Abstract
本专利公开了一种拼接式装饰板,包括底板、面板以及处于两者之间的金属网,所述底板与面板之间设有连接两者的一排胶乳层;所述底板由一排木质块通过金属线串接而成,所述底板呈拱形;所述金属网贯穿所述胶乳层,胶乳层的长度方向与所述底板的长度方向互相垂直,所述底板表面涂覆有水性聚氨酯涂层。本专利所提供的拼接式装饰板能够抵抗地面湿气影响,而且还具有燃烧时烟雾量少的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铺设于地面的板块,具体地说,是一种拼接式装饰板。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,在地面复 合上装饰板块,已经越来越多地被应用在家庭的装饰上。如中国专利CN205572634U提供的一种拼接复合板块的技术方案,包括多块平卧拼接的竹片或者木片,所述竹片或者木片下表面粘贴着多条粘胶条,所述粘胶条与竹片或者木片成90度,所述竹片或者木片以及粘胶条的下表面设有粘贴层,所述粘贴层的下表面设有基体层。
然而上述专利技术还存在如下技术缺陷:
装饰板设于地面上,而地面本身的湿气较重,湿气进入装饰板内并在所述粘接层或粘胶条处形成液态水,这直接导致两个不利结果:1、粘接层或粘胶条的有效成分由于液态水的附着,粘性下降,影响整个装饰板的结构稳定性;2、所述装饰板内部形成阴湿的环境,使细菌病毒快速滋生,对人们造成健康隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够抵抗地面湿气影响的拼接式装饰板。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
拼接式装饰板,包括底板、面板以及处于两者之间的金属网,所述底板与面板之间设有连接两者的一排胶乳层;所述底板由一排木质块通过金属线串接而成,所述底板呈拱形;所述金属网贯穿所述胶乳层,胶乳层的长度方向与所述底板的长度方向互相垂直,所述底板表面涂覆有水性聚氨酯涂层。
在安装拼接式装饰板时,需要在混凝土地面上预设用于容纳所述拱形底板的凹槽,在底板表面涂覆水性聚氨酯涂层;然后根据胶乳层的设计尺寸与位置在所述底板上粘贴胶布,要求胶布与地面保持水平平齐,不能让胶布随着拱形底板拱起,然后再铺设金属网,在所述胶布位置添加胶乳(如天然乳胶),待胶乳干化后,用镊子穿过金属网夹住胶布,并将所述胶布撕下取走;然后在金属网上安装面板。
采用本发明的技术方案,具有如下技术效果:
1、本发明的底板不采用密封设置,而是采用金属线串接的木质块让湿气能够集中进入装饰板内,由底板呈拱形为所述湿气提供一定的贮留空间;所述金属网用于吸收所述湿气,金属网的作用并不是用于支撑所述面板,面板向下传递的重力主要靠所述凹槽进行支撑;
2、所述水性聚氨酯涂层吸收所述湿气后会开始软化,有部分软化的水性聚氨酯涂料受空气运动影响能够附着到所述金属网上,待重新固化后所述金属网的强度可以得到增强;这样是为了防止过度锈化的金属网掉到底板上,保证了装饰板的结构稳定性;由于水性聚氨酯涂层的软化以及在空气中的不定向扩散,起到抑制细菌生长的效果。
进一步,还包括聚偏二氯乙烯层,聚偏二氯乙烯层填充于所述底板与面板之间。
要填充聚偏二氯乙烯层时,是在安装面板前,将聚偏二氯乙烯填料通过金属网网眼注入到底板处,由于聚偏二氯乙烯填料流动性较差,所以胶乳层正下方的空间无法完全填补,所以湿气还是能够通过胶乳层下方的底板间隙中进入到装饰板内。本发明并不是通过防止湿气进入装饰板来达到保护装饰板的目的,而是通过控制湿气的流通空间来限制、减少湿气的影响。
所述聚偏二氯乙烯层一方面可以提供一定的机械支撑作用,使面板与底板之间能够直接进行力的承接;另外一方面在高温环境下(着火),所述聚偏二氯乙烯层只会软化,不易挥发,所述聚偏二氯乙烯层能够很好地全面覆盖所述底板上的水性聚氨酯涂层,防止水性聚氨酯涂层受热挥发后形成毒烟,污染环境。
进一步,所述金属网为铜丝网。
铜丝网易于制备,而且铜易被氧化,符合本发明将金属网用作被氧化材料的要求;而且铜丝网制作成本低,需要更换时,成本也较低。
进一步,所述聚偏二氯乙烯层内镶嵌有氟苯尼考颗粒。
镶嵌氟苯尼考颗粒,就是注入上述聚偏二氯乙烯填料时,在填料中添加氟苯尼考颗粒;添加氟苯尼考颗粒的作用为了在高温环境下,氟苯尼考粉末与聚偏二氯乙烯混合,提高聚偏二氯乙烯的软化点,避免聚偏二氯乙烯过早软化。如果高温只是由于夏天空气不通外加沸水酒落所导致,那所述聚偏二氯乙烯稍有软化后,所述氟苯尼考颗粒的有效成分跟随着软化的聚偏二氯乙烯移动,移动处的软化点会升高,如果温度不是太高,聚偏二氯乙烯会随即固化。
进一步,所述氟苯尼考颗粒包括壳体以及壳体内的氟苯尼考粉末,所述壳体是由氯化橡胶制成的空心圆球体。
由于所述氯化橡胶软化点只有60度,比聚偏二氯乙烯低,可以让聚偏二氯乙烯软化前,提前释放氟苯尼考粉末。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
实施例一
如图1所示,本实施例拼接式装饰板,包括底板1、面板4以及处于两者之间的金属网3,所述金属网为铜丝网。还包括聚偏二氯乙烯层,聚偏二氯乙烯层填充于所述底板与面板之间。所述金属网完全覆盖面板下表面,所述胶乳层呈条形,各胶乳层之间等间分布。
所述底板与面板之间设有连接两者的一排胶乳层2(采用丁苯胶乳);所述底板由一排木质块通过金属线串接而成,所述底板呈拱形;所述金属网贯穿所述胶乳层,胶乳层的长度方向与所述底板的长度方向互相垂直。
所述底板表面涂覆有水性聚氨酯涂层。所述聚偏二氯乙烯层内镶嵌有氟苯尼考颗粒,氟苯尼考颗粒包括壳体以及壳体内的氟苯尼考粉末,所述壳体是由氯化橡胶制成的空心圆球体。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的区别仅在于,本实施例不添加氟苯尼考颗粒。
对比例一
本对比例与实施例一的区别在于,本实施例无水性聚氨酯涂层。
实验:高温实验
1、100~200度实验
依据实施例一、二以及对比例一分别制成50*50cm的样本装饰板,然后将三种装饰板分别放入160度的调温箱中,分别观察三种样本的出烟情况。在前10分钟实施例一与对比例一均无烟雾产生,在第6-7分钟,实施二开始出现烟雾;在第14-17分钟,所述实施例一与对比例一均产生黑色烟雾,两者均无其他烟雾产生。
2、400~500度实验
依据实施例一、二以及对比例一分别制成50*50cm的样本装饰板,然后分别将三种装饰板分别放入480度的调温箱中,分别观察三种样本的出烟情况。在第3-5分钟,实施例一、对比例一与实施二开始出现黑色烟雾,底板均开始燃烧,但是实施例一中的底板的火苗不大,在火苗出现20秒后熄灭,对比例一与实施二的底板持续燃烧,直至底板完全烧完;实验例一与对比例一仅有黑色烟雾,实施例二中存在绿色烟雾。
由上述可知,实施例一的方案不仅不易产生有毒烟雾,而且有着较强的阻燃性。

Claims (5)
1.拼接式装饰板,包括底板、面板以及处于两者之间的金属网,其特征在于,所述底板与面板之间设有连接两者的一排胶乳层,胶乳层采用丁苯胶乳;所述底板由一排木质块通过金属线串接而成,所述底板呈拱形;所述金属网贯穿所述胶乳层,胶乳层的长度方向与所述底板的长度方向互相垂直,所述底板表面涂覆有水性聚氨酯涂层;还包括聚偏二氯乙烯层,聚偏二氯乙烯层填充于所述底板与面板之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的拼接式装饰板,其特征在于,所述金属网为铜丝网。
3.如权利要求1所述的拼接式装饰板,其特征在于,所述聚偏二氯乙烯层内镶嵌有氟苯尼考颗粒。
4.如权利要求3所述的拼接式装饰板,其特征在于,所述氟苯尼考颗粒包括壳体以及壳体内的氟苯尼考粉末,所述壳体是由氯化橡胶制成的空心圆球体。
5.如权利要求4所述的拼接式装饰板,其特征在于,所述金属网完全覆盖面板下表面,所述胶乳层呈条形,各胶乳层之间等间分布。
