Abstract
一种回收再利用废旧自净化空气内饰材料的方法,涉及一种净化空气方法,技术领域:本发明涉及建材领域,具体涉及到废旧自净化空气内饰材料的再生和循环利用。本发明将废旧自净化空气内饰材料破碎成粒度小于5mm的碎块和细粉,将硫酸调整到适当的浓度,加入到破碎后的废旧自净化空气内饰材料中,搅拌均匀,使硫酸与废旧自净化空气内饰材料充分反应,待溶液的pH值大于6后,过滤,将滤渣洗净后称重,与测量浓度后的滤液、轻烧氧化镁、硅藻土、水、外加剂按一定配比混合均匀后,压制成型,经过养护,制备出新的自净化空气内饰材料。实现自净化空气内饰材料的有效循环,有效处理工业废硫酸。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种净化空气方法,特别是涉及一种回收再利用废旧自净化空气内饰材料的方法。
背景技术
我国每年由于室内空气污染造成的损失约为几百亿美元,由室内污染引发的各种健康问题已成为突出的公共卫生问题,同时随着经济的发展以及社会物质的不断丰富,人们对生活质量的要求在不断提高,使得追求更加优雅舒适的家居环境成为了现代生活的主流。由此引发家装市场上装饰工程尤其是室内装饰装修不断升温,也让在装修过程中出现的环境污染以及由此而引发的纠纷愈演愈烈。在不断升温的健康问题面前,环保意识与追求装修高雅之间的矛盾使得寻找一种两全其美的装修材料成为社会主流群体的共同需要。
在新一代环保健康材料中,硅藻土墙面材料是主要代表,其充分利用纳米孔道较大表面积和界面吸附能力,产品不仅能够在色彩美观等方面满足主流居住群体的审美要求,并且具备空气净化、异味消除、呼吸调湿等优良特点,有效降低室内污染并改善室内空气质量,因此可大量用于室内的健康装修。
以硅藻土材料为主要功能材料开发的硅藻泥装饰壁材,在消费者更关注环保健康、个性化装饰的今天、以其环保健康性优于传统墙面装饰材料、丰富多样的装饰特点赢得了市场的认可。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种回收再利用废旧自净化空气内饰材料的方法,该方法回收利用废旧自净化空气内饰材料,实现自净化空气内饰材料的有效循环,保护我国珍惜的硅藻土资源。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种回收再利用废旧自净化空气内饰材料的方法,所述方法包括以下过程:
将废旧自净化空气内饰材料破碎成粒度小于5mm的碎块和细粉,将硫酸加入到破碎后的废旧自净化空气内饰材料中,搅拌均匀,使硫酸与废旧自净化空气内饰材料充分反应,待溶液的pH值大于6后,过滤,将滤渣洗净后称重,按材料的质量,滤液中可溶性硫酸盐的干计重:1份;轻烧氧化镁:1.8-2.2份;滤渣+硅藻土:0.1-1.5份;双氧水:占轻烧氧化镁的0.1-2.0%;外加剂:占轻烧氧化镁的0.1-2.0%;水:适量;与测量浓度后的滤液、轻烧氧化镁、硅藻土、水、外加剂混合均匀后,压制成型,经过养护,制备出自净化空气内饰材料。
本发明的优点与效果是:
本发明回收利用废旧自净化空气内饰材料,实现自净化空气内饰材料的有效循环,保护我国珍惜的菱镁矿和硅藻土资源。具有净化空气、呼吸调湿功能内饰制品,但这些具有自净化空气功能的材料,废旧或破损后,如果白白废弃,会浪费大量自净化空气内饰材料的资源。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实例1
如图1所示,将废旧自净化空气内饰材料破碎成粒度小于5mm的碎块和细粉,将浓度为20.0-30.0%的工业废硫酸加入到破碎后的废旧自净化空气内饰材料中,搅拌均匀,使硫酸与废旧自净化空气内饰材料充分反应,待溶液的pH值大于6后,将混合物过滤,所得的滤渣洗净后称重,与测量浓度后的滤液、轻烧氧化镁、硅藻土、水、双氧水、外加剂柠檬酸按一定比例配制,
制备出新的自净化空气内饰材料的质量配方:滤液中可溶性硫酸盐的干计重:1份;轻烧氧化镁:1.8-2.2份;滤渣+硅藻土:0.1-1.5份;双氧水:占轻烧氧化镁的0.1-2.0%;外加剂柠檬酸:占轻烧氧化镁的0.1-2.0%;水:适量。将材料混合均匀后,放入模具中压制成型,在室温的条件下,密闭养护2天,起模,制备出新的自净化空气内饰材料。
实例2

1.一种回收再利用废旧自净化空气内饰材料的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下过程:
将废旧自净化空气内饰材料破碎成粒度小于5mm的碎块和细粉,将废硫酸加入到破碎后的废旧自净化空气内饰材料中,搅拌均匀,使硫酸与废旧自净化空气内饰材料充分反应,待溶液的pH值大于6后,过滤,将滤渣洗净后称重,与测量浓度后的滤液、轻烧氧化镁、硅藻土、水、外加剂混合均匀后,压制成型,经过养护,制备出自净化空气内饰材料;按材料的质量,滤液中可溶性硫酸盐的干计重:1份;轻烧氧化镁:1.8-2.2份;滤渣+硅藻土:0.1-1.5份;双氧水:占轻烧氧化镁的0.1-2.0%;外加剂:占轻烧氧化镁的0.1-2.0%;水:适量。
