台共用的超声波发生器90驱动。

Claims (18)
1.切割一种可熔融性织物(6)并同时熔焊切边的超声波装置,它带有一把籍助楔形刀口(22,22a)与一个砧(14)协作的切刀(12),该切刀(12)或砧(14)又与一个超声振动器(10)相连接,其特征在于,切刀(12)顺着刀口(22,22a)有一个变动的截面(a,b,c),而切刀(12)和/或砧(14)还可进行调节,总是能够达到为一确定的织物厚度(D,D1,D2,D3)所适合的截面(a,b,c)。
2.根据权利要求1的超声波装置,其特征在于,刀口(22a)从截面看具有曲线形状的侧面(66a)。
3.根据权利要求1的超声波装置,其特征在于,刀口(22)从截面看具有直线侧面(66)。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一的超声波装置,其特征在于,刀口(22,22a)有着锐边的刀刃。
5.根据权利要求1至3之一的超声波装置,其特征在于,刀口(22,22a)具有一宽度X的钝的刀刃(24)。
6.根据权利要求1的超声波装置,其特征在于,楔角(a,a1,a2,a3)选择用0°至160°之间的角度;对于较厚的织物截面(B,C),刀口(22,22a)角度应小些,对于较薄的织物截面(A,B),刀口角度应大些。
7.根据权利要求1的超声波装置,其特征在于,切刀有着直线刀刃并与拱形砧协作,能相对沿着刀刃来回运动。
8.根据权利要求1的超声波装置,其特征在于,切刀(12)至少具有相应一圆周截面而成弯曲形的刀刃(24),并且切刀(12)的安置是可围绕圆周截面的中心轴(26)旋转。
9.根据权利要求1的超声波装置,其特征在于,砧(14)设计成可旋转的圆柱体(16),织物(6)在其上通过。
10.根据权利要求1的超声波装置,其特征在于,砧配置有一个超声振动器。
11.根据权利要求1的超声波装置,其特征在于,超声振动器(10)振动频率为15至100Khz,并选用磁性的或压电转换器。
12.根据权利要求1的超声波装置,其特征在于,带切刀(12)的超声振动器(10)藉助一个向着砧(14)的进刀方向(30)可移动的滑座(28),安装在一个支架(32)上,并用一个可调节的预应力装置(36)对砧(14)施加预应力。
13.根据权利要求1的超声波装置,其特征在于,支架(32)固定在一根轴杆(44)上,该轴杆的安置是可以围绕中心轴(26)旋转的。
14.根据权利要求1的超声波装置,其特征在于,它有一台伺服电动机(56)来调节切刀(12)和砧(14)之间的相对位置,这里伺服电动机(56)与一个控制机构(60)连接,后者依靠一个扫描织物(6)的传感器(62)或者依靠一个生产织物(6)的控制程序来控制伺服电动机(56)。
15.根据权利要求1的超声波装置,其特征在于,它安装在一台由宽幅织物(6)生产商标带的宽幅织机(8)上,其中为了切割宽幅织物(6),在织成的每个商标带之间安装一个这种超声波装置(2)。
16.根据权利要求15的超声波装置,其特征在于,它安装在织机(8)的热定型装置(82)的前方。
17.根据权利要求15或16的超声波装置,其特征在于,它安装在织机(8)的卷布装置(18)之前。
18.根据权利要求12的超声波装置,其特征在于,所说预应力装置为螺旋弹簧(38)。
