Abstract
本申请公开了一种无人车驾驶状态的识别装置及识别方法,所述识别装置包括:信息解析装置,其配置为接收所述无人车的操作系统的信息,根据所述信息确定并发送相应的驾驶状态信号;以及显示装置,其配置为接收所述信息解析装置发送的驾驶状态信号,并进行显示。该识别装置充分考虑了各种车辆在道路上的行驶条件,将该无人车的驾驶状态以直观醒目的方式显示给周围的车辆及行人,提高了道路驾驶的安全性能,且结构简单、安装方便、成本低廉,适合于批量推广使用。
Description
技术领域
本申请涉及无人车技术领域,具体涉及一种无人车驾驶状态的识别装置及识别方法,本申请还涉及一种具有该驾驶状态的识别装置的无人车。
背景技术
随着无人车技术研究的深入与行业的发展,无人车会在不久的将来行驶在公共的道路之上,在无人车时代到来的初期,必然会存在无人车与普通传统汽车同时并存的局面,公共道路上会同时运行传统的汽车和无人车。此时驾驶传统车辆的司机或者行人需要能够迅速识别出无人车以及该无人车是处于人工驾驶状态还是无人驾驶状态。这样可以留给司机和行人更大的预判时间,避免发生不必要的交通意外和损失。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中的上述缺陷或不足,本申请期望提供一种能够快速识别出无人车的驾驶状态的方案。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种无人车驾驶状态的识别装置,所述识别装置包括:信息解析装置,其配置为接收所述无人车的操作系统的信息,根据所述信息确定并发送相应的驾驶状态信号;以及显示装置,其配置为接收所述信息解析装置发送的驾驶状态信号,并进行显示。
第二方面,本申请实施例还提供了一种无人车驾驶状态的识别方法,所述方法包括:接收所述无人车的操作系统的信息,并对所述信息进行解码;将所述解码后的信息进行处理,并转换为相应的驾驶状态信号发送出去;接收所述无人车的驾驶状态信号,并进行显示。
第三方面,本申请实施例还提供了一种无人车,其具有如上所述的驾驶状态的识别装置。
本申请实施例提供的无人车驾驶状态的识别装置充分考虑了各种车辆在道路上的行驶条件,通过信息解析装置和显示装置将该无人车的驾驶状态以直观醒目的方式显示给周围的车辆及行人,提高了道路驾驶的安全性能,且结构简单、安装方便、成本低廉,适合于批量推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与发明相关的部分。
图1示出了本申请实施例的无人车驾驶状态的识别装置的示例性系统架构,图2示出了根据本申请实施例的无人车驾驶状态的识别装置的结构示意图。
如图1所示,无人车驾驶状态的识别装置100可以包括信息解析装置110和显示装置120。
信息解析装置110配置为接收无人车的操作系统10的信息,根据该信息确定并发送相应的驾驶状态信号。
具体来说,信息解析装置110包括信息解码单元111和实时运算单元112,信息解码单元111配置为接收无人车的操作系统10的信息,并对该信息进行解码;实时运算单元112将信息解码单元111解码后的信息进行处理,并转换为相应的驾驶状态信号发送出去。驾驶状态的信号可以用数字表示,例如,驾驶状态为自动驾驶,则发送信号为“1”,驾驶状态为人工驾驶,则发送信号为“0”;驾驶状态的信号也可以采用加密通讯报文转化为字符来表示。
显示装置120配置为接收信息解析装置110发送的驾驶状态信号,并进行显示,使驾驶传统车辆的司机或者行人能够迅速识别出无人驾驶汽车及其驾驶状态。
如图2所示,显示装置120可以包括灯光装置120A,其设置于无人车的顶部,灯光装置120A接收到由信息解析装置110发送的驾驶状态信号后,通过灯光装置120A的颜色变化显示无人车当前的驾驶状态。
进一步地,灯光装置120A包括发光设备和支撑发光设备的底座,底座固定于无人车的顶部,发光设备用于发出不同颜色的光。例如,发光设备接收到信息解析装置110发送的信号“1”时发出红色的光,表示无人车当前处于自动驾驶状态;发光设备接收到信息解析装置110发送的信号“0”时发出绿色的光,表示无人车当前处于人工驾驶状态。
显示装置120还可以包括字符装置120B,其设置于无人车的后方玻璃,字符装置120B接收到由信息解析装置110发送的驾驶状态信号后,通过字符的方式显示无人车当前的驾驶状态。
进一步地,字符装置120B包括底板和发光二极管,底板固定于无人车的后方玻璃内部,发光二极管安装于底板上,用于显示表示无人车当前的驾驶状态的字符内容。例如,发光二极管接收到信息解析装置110发送的加密通讯报文转化为字符后显示“自动”的字符,表示无人车当前处于自动驾驶状态;发光二极管接收到信息解析装置110发送的加密通讯报文转化为字符后显示“人工”的字符,表示无人车当前处于人工驾驶状态。
上述表示无人车驾驶状态的字符内容仅用于示例,并不限于此。另外,发光二极管显示的字符内容可以为中文、英文或者其它语言中的任意一种或者几种的组合,取决于无人车所处的地区、语言环境等。
应当说明的是,显示装置120可以为灯光装置120A和字符装置120B组合使用,也可以单独仅使用其中一种来显示无人车的驾驶状态。
本申请实施例提供的无人车驾驶状态的识别装置100充分考虑了各种车辆在道路上的行驶条件,通过信息解析装置110和显示装置120将该无人车的驾驶状态以直观醒目的方式显示给周围的车辆及行人,提高了道路驾驶的安全性能,且结构简单、安装方便、成本低廉,适合于批量推广使用。
图3示出了根据本申请实施例的无人车驾驶状态的识别方法的示例性流程图。
如图3所示,无人车驾驶状态的识别方法200包括如下步骤:
S201:接收无人车的操作系统的信息,并对该信息进行解码;
S202:将该解码后的信息进行处理,并转换为相应的驾驶状态信号发送出去;
S203:接收无人车的驾驶状态信号,并进行显示。
在上述步骤S203中,无人车的驾驶状态信号通过发光设备的颜色变化和/或字符装置的字符内容进行显示,如前所述,此处不再赘述。
另外,本申请实施例还提供了一种无人车,其具有如前所述的驾驶状态的识别装置100。

Claims (11)
1.一种无人车驾驶状态的识别装置,其特征在于,所述识别装置包括:
信息解析装置,其配置为接收所述无人车的操作系统的信息,根据所述信息确定并发送相应的驾驶状态信号;以及
显示装置,其配置为接收所述信息解析装置发送的驾驶状态信号,并进行显示。
2.根据权利要求1所述的识别装置,其特征在于,所述信息解析装置包括信息解码单元和实时运算单元,所述信息解码单元配置为接收所述无人车的操作系统的信息,并对所述信息进行解码;所述实时运算单元将所述信息解码单元解码后的信息进行处理,并转换为相应的驾驶状态信号发送出去。
3.根据权利要求1所述的识别装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括灯光装置,其设置于所述无人车的顶部,所述灯光装置接收到由所述信息解析装置发送的驾驶状态信号后,通过所述灯光装置的颜色变化显示所述无人车当前的驾驶状态。
4.根据权利要求3所述的识别装置,其特征在于,所述灯光装置包括发光设备和支撑所述发光设备的底座,所述底座固定于所述无人车的顶部,所述发光设备用于发出不同颜色的光。
5.根据权利要求4所述的识别装置,其特征在于,所述发光设备发出红色的光时表示所述无人车当前处于自动驾驶状态,所述发光设备发出绿色的光时表示所述无人车当前处于人工驾驶状态。
6.根据权利要求1或3所述的识别装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括字符装置,其设置于所述无人车的后方玻璃,所述字符装置接收到由所述信息解析装置发送的驾驶状态信号后,通过字符的方式显示所述无人车当前的驾驶状态。
7.根据权利要求6所述的识别装置,其特征在于,所述字符装置包括底板和发光二极管,所述底板固定于所述无人车的后方玻璃内部,所述发光二极管安装于所述底板上,用于显示表示所述无人车当前的驾驶状态的字符内容。
8.根据权利要求7所述的识别装置,其特征在于,所述字符装置的发光二极管显示的字符内容为中文、英文或者其它语言中的任意一种或者几种的组合。
9.一种无人车,其包括如权利要求1至8任一项所述的驾驶状态的识别装置。
10.一种无人车驾驶状态的识别方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
接收所述无人车的操作系统的信息,并对所述信息进行解码;
将所述解码后的信息进行处理,并转换为相应的驾驶状态信号发送出去;
接收所述无人车的驾驶状态信号,并进行显示。
11.根据权利要求10所述的识别方法,其特征在于,所述无人车的驾驶状态信号通过发光设备的颜色变化和/或字符装置的字符内容进行显示。
