Abstract

本发明一种加气混凝土砌块快速吊运装置主要用于建筑工程领域吊运加气混凝土砌块使用,它吊装快捷方便;本发明主要由吊具和夹具组成;吊具主要由吊环、X形臂、钢丝绳、二连杆、轴A、轴B、连杆组成;夹具主要由夹臂、夹板组成;其主要工作原理是:起吊吊环,吊环的左端转动,使吊环处于垂直状态,同时吊环带动钢丝绳绕轴A转动,钢丝绳的下端又拉动二连杆中点的铰接点向上移动,二连杆的两端拉动一对X形臂的上端向内转动,从而带动一对夹板将加气混凝土砌块夹紧,此时加气混凝土砌块并未吊起,当吊环继续上升后,一对连杆的下端对一对X形臂的上端施加向内的对称拉力,一对夹板进一步将加气混凝土砌块夹紧,进行吊装工作。

本发明主要用于建筑工程领域吊运加气混凝土砌块使用。
背景技术
目前在建筑工程领域吊运加气混凝土砌块普遍采用吊篮吊运,工人劳动强度大,工作效率低下。
发明内容
本发明解决了上述问题,它吊装快捷方便,工人劳动强度低;本发明主要由吊具和夹具组成;吊具主要由吊环(1)、X形臂(2)、钢丝绳(3)、二连杆(4)、轴A(7)、轴B(8)、连杆(9)组成;夹具主要由夹臂(5)、夹板(6)组成;吊环(1)的下端固定有轴A(7),一对连杆(9)的上端与轴A(7)铰接,一对连杆(9)可以绕轴A(7)转动,一对X形臂(2)的上端分别与一对连杆(9)的下端铰接,一对X形臂(2)相互铰接,钢丝绳(3)绕在轴A(7)上,其一端与轴A(7)固定,另一端与二连杆(4)中点的铰接点固定,二连杆(4)的两端分别与一对X形臂(2)的上端铰接,二连杆(4)的中点相互铰接,一对X形臂(2)的下端分别固定有轴B(8);夹臂(5)的上端与轴B(8)固定,夹板(6)固定在夹臂(5)的内侧;本发明的主要工作原理是:先将加气混凝土砌块按两列整齐地码放在地面上,下降吊具和夹具,使一对夹板(6)的下端降至地面并使一对夹板(6)处在加气混凝土砌块的两侧,此时由于吊环(1)受到钢丝绳(3)的牵制作用及吊环(1)的重力作用,吊环(1)处于向左的下垂状态,此时二连杆(4)处于水平状态,起吊吊环(1),吊环(1)的左端转动,使吊环(1)处于垂直状态,同时吊环(1)的轴A(7)顺时针旋转带动钢丝绳(3)绕轴A(7)转动,钢丝绳(3)的下端又拉动二连杆(4)中点的铰接点向上移动,二连杆(4)的两端拉动一对X形臂(2)的上端向内转动,从而带动一对夹板(6)将加气混凝土砌块夹紧,此时加气混凝土砌块并未吊起,当吊环(1)继续上升后,一对连杆(9)的下端对一对X形臂(2)的上端施加向内的对称拉力,一对夹板(6)进一步将加气混凝土砌块夹紧,当加气混凝土砌块吊运至指定位置后,下降吊环(1),使加气混凝土砌块降落至地面,再进一步下降吊环(1),由于降吊环(1)的重力作用和钢丝绳(3)的回弹作用,吊环(1)将向左端下垂,钢丝绳(3)失去了对二连杆(4)的拉力作用,使一对夹板(6)松开对加气混凝土砌块的夹紧力,用绳索拉住二连杆(4)的中点铰接点,使之不能上移,再升起吊环(1),一对夹板(6)将脱离加气混凝土砌块,进行下一轮吊装工作。

发明内容已详细说明了本发明的具体实施方式,这里不再重复;需说明:发明内容“起吊吊环1,吊环1的左端转动,使吊环1处于垂直状态,同时吊环1的轴A7顺时针旋转带动钢丝绳3绕轴A7转动,钢丝绳3的下端又拉动二连杆4的中点的铰接点向上移动,二连杆4的两端拉动一对X形臂2的上端向内转动,从而带动一对夹板6将加气混凝土砌块夹紧”,这一过程就是在加气混凝土砌块起吊前先将其夹紧,再起吊的过程,如果加气混凝土砌块不预先夹紧,不但不安全也无法吊起。

1. 一种加气混凝土砌块快速吊运装置,其特征是:它主要由吊具和夹具组成;吊具主要由吊环(1)、X形臂(2)、钢丝绳(3)、 二连杆(4)、轴A(7)、轴B(8)、连杆(9)组成;夹具主要由夹臂(5)、夹板(6)组成;吊环(1)的下端固定有轴A(7),一对连杆(9)的上端与轴A(7)铰接,一对连杆(9)可以绕轴A(7)转动,一对X形臂(2)的上端分别与一对连杆(9)的下端铰接,一对X形臂(2)相互铰接,钢丝绳(3)绕在轴A(7)上,其一端与轴A(7)固定,另一端与 二连杆(4)中点的铰接点固定, 二连杆(4)的两端分别与一对X形臂(2)的上端铰接,二连杆(4)的中点相互铰接,一对X形臂(2)的下端分别固定有轴B(8);夹臂(5)的上端与轴B(8)固定,夹板(6)固定在夹臂(5)的内侧;本发明的主要工作原理是:先将加气混凝土砌块按两列整齐地码放在地面上,下降吊具和夹具,使一对夹板(6)的下端降至地面并使一对夹板(6)处在加气混凝土砌块的两侧,此时由于吊环(1)受到钢丝绳(3)的牵制作用及吊环(1)的重力作用,吊环(1)处于向左的下垂状态,此时二连杆(4)处于水平状态,起吊吊环(1),吊环(1)的左端转动,使吊环(1)处于垂直状态,同时吊环(1)的轴A(7)顺时针旋转带动钢丝绳(3)绕轴A(7)转动,钢丝绳(3)的下端又拉动 二连杆(4)中点的铰接点向上移动, 二连杆(4)的两端拉动一对X形臂(2)的上端向内转动,从而带动一对夹板(6)将加气混凝土砌块夹紧,此时加气混凝土砌块并未吊起,当吊环(1)继续上升后,一对连杆(9)的下端对一对X形臂(2)的上端施加向内的对称拉力,一对夹板(6)进一步将加气混凝土砌块夹紧,当加气混凝土砌块吊运至指定位置后,下降吊环(1),使加气混凝土砌块降落至地面,再进一步下降吊环(1),由于降吊环(1)的重力作用和钢丝绳(3)的回弹作用,吊环(1)将向左端下垂,钢丝绳(3)失去了对 二连杆(4)的拉力作用,使一对夹板(6)松开对加气混凝土砌块的夹紧力,用绳索拉住二连杆(4)的中点铰接点,使之不能上移,再升起吊环(1),一对夹板(6)将脱离加气混凝土砌块,进行下一轮吊装工作。
