本发明公开了一种ZrB2‑SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板及生产工艺。该滑板的组成按质量百分比配比为:3~1mm电熔镁砂35%、1~0mm电熔镁砂30%、≤0.075mm大结晶镁砂10~14%、<0.088mm石墨8%、α‑Al2O3微粉5%、Al粉+Si粉4%、复合抗氧化剂2%、ZrB2‑SiC复合粉体2~6%,外加占总质量3%~5%的酚醛树脂结合剂。本发明的镁碳质滑板中引入ZrB2‑SiC复合粉体,1200℃左右,SiC会氧化形成玻璃相的硅酸盐,这一方面会替代挥发的硼酸盐对其表面起到保护作用,另一方面会与氧化硼形成一种黏性更大、能有效阻止环境中的氧进入基体的硼硅酸盐,从而有效的改善材料的抗氧化性能,提高了材料的高温强度。

技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种利用ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性的镁碳质滑板,还涉及上述镁碳质滑板的生产工艺。
背景技术
滑板作为滑动水口系统中最重要的组成部分,直接控制钢水流量,在满足不同浇铸工艺要求的条件下,需要长时间、反复承受高温钢水的化学侵蚀和物理冲刷,同时承受高的热冲击和机械磨损作用,服役环境极为苛刻。
当浇铸钙处理钢、高氧钢、Al镇静钢等高腐蚀性钢种时,普通铝碳滑板不能满足工艺要求,镁质滑板对于高腐蚀性钢种具有良好的耐侵蚀性,但由于材料较大的热膨胀系数和有限的强度削弱了其优良的抗侵蚀性能,限制了镁质滑板的多次使用。以碳或者碳化物为结合相的镁碳质滑板抗侵蚀性和热震稳定性都良好,是因为石墨的存在,它难于熔渣润湿、热导率高、可以缓和应力,因此较高的碳含量有效保证镁碳质滑板服役时寿命的稳定性和安全性。但是随着科技的进步,各行各业对钢材性能和质量的要求逐渐提高,发展的重点是提高钢水的纯净度,最大限度的降低钢中杂质的含量,故而要求滑板尽可能的降低碳含量,此时必然降低镁碳质滑板的热震稳定性,因此急需开发一款低碳镁碳质滑板,满足现代钢铁企业生产的要求。
发明内容
与现有技术相比,本发明的目的是提供一种镁碳质滑板,显著改善镁碳质滑板的热震稳定性和抗侵蚀性能,提高抗氧化性能及耐磨性能,延长使用寿命。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板,其组成按质量百分比配比为:3~1mm电熔镁砂35%、1~0mm电熔镁砂30%、≤0.075mm大结晶镁砂10~14%、<0.088mm石墨8%、α-Al2O3微粉5%、Al粉+Si粉4%、复合抗氧化剂2%、ZrB2-SiC复合粉体2~6%,外加占总质量3%~5%的酚醛树脂结合剂。
本发明把ZrB2-SiC复合粉体作为一种原料添加到低碳镁碳质滑板中,利用其高的热传导、较低的热膨胀系数、优良的耐磨性和抗氧化性能,明显改善镁碳质材料因碳含量降低导致热震性能差的问题,同时赋予滑板优良的抗氧化性能和耐磨性能等;ZrB2的熔点高(3518K)、热膨胀系数低、导热性能优异,同时ZrB2与钢水熔渣不润湿,具有优良的抗熔融金属及渣液侵蚀的性能;在ZrB2中引入SiC制备出复合粉体可以显著改善ZrB2的抗氧化性能,是一种高强度、高韧性且抗侵蚀性能优良的复合材料。
在上述的ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板中,可选的,所述复合抗氧化剂为SiC、MgB、B4C、CaB2和金属锌中两种以上的混合物,且必须含有B4C、CaB2
在上述的ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板中,可选的,所述α-Al2O3微粉的粒径为3μm。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板的生产工艺,按以下步骤具体进行:
步骤S1、配料:按照ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板的组成配比进行配料:3~1mm电熔镁砂35%、1~0mm电熔镁砂30%、≤0.075mm大结晶镁砂10~14%、<0.088mm石墨8%、α-Al2O3微粉5%、Al粉+Si粉4%、复合抗氧化剂2%、ZrB2-SiC复合粉体2~6%;
步骤S2、预混合:采用V形混合机对≤0.075mm大结晶镁砂、<0.088mm石墨、α-Al2O3微粉、Al粉+Si粉、复合抗氧化剂、ZrB2-SiC复合粉体进行预混合,混合时间不少于30min;
步骤S3、混碾:将上述配比颗粒料在轮碾式混碾机混碾3-5min,加入占总质量3%-5%酚醛树脂混碾3-5min,最后加入上述预混料混碾时间不低于30min,泥料不需要严格困料,需在2h之内成型完毕;
步骤S4、机压成型:泥料加入成型磨具中,在1000T电动螺旋压力机成型,先轻打并吊模排气2次,再重打8-11次,最后吊模稳压后出模,总打击次数不少于15次,得到半成品;
步骤S5、干燥:半成品自然凉放12h后,入电烤干燥器,进窑口温度50℃,烘烤时间8小时以上,110℃烘烤时间12h以上,110至250℃烘烤时间12h以上,250℃恒温烘烤时间16h以上,总干燥时间48h以上;
步骤S6、中温处理:在60m隧道窑进行中温处理,窑内升温25-30℃/h,650-700℃保温10h,中温处理时间55-60h,冷却时间40-50h,冷却至100℃以下方打开窑门;
步骤S7、打箍:铁箍位于中部、铁箍焊缝不得超过1mm,铁箍与滑板间隙不得超过1mm;
步骤S8、磨制:在数控立轴圆台平面磨床上磨制,滑板工作面平整度小于0.05mm,滑板磨制过程中产生的水分利用红外干燥器进行烘干;
步骤S9、贴面、涂层、检验后包装即可得到成品。
在上述的ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板的生产工艺中,可选的,所述复合抗氧化剂为SiC、MgB、B4C、CaB2和金属锌中两种以上的混合物,且必须含有B4C、CaB2
在上述的ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板的生产工艺中,可选的,所述α-Al2O3微粉的粒径为3μm。
与现有普通低碳镁碳质滑板相比较,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的镁碳质滑板中引入ZrB2-SiC复合粉体,1200℃左右,SiC会氧化形成玻璃相的硅酸盐,这一方面会替代挥发的硼酸盐对其表面起到保护作用,另一方面会与氧化硼形成一种黏性更大、能有效阻止环境中的氧进入基体的硼硅酸盐,从而有效的改善材料的抗氧化性能,提高了材料的高温强度;
(2)ZrB2-SiC复合粉体的引入可以提高镁碳材料的烧结性能,抑制基体中颗粒的异常长大,从而改善滑板的热冲击性能和热震性能;
(3)本发明的工艺采用中温预处理工艺,材料中的金属Al、ZrB2-SiC复合粉体等发生一系列复杂的反应改变了基质的显微结构,其中生成的B2O3高温下与基质中的MgO细粉反应生成硼镁酸盐,硼镁酸盐高温状态下呈液态,可以有效的填充气孔,抑制环境中的氧向基质中进一步扩散,防止碳的氧化,保证了基质的高温性能;反应生成的ZrO2等高温性能优良的晶体,提高了材料的抗侵蚀性能、热震稳定性;本发明制备的镁碳滑板的使用寿命与普通镁碳滑板相比大大提高,平均使用寿命从原来的2.0次提高到3.5次以上;
(4)本发明的镁碳质滑板采用中温预处理工艺,中温轻烧使材料基质发生一些复杂的化学反应,材料的显微结构发生变化,增强了材料的致密度,改善了材料的热震性能和抗氧化性能。一方面,一部分金属Al先与C被O2氧化生成少量Al2O3,另一部分Al在660℃左右熔融,液态Al可以暂时被形成的Al2O3保护一段时间,当液态Al蒸发到表面时,与CO反应可以还原C,弥补了一些C的损失,而生成的Al2O3高温状态下与MgO反应生成镁铝尖晶石,镁铝尖晶石的热膨胀系数和弹性模量小,提高了材料的高温状态下的热震稳定性;另一方面,添加的ZrB2-SiC复合粉体中的ZrB2600℃左右开始与空气中的O2反应生成少量的ZrO2和B2O3,B2O3高温下反应生成液相包裹基质起到保护作用,使基质不易被氧化,ZrO2具备优异的高温性能,强化了基质,从而赋予了材料良好的高温性能。
具体实施方式
首先,需要说明的是,以下将以示例方式来具体说明本发明ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板的具体结构、特点和优点等,然而所有的描述仅是用来进行说明的,而不应将其理解为对本发明形成任何限制。
下面就通过这个给出的实施例来对本发明ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板进行示例性说明。
实施例1
本发明的ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板,其组成按质量百分比配比为:3~1mm电熔镁砂35%、1~0mm电熔镁砂30%、≤0.075mm大结晶镁砂14%、<0.088mm石墨8%、3μmα-Al2O3微粉5%、Al粉+Si粉4%、复合抗氧化剂:B4C+CaB22%、ZrB2-SiC复合粉体2%,外加占总质量3%的酚醛树脂结合剂。
本发明的一种上述镁碳质滑板的生产工艺,按以下步骤具体进行:
步骤S1、配料:按照上述的ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板的组成配比进行配料;
步骤S2、预混合:采用V形混合机对≤0.075mm大结晶镁砂、<0.088mm石墨、3μmα-Al2O3微粉、Al粉+Si粉、复合抗氧化剂:B4C+CaB2、ZrB2-SiC复合粉体进行预混合,混合时间不少于30min;
步骤S3、混碾:将上述配比颗粒料在轮碾式混碾机混碾5min,加入占总质量3%酚醛树脂混碾5min,最后加入上述预混料混碾时间不低于30min,泥料不需要严格困料,需在2h之内成型完毕;

步骤S8、磨制:在数控立轴圆台平面磨床上磨制,滑板工作面平整度小于0.05mm,滑板磨制过程中产生的水分利用红外干燥器进行烘干;
步骤S9、贴面、涂层、检验后包装即可得到成品。
实施例2
本发明的ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板,其组成按质量百分比配比为:3~1mm电熔镁砂35%、1~0mm电熔镁砂30%、≤0.075mm大结晶镁砂12%、<0.088mm石墨8%、3μmα-Al2O3微粉5%、Al粉+Si粉4%、复合抗氧化剂:B4C+CaB2+金属锌2%、ZrB2-SiC复合粉体4%,外加占总质量4%的酚醛树脂结合剂。
本发明的一种上述镁碳质滑板的生产工艺,按以下步骤具体进行:
步骤S1、配料:按照上述的ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板的组成配比进行配料;
步骤S2、预混合:采用V形混合机对≤0.075mm大结晶镁砂、<0.088mm石墨、3μmα-Al2O3微粉、Al粉+Si粉、复合抗氧化剂:B4C+CaB2+金属锌、ZrB2-SiC复合粉体进行预混合,混合时间不少于30min;
步骤S3、混碾:将上述配比颗粒料在轮碾式混碾机混碾3min,加入占总质量4%酚醛树脂混碾3min,最后加入上述预混料混碾时间不低于30min,泥料不需要严格困料,需在2h之内成型完毕;

本发明的一种上述镁碳质滑板的生产工艺,按以下步骤具体进行:
步骤S1、配料:按照上述的ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板的组成配比进行配料;

本发明的ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性免烧低碳与普通低碳镁碳质滑板的理化性能和平均使用寿命参数对比如表1:

将上述实施例得到的ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板在某公司的特钢钙处理钢、高Al镇静钢上试用,试验结束后对本发明滑板砖与普通镁碳质产品进行侵蚀、裂纹等对比分析。本发明滑板使用寿命达到3.5次以上,平均扩径9mm,平均侵蚀速率2.57mm/次,服役状态下未见异常裂纹。通过与普通镁碳产品对比测量数据分析,本发明滑板的平均侵蚀速率2.57mm/次,优于现有普通镁碳产品的平均侵蚀速率3.33mm/炉。滑板耐磨性情况:普通低碳镁碳产品使用两次后板面拉毛严重,表面结构出现疏松掉块现象;本发明滑板使用三次后表面情况良好,具备良好的结构强度。ZrB2-SiC复合粉体的引入进一步提高了材料的耐侵蚀性能,热震性能相比普通镁碳产品得到明显改善,同时赋予材料良好的耐磨性能和抗侵蚀性能,而中温预处理工艺改变了材料的显微结构,提高了基质的密实度及高温性能,为高腐蚀性钢种浇铸提供一种高寿命镁碳质滑板。

Claims (3)

1.一种ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板,其特征在于,其组成按质量百分比配比为:3~1mm电熔镁砂35%、1~0mm电熔镁砂30%、≤0.075mm大结晶镁砂10~14%、<0.088mm石墨8%、α-Al2O3微粉5%、Al粉+Si粉4%、复合抗氧化剂2%、ZrB2-SiC复合粉体2~6%,外加占总质量3%~5%的酚醛树脂结合剂,所述α-Al2O3微粉的粒径为3μm。
2.一种ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板的生产工艺,其特征在于,按以下步骤具体进行:
步骤S1、配料:按照ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板的组成配比进行配料:3~1mm电熔镁砂35%、1~0mm电熔镁砂30%、≤0.075mm大结晶镁砂10~14%、<0.088mm石墨8%、α-Al2O3微粉5%、Al粉+Si粉4%、复合抗氧化剂2%、ZrB2-SiC复合粉体2~6%;
步骤S2、预混合:采用V形混合机对≤0.075mm大结晶镁砂、<0.088mm石墨、α-Al2O3微粉、Al粉+Si粉、复合抗氧化剂、ZrB2-SiC复合粉体进行预混合,混合时间不少于30min;
步骤S3、混碾:将上述配比颗粒料在轮碾式混碾机混碾3-5min,加入占总质量的3%-5%酚醛树脂混碾3-5min,最后加入上述预混料混碾时间不低于30min,泥料不需要严格困料,需在2h之内成型完毕;
步骤S4、机压成型:泥料加入成型模具中,在1000T电动螺旋压力机成型,先轻打并吊模排气2次,再重打8-11次,最后吊模稳压后出模,总打击次数不少于15次,得到半成品;
步骤S5、干燥:半成品自然凉放12h后,入电烤干燥器,进窑口温度50℃,烘烤时间8小时以上,110℃烘烤时间12h以上,110至250℃烘烤时间12h以上,250℃恒温烘烤时间16h以上,总干燥时间48h以上;
步骤S6、中温处理:在60m隧道窑进行中温处理,窑内升温25-30℃/h,650-700℃保温10h,中温处理时间55-60h,冷却时间40-50h,冷却至100℃以下方打开窑门;
步骤S7、打箍:铁箍位于中部、铁箍焊缝不得超过1mm,铁箍与滑板间隙不得超过1mm;
步骤S8、磨制:在数控立轴圆台平面磨床上磨制,滑板工作面平整度小于0.05mm,滑板磨制过程中产生的水分利用红外干燥器进行烘干;
步骤S9、贴面、涂层、检验后包装即可得到成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的ZrB2-SiC复合粉体改性中温预处理镁碳质滑板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述α-Al2O3微粉的粒径为3μm。
