Abstract

本发明公开了一种高弹体抗磨耐候导电防腐蚀舰船舵陶瓷涂料组合物,采用双酚F环氧树脂为基料,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:增韧剂、溶剂、导电剂、固化剂、助剂、流平剂、陶瓷粉填料,其中陶瓷粉填料含二氧化钛、氮化硅、氧化铈及棕钢玉。本发明的组合物具有单体价格低廉,合成与施工工艺简单,导电性能、附着强度、抗剪切性、撕裂性、抗冲击怏好,防腐蚀、抗盐水浸泡和生物附着物能力强。

技术领域
本发明一种高弹体抗磨耐候导电防腐蚀舰船舵陶瓷涂料组合物属于船舶涂料领域。
背景技术
舵是舰船航行方向及稳定性的重要舰船设置,通常设置在舰船尾部及推进器后方。再其使用过程中由于长期浸泡在海水中,舵体会受到海水侵蚀和生物富聚。若是采用青铜质的材质舵。就会出现绿色的被氧化物,若采用钢质的舵,就会出现褐色或暗红色的被氧化物;此外当螺旋桨推进引起的高速水流冲刷并伴随空气作用,也会导致舵的机械损伤,产生点蚀和麻坑。而加工不良的舵在使用中,也会发生电化学腐蚀;另外,当舰船停靠码头泊位,接通陆上电源时,也产生杂散电流引起的腐蚀。从舰船使用寿命来分析,舵相对船体的大部分来说,更容易受到腐蚀。在涂料施工中采用双组分聚氨酯,底漆采用云母氧化铁底漆。
虽然舰船的舵在使用中发生腐蚀属于正常现象。但从统计资料可知舰船使用的舵的涂层在较短的使用时间(10~18个月)就可能发生严重脱落。经研究分析;导致涂层脱落的原因;从外因来说;有海水腐蚀、异物腐蚀、阴极腐蚀、空气泡腐蚀等综合原因影响;其中空气泡腐蚀危害较重;而内部原因则是;涂料选择和舵材料两个问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高弹体抗磨耐候导电防腐蚀舰船舵陶瓷涂料组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种高弹体抗磨耐候导电防腐蚀舰船舵陶瓷涂料组合物,采用双酚F环氧树脂为基料,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
组分 质量百分比含量
双酚F环氧树脂 30~35%
增韧剂 5~7%
溶剂 22~24%
导电剂 2.2~2.5%
固化剂 3~4%
助剂 0.8~1.2%
流平剂 2~3%
填料 23.5~35%
以上各组分的质量百分比总和为100%。
增韧剂是邻丙二甲酸丁酯。
溶剂是质量比50%的异丙醇和50%的丙二醚丁醚复合。
导电剂是石墨烯。
固化剂是改性聚酰胺Ancamide2353。
助剂是质量比60%的聚硅烷和40%的硅树脂复合。
流平剂是正戊基丙烯酯。
填料是陶瓷粉,所述质量百分比含量为23.5~35%的陶瓷粉含有以下质量百分比的各组分:5~7%的400目二氧化钛、9~11%的400目高铝钒土熟料、3~7%的400目氮化硅、5~7%的400目氧化铈和1.5~3%的325目棕刚玉。
本发明的显著优点在于:
本发明的组合物具有单体价格低廉,合成与施工工艺简单,导电性能、附着强度、抗剪切性、撕裂性、抗冲击怏好,防腐蚀、抗盐水浸泡和生物附着物能力强。

1.一种高弹体抗磨耐候导电防腐蚀舰船舵陶瓷涂料组合物,其特征在于:采用双酚F环氧树脂为基料,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
组分 质量百分比含量 双酚F环氧树脂 30~35% 增韧剂 5~7% 溶剂 22~24% 导电剂 2.2~2.5% 固化剂 3~4% 助剂 0.8~1.2% 流平剂 2~3% 填料 23.5~35%
以上各组分的质量百分比总和为100%;
导电剂是石墨烯;
固化剂是改性聚酰胺Ancamide2353;
助剂是质量比60%的聚硅烷和40%的硅树脂复合;
填料是陶瓷粉,所述质量百分比含量为23.5~35%的陶瓷粉含有以下质量百分比的各组分:5~7%的400目二氧化钛、9~11%的400目高铝钒土熟料、3~7%的400目氮化硅、5~7%的400目氧化铈和1.5~3%的325目棕刚玉。
