Abstract
本发明涉及一种自清洗式搅拌装置,包括设置于釜体内部的转动轴,所述转动轴通过连接板与搅拌叶连接,在所述转动轴及连接板内均开有用于输入清洗液的液体流通腔,于所述搅拌叶上开有与所述液体流通腔连通的腔体,沿所述搅拌叶的外壁上开设一个第一清洗孔及多个第二清洗孔、第三清洗孔;于所述搅拌叶的外壁还连接搅拌盘体,沿所述搅拌盘体的外周设置多个主搅拌叶片及副搅拌叶片。主搅拌叶片及副搅拌叶片的布置实现了釜体内部原料快速、均匀度搅拌,使釜体内各原料反应充分,通过在搅拌叶上开设不同孔径的清洗孔,提高了清洗液从各清洗孔喷出的压力,利用转动轴及连接板内的液体流通腔实现清洗液的流通,实现了对釜体内壁处粘着物的清洗。

技术领域
本发明涉及反应釜领域,尤其涉及用于反应釜内部的自清洗式搅拌装置。
背景技术
反应釜是综合反应容器,根据反应条件对反应釜结构功能及配置附件的设计。从开始的进料-反应-出料均能够以较高的自动化程度完成预先设定好的反应步骤,对反应过程中的温度、压力、力学控制(搅拌、鼓风等)、反应物/产物浓度等重要参数进行严格的调控。目前,现有的化工试剂反应釜的搅拌效率低,为了实现釜体内部的自清洗,需要在釜体内部增设复杂的自清洗设备,该自清洗设备还需要通过外接驱动部件控制动作,设计成本高,无法满足客户需求。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种一种自清洗式搅拌装置,其不仅能实现釜体内反应物快速均匀的搅拌,同时还能对釜体内部实现自清洗,有效去除了釜体内壁面的粘着物。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种自清洗式搅拌装置,包括设置于釜体内部的转动轴,所述转动轴通过连接板与搅拌叶连接,在所述转动轴及连接板内均开有用于输入清洗液的液体流通腔,于所述搅拌叶上开有与所述液体流通腔连通的腔体,沿所述搅拌叶的外壁上开设一个第一清洗孔及多个第二清洗孔、第三清洗孔;于所述搅拌叶的外壁还连接搅拌盘体,沿所述搅拌盘体的外周设置多个主搅拌叶片及副搅拌叶片。
其进一步技术方案在于:
所述主搅拌叶片沿逆时针方向弯曲成形,所述副搅拌叶片沿顺时针方向弯曲成形,所述主搅拌叶片的长度大于副搅拌叶片的长度;
所述第一清洗孔的孔径大于第二清洗孔的孔径,所述第二清洗孔以所述第一清洗孔为中心均布;
于各搅拌盘体的中心开设用于配合搅拌叶的贯通孔;
所述主搅拌叶片位于所述搅拌盘体外周的上半部,所述副搅拌叶片位于所述搅拌盘体外周的下半部分。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构简单、使用方便,主搅拌叶片及副搅拌叶片的布置实现了釜体内部原料快速、均匀度搅拌,使釜体内各原料反应充分,通过在搅拌叶上开设不同孔径的清洗孔,提高了清洗液从各清洗孔喷出的压力,利用转动轴及连接板内的液体流通腔实现清洗液的流通,实现了对釜体内壁处粘着物的清洗,大大提高了自清洗效率。

具体实施方式
下面说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,一种自清洗式搅拌装置包括设置于釜体内部的转动轴2,转动轴2通过连接板101与搅拌叶1连接,在转动轴2及连接板101内均开有用于输入清洗液的液体流通腔3,于搅拌叶1上开有与液体流通腔3连通的腔体,沿搅拌叶1的外壁上开设一个第一清洗孔103及多个第二清洗孔104、第三清洗孔105;于搅拌叶1的外壁还连接搅拌盘体102,沿搅拌盘体102的外周设置多个主搅拌叶片1021及副搅拌叶片1022。上述主搅拌叶片1021沿逆时针方向弯曲成形,副搅拌叶片1022沿顺时针方向弯曲成形,主搅拌叶片1021的长度大于副搅拌叶片1022的长度。第一清洗孔103的孔径大于第二清洗孔104的孔径,第二清洗孔104以第一清洗孔103为中心均布。于各搅拌盘体102的中心开设用于配合搅拌叶1的贯通孔1023。主搅拌叶片1021位于搅拌盘体102外周的上半部,副搅拌叶片1022位于搅拌盘体102外周的下半部分。
本发明的具体工作过程如下:
原料由原料进口进入到釜体的内部,由外接驱动机构驱动搅拌叶1进行搅拌,由于搅拌叶1上搅拌盘体102,同时搅拌盘体102的外周设置主搅拌叶片1021及副搅拌叶片1022,其能实现釜体内部原料的均匀搅拌,使原料反应彻底,搅拌后的原料由出料口流出,由于原料具有一定粘性,其难免会粘着于釜体的内壁,因此通过液体流通腔3注入清洗液,清洗液进入搅拌叶1的腔体内部并从第一清洗孔103、第二清洗孔104及第三清洗孔105喷出,由于各清洗孔孔径不同,因此各清洗孔喷出的清洗水柱力度不同,由此可以将不同粘度的反应物从釜体内清除。

1.一种自清洗式搅拌装置,其特征在于:包括设置于釜体内部的转动轴(2),所述转动轴(2)通过连接板(101)与搅拌叶(1)连接,在所述转动轴(2)及连接板(101)内均开有用于输入清洗液的液体流通腔(3),于所述搅拌叶(1)上开有与所述液体流通腔(3)连通的腔体,沿所述搅拌叶(1)的外壁上开设一个第一清洗孔(103)及多个第二清洗孔(104)、第三清洗孔(105);于所述搅拌叶(1)的外壁还连接搅拌盘体(102),沿所述搅拌盘体(102)的外周设置多个主搅拌叶片(1021)及副搅拌叶片(1022)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种自清洗式搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述主搅拌叶片(1021)沿逆时针方向弯曲成形,所述副搅拌叶片(1022)沿顺时针方向弯曲成形,所述主搅拌叶片(1021)的长度大于副搅拌叶片(1022)的长度。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种自清洗式搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述第一清洗孔(103)的孔径大于第二清洗孔(104)的孔径,所述第二清洗孔(104)以所述第一清洗孔(103)为中心均布。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种自清洗式搅拌装置,其特征在于:于各搅拌盘体(102)的中心开设用于配合搅拌叶(1)的贯通孔(103)。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种自清洗式搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述主搅拌叶片(1021)位于所述搅拌盘体(102)外周的上半部,所述副搅拌叶片(1022)位于所述搅拌盘体(102)外周的下半部分。
