本发明水浮水力发电机属于水力发电领域,提供一种结构简单设计新颖合理且能够利用自然界的江河急流把水动能转变为电能的水浮水力发电机,采用的方案,包括龙门架,电动机变速箱,升降机长轴,卷索滚桶。弯凹形兜水栏板或匡架商强纤维兜水板,传动轴,变速箱和发电机组成发电系统。箱船水力发电机:弯凹形兜水拦板或匡架高强纤维兜拦水板,传动轴,变速箱,发电机组成发电系统。通过水底螺旋桩,用绳索与浮桶链接。浮桶用绳索将箱船水浮水力发电机,固定在水域,安装输电线路,水浮水力发电机发电输送。

技术领域:
本发明属于水力发电机,特别涉及一种利用大自然原生态的江河急流,由急流作动力的水浮式水力发电机。
技术背景
电力是人类活动生产和生活必不可少的能源,目前公知发电机虽然有多种,比如说:燃烧能源的蒸气发电机,拦水作霸的涡轮发电机,电子板太阳能发电机,风力发电机,核能发电机等。燃烧能源蒸气发电机要消耗大量宝贵能源,风力发电有时风大,有时风小,不能稳定,不能连续发电。拦水作霸的涡轮发电机拦水作霸会影响生态。太阳能发电日可发电,夜就不行。核能发电要消耗能源而且有风险。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术存在不足,为解决现有技术存在的问题,旨在提供一种结构简单,设计新颖,合理制造,成本低且能够利用自然界江河,这强大的源源不断的水流作为动力的水浮式水力发电机。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案:
水浮水力发电机,包括龙门架水浮水力发电机和箱船水浮水力发电机。
所述龙门架水浮水力发电机包括固定安装的龙门架,传动轴,传动装置,传动齿轮,从动高变速齿轮组合,发电机,升降卷索滚筒,浮球自动升降开关。
进一步的整个发电机的组合,利用安装在两个扣件安置在两根龙门柱上。
进一步地,把传动装置,传动轴上安装有12-16道供流水推动的弯凹形兜水板在流水推动下转动。
进一步地,传动轴的一头安装传动齿轮,传动齿轮和从动齿轮相咬合,从动齿轮在传送齿轮的带动下转动。
进一步地,所述传动齿轮,例如60齿,从动齿轮15齿就能产生4倍速,再将多个的传动齿轮和从动齿轮,通过轴的连接咬合,组合安装成高变速箱,由转动轴的慢速通过变速箱的变速,变速箱的传动轴装有传动齿轮,与发电机轴头的齿轮相咬合,发电机的主轴高速转动,产生电能输出。
进一步地,比速齿轮有2倍速-----10倍速---100倍速-----1000倍速等。将多个组合齿轮通过齿轮轴的串连咬合,安装在金属箱子里,称为变速箱,以抵消转变电动机快速运转,满足快或慢的实质需求。
进一步地,为了发电机能够达到最高发电效力把有限的水推传动力通过变速箱的变速从慢速转变为快速,为达到最高电量的发电输出。
进一步地,所述浮球自动升降开关的电路与升降卷索滚桶的电机线路相连接。
进一步地,浮球自动开关的浮球始终浮在水面,当水位升高时由浮球在水面的浮动下,自动接通升高电源,启动操控卷索滚桶的电机,将水浮水力发电机抬高。当水位降低时,浮球自动降低,接通降落电源使水浮水力发电机降落,浮球自动开关,始终控制着水浮水力发电机在设定的水位转动发电。
进一步地,升降卷索滚桶安装在龙门架顶端,设有一根长轴,轴的两头安装两个卷索滚桶,轴中间安装齿轮与变速箱的传动齿轮相咬合,电动机的转动,通过变速箱的变速,控制着卷索滚桶,慢速平稳转动。
进一步地,两个卷索滚桶上各栓有一根钢丝绳,钢丝绳一头栓在卷索滚桶上,另一头拴在水浮水力发电的两边两个吊扣上以确保水浮水力发电机器吊挂在水面保持平稳的工作状态。
随着河水由水季与旱季自然产生的涨落差,浮球自动升降开关由水位的涨落波动,自动控制着发电机组合浮于水面,始终保持在设定所需工作水位转动发电。
所述相船水浮水力发电机,是将整个水浮水力发电机组合安装在定制的两条相船中间,两相船用定位架拴牢。
进一步地,在河道内打螺旋桩,桩上绳索与水面浮桶相连接,以确保水涨水落浮桶始终浮在水面。用绳索将相船与浮桶相连接,并保持适当的距离,固定在所需的工作水域,由流水推动着水力发电机的弯凹形拦水板,推动着旋转,转动发电机,发电输出
龙门架水浮水力发电机的发电量以及整个发电机组合的大小,根据水流面宽度,深浅相匹配制造安置。
相船水浮水力发电及发电量和整个发电的组合大小在不影响水面交通的前提下,按实际需要相匹配,制造安置。
进一步地,水浮水力发电机组合,连续成排,间隔保持适当工作距离,由上游向下游延伸,充分利用。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所述,水浮水力发电机分为龙门架1水浮水力发电机,相船14水浮水力发电机2.
所述水浮水力发电机龙门架1的两根立柱固定安装在流水道的两边,龙门架1顶端安装卷索机组合。卷索机有一根长轴8,长轴8中间安装有断电刹车轮固25,齿轮与变速箱7的传动齿轮相咬合,长轴8两头安装两个卷索滚桶9,每个卷索滚桶9栓有一根钢丝绳10,向下延伸,在卷索滚桶9垂直下方,也就是水浮水力发电机组合两边各一个吊扣11,两根钢丝绳10上头拴住并缠绕在卷索滚桶9上,下头就拴在吊扣11上。将水浮水力发电机2的组合吊在水面处于工作高度,最佳状态。
所述浮球自动升降开关4,两条线路与卷索机的电动机6线路相连接。
水浮水力发电机2整个组合,严格设定在核定的水面高度,当水涨时水浮水力发电机2组合需要升高,浮球自动开关的浮球4与水位同步升高。升高的浮球连杆接通上升电路23,在电动机6顺转下,卷索滚桶9跟着卷着钢丝绳10缓慢转动上升,同样如果水落时浮球4与水位同步下落,浮球4连杆接通降落电路24,在电动机6的倒转下,卷索滚桶9跟着缓慢转动下落。当水位恒定时,浮球4自动开关就设定在空挡。当升降电机6停顿时,断电刹车圆盘25就会被刹车轮固25固紧,始终保持设定的最佳工作位置。
如图中所述龙门架1水浮水力发电机安置在龙门架1中央,两边轴与龙门架两根立柱相对应的位置,用扣件12安装在龙门架柱上保持稳定。
如图中所述动力装置,传动轴上安装12-16道弯凹形兜水拦板13,有近三分之一处于水下,弯凹形兜水拦板13被流水推动,持续旋转。
如图中所述,传动轴13的一头安装齿轮与比速相3从动齿轮相咬合,变速箱3的传动齿轮与发电机2从动齿轮较相咬合,经过变速箱3的变速,由慢速转变为快速。随着发电机2的主轴快速转动高效发电输出。
如图中所述箱船14水浮发电机2安装在双排箱船14上。
如图中所述箱船14水浮水力发电机2,整个传动装置,变速箱3,发电机2构造与龙门架1水浮水力发电机2都一样由箱船14浮于水面,不同的是龙门架1水浮水力发电机安置在龙门架1上,箱船14水浮水力发电机2安置箱船上14

1.水浮水力发电机其特征在于龙门架水浮水力发电机和箱船水浮水力发电机,龙门架水 浮水力发电机包括龙门架,电动机变速箱,升降机长轴,卷索滚桶,钢丝索吊扣,浮球自动升 降开关,组成升降系统,弯凹形兜水拦板或匡架高强纤维兜。拦水板,传动轴、变速箱组合成 发电系统,箱船水浮水力发电机,包括弯凹形兜水拦板或匡架高强纤维兜拦水板,传动轴、 变速箱、发电机、连接输电线路。
所述龙门架水浮水力发电机是将龙门架固定安装在水道内,间隔适当的工作距离,延伸安装,横向成排,竖向成排安装,数量不限,因地置宜充分利用。
2.所述箱船水浮水力发电机的箱船根据水浮水力发电机的安置需求设计制造,制造长排形双船,横向多排双船,顺向多船链接,横向双船用定位架连接,顺向多船用绳索链接。
3.水道河床安置螺旋桩,桩上拴绳索,绳索连接浮桶,浮桶拴绳索连接箱船。
4.所述龙门架升降组合,龙门架顶端安置升降长轴,长轴中间安装齿轮与变速箱齿轮相咬合,变速箱齿轮与电动机齿轮相咬合,升降长轴两头安装两个卷索滚桶。卷索滚桶拴有两根钢丝绳索,两根钢丝绳索拴在水浮发电机的两边。两个吊扣上将水浮水力发电机组合吊在水面最佳工作高度。

6.所述龙门架水浮水力发电机,在水浮水力发电机两边,安装两个扣件,通过两个扣件将整个水浮水力发电的组合固定在两根龙门柱上。
7.所述箱船水浮水力发电机是将整个发电机组合安装在两条箱船中间。
8.所述水浮水力发电机设有,供水推动的弯凹形兜水拦板或匡架高强纤维兜拦水板,拦水板安装在传动轴上,传动轴安装有传动齿轮,同变速箱从动齿轮相咬合,变速箱的传动齿轮与发电机轴的齿轮相咬合,兜水拦板在水的推动下转动,转动的传动轴,通过变速箱的高倍变速,高速运转,发电输送。
