Abstract

本发明公开了一种煅烧热量回收网带炉,包括送料口、驱动滚轮和输送带,所述送料口左侧连接预热室,且预热室内部安装有加热板,所述热量回流侧壁装设于预热室内表面,其热量回流侧壁通过空气导管与煅烧室相连接,且空气导管中间安装有空气抽吸机,所述冷却室下端安装有冷风机,且冷却室上端设有废气处理管道,所述废气处理管道内部安装有排气导管,且排气导管内部镶嵌有过滤网,所述驱动滚轮外圈与输送带相互咬合连接。该煅烧热量回收网带炉通过空气抽吸机对煅烧时产生的含有热量的气体进行回收,并利用该气体对物料进行预热工作,提高了热量的利用率,并且通过废气处理管道对冷却时的废气进行处理,避免废气污染环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及网带炉技术领域,具体为一种煅烧热量回收网带炉。
背景技术
网带炉是一种通过网状的输送带连续对物件进行输送,并在输送过程中对物料进行多阶段加工工作。
现在市场上的网带炉在对一些煅烧物料进行输送时,先对物料进行预热后,再对其进行煅烧工作,最后通过冷却装置对煅烧后的物料进行冷却工作。但是该网带炉在对物料进行煅烧时,会产生含有大量热量的气体,而现有的网带炉对含有热量的气体直接排放,不能够对其进行回收利用,直接排放的气体中含有煅烧时产生的废料,直接排放会对环境造成污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种煅烧热量回收网带炉,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的网带炉在煅烧物料时产生的气体不能够回收利用,而且直接排放的气体会造成环境污染的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案,一种煅烧热量回收网带炉,包括送料口、热量回流侧壁、煅烧炉、冷却室、动力组件、驱动滚轮和输送带,所述送料口左侧连接预热室,且预热室内部安装有加热板,所述热量回流侧壁装设于预热室内表面,其热量回流侧壁通过空气导管与煅烧室相连接,且空气导管中间安装有空气抽吸机,所述煅烧炉右侧安装有助燃气罐,所述冷却室下端安装有冷风机,且冷却室上端设有废气处理管道,所述废气处理管道内部安装有排气导管,且排气导管内部镶嵌有过滤网,所述动力组件设有驱动电机,其驱动电机与转动轴相互铰接,且转动轴外表面嵌套有驱动滚轮,所述驱动滚轮外圈与输送带相互咬合连接。
优选的,所述空气导管外表面包裹有隔热棉。
优选的,所述排气导管为“U”型,且其水平安装。
优选的,所述过滤网为三层结构,中间层填充有活性炭,外层为不规则交替网状结构。
优选的,所述输送带为网带状,且其使用的材质为1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该煅烧热量回收网带炉通过空气抽吸机对煅烧时产生的含有热量的气体进行回收,并利用该气体对物料进行预热工作,提高了热量的利用率,并且通过废气处理管道对冷却时的废气进行处理,避免废气污染环境。空气导管外表面包裹有隔热棉,防止在对气体进行输送时,热量通过空气导管的侧壁流失,排气导管为“U”型,且其水平安装,过滤网为三层结构,中间层填充有活性炭,外层为不规则交替网状结构,使镶嵌于排气导管内的过滤网充分吸收废气中的废料,输送带使用1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢,能够防止输送带被腐蚀。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种煅烧热量回收网带炉,包括送料口1、热量回流侧壁4、煅烧炉8、冷却室10、动力组件15、驱动滚轮18和输送带19,送料口1左侧连接预热室2,且预热室2内部安装有加热板3,热量回流侧壁4装设于预热室2内表面,其热量回流侧壁4通过空气导管5与煅烧室6相连接,且空气导管5中间安装有空气抽吸机7,空气导管5外表面包裹有隔热棉,防止在对气体进行输送时,热量通过空气导管5的侧壁流失,煅烧炉8右侧安装有助燃气罐9,冷却室10下端安装有冷风机11,且冷却室10上端设有废气处理管道12,废气处理管道12内部安装有排气导管13,且排气导管13内部镶嵌有过滤网14,排气导管13为“U”型,且其水平安装,过滤网14为三层结构,中间层填充有活性炭,外层为不规则交替网状结构,使镶嵌于排气导管13内的过滤网14充分吸收废气中的废料,动力组件15设有驱动电机16,其驱动电机16与转动轴17相互铰接,且转动轴17外表面嵌套有驱动滚轮18,驱动滚轮18外圈与输送带19相互咬合连接,输送带19为网带状,且其使用的材质为1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢。
工作原理:在使用该煅烧热量回收网带炉时,把需要煅烧的物料从送料口1放置在输送带19上,然后通过控制控制开关开启设备,驱动电机16工作带动与之铰接的转动轴17旋转,从而带动嵌套在转动轴17上的驱动滚轮18旋转,驱动滚轮18旋转带动与之咬合的输送带19运动,从而对输送带19上的物料进行运输;当物料运输至预热室2内时,加热板3开始工作对预热室2进行加热工作,使预热室2内温度升高,对物料进行预热工作;待物料被预热一段时间后,被输送带19运输至煅烧室6内,利用助燃气罐9向煅烧炉8通入助燃气体,并对气体进行点燃使其对物料进行煅烧工作,煅烧产生含有热量的气体向上流通,上部的气体在空气抽吸机7的抽吸作用下被抽吸至空气导管5中,并沿着空气导管5流向热量回流侧壁4中,对物料进行预热工作;经过煅烧后的物料再被运输至冷却室10中,经过冷风机11输送冷风对物料进行冷却工作,在冷风对物料进行冷却时,部分粘合在物料上的废料被冷风吹至废气处理管道12中,进入排气导管13,在流经过滤网14时,废料被过滤网14阻挡、留滞在网体内,最后通过排气口排放;待物料冷却后,工作人员从输送带19取下物料进行保存。

1.一种煅烧热量回收网带炉,包括送料口(1)、热量回流侧壁(4)、煅烧炉(8)、冷却室(10)、动力组件(15)、驱动滚轮(18)和输送带(19),其特征在于:所述送料口(1)左侧连接预热室(2),且预热室(2)内部安装有加热板(3),所述热量回流侧壁(4)装设于预热室(2)内表面,所述热量回流侧壁(4)通过空气导管(5)与煅烧室(6)相连接,且空气导管(5)中间安装有空气抽吸机(7),所述煅烧炉(8)右侧安装有助燃气罐(9),所述冷却室(10)下端安装有冷风机(11),且冷却室(10)上端设有废气处理管道(12),所述废气处理管道(12)内部安装有排气导管(13),且排气导管(13)内部镶嵌有过滤网(14),所述动力组件(15)设有驱动电机(16),所述驱动电机(16)与转动轴(17)相互铰接,且转动轴(17)外表面嵌套有驱动滚轮(18),所述驱动滚轮(18)外圈与输送带(19)相互咬合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种煅烧热量回收网带炉,其特征在于:所述空气导管(5)外表面包裹有隔热棉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种煅烧热量回收网带炉,其特征在于:所述排气导管(13)为“U”型,且其水平安装。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种煅烧热量回收网带炉,其特征在于:所述过滤网(14)为三层结构,中间层填充有活性炭,外层为不规则交替网状结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种煅烧热量回收网带炉,其特征在于:所述输送带(19)为网带状,且其使用的材质为1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢。
