本发明公开了高自动化美拉德反应釜,包括反应釜本体和设置在反应釜本体内的搅拌机构,所述反应釜本体上部设有原料入口,下部设有出料口,所述反应釜本体上端还设有搅拌电机、温度检测单元和抽真空机构,所述反应釜本体侧壁设有加热线圈,还包括下端与反应釜本体内腔下部相通、上端与反应釜本体内腔上部相通的回料管,所述回料管上设有pH检测单元和颜色监测器,还包括控制器,所述控制器信号输入端分别与温度检测单元、pH检测单元和颜色监测器相连,信号输出端分别与搅拌电机、抽真空机构和出料口相连。本发明可严格监测反应过程,本发明设置控制单元,可根据需要随时调整反应釜内反应条件,自动化程度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及香料香精技术领域,涉及一种香精提取装置,特别涉及一种高自动化天然风味牛肉香精美拉德制取装置。
背景技术
美拉德反应又称为“非酶棕色化反应”,是广泛用于食品工业的一种非酶褐变,是羰基化合物和氨基化合物间的反应,赋予热加工食品以独特的风味。肽不仅具有多种滋味,而且可以与其他物质反应产生新的风味,使呈味肽与还原糖发生美拉德反应,产生明显的风味增效作用,使鲜味更加强烈且不缺乏延渗感。现在美拉德反应已经成为现代食品工业中一种密不可分的技术,广泛应用在香精领域中。
现有美拉德反应釜存在结构复杂,过程精确控制困难,自动化程度低的缺陷。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种高自动化美拉德反应釜。
一种高自动化美拉德反应釜,包括反应釜本体和设置在反应釜本体内的搅拌机构,所述反应釜本体上部设有原料入口,下部设有出料口,所述反应釜本体上端还设有搅拌电机、温度检测单元和抽真空机构,所述反应釜本体侧壁设有加热线圈,还包括下端与反应釜本体内腔下部相通、上端与反应釜本体内腔上部相通的回料管,所述回料管上设有pH检测单元和颜色监测器,还包括控制器,所述控制器信号输入端分别与温度检测单元、pH检测单元和颜色监测器相连,信号输出端分别与搅拌电机、抽真空机构和出料口相连。
进一步,所述反应釜本体侧壁设有加热线圈,所述回料管上串设有回流泵,所述控制器的信号输出端分别与回流泵和加热线圈相连。
进一步,所述反应釜本体呈圆柱状,其侧壁包括内外两层,内层光滑、外层为保温层,内外两层之间设有加热线圈和冷却水管。
进一步,所述搅拌机构包括转轴和套设在转轴上的搅拌板,所述搅拌板长短不一,部分搅拌板前端设有刮料板。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明通过设置温度、pH和颜色监测单元,可严格监测反应过程,本发明设置控制单元,可根据需要随时调整反应釜内反应条件,自动化程度高。

如图1所示,本实施例高自动化美拉德反应釜,包括反应釜本体12和设置在反应釜本体内的搅拌机构8,所述反应釜本体12上部设有原料入口14,下部设有出料口9,所述反应釜本体12上端还设有搅拌电机1、温度检测单元2和抽真空机构3,所述反应釜本体12侧壁设有加热线圈13,还包括下端与反应釜本体12内腔下部相通、上端与反应釜本体12内腔上部相通的回料管7,所述回料管7上设有pH检测单元5和颜色监测器6,还包括控制器15,所述控制器15信号输入端分别与温度检测单元2、pH检测单元5和颜色监测器6相连,信号输出端分别与搅拌电机1、抽真空机构3和出料口9相连,所述反应釜本体12侧壁设有加热线圈13,所述回料管7上串设有回流泵4,所述控制器15的信号输出端分别与回流泵4和加热线圈13相连,所述反应釜本体12呈圆柱状,其侧壁包括内外两层,内层光滑、外层为保温层,内外两层之间设有加热线圈13和冷却水管,所述搅拌机构8包括转轴和套设在转轴上的搅拌板10,所述搅拌板10长短不一,部分搅拌板10前端设有刮料板11。
本发明通过设置温度、pH和颜色监测单元,可严格监测反应过程,本发明设置控制单元,可根据需要随时调整反应釜内反应条件,自动化程度高。

1.一种高自动化美拉德反应釜,包括反应釜本体(12)和设置在反应釜本体内的搅拌机构(8),所述反应釜本体(12)上部设有原料入口(14),下部设有出料口(9),其特征在于:所述反应釜本体(12)上端还设有搅拌电机(1)、温度检测单元(2)和抽真空机构(3),所述反应釜本体(12)侧壁设有加热线圈(13),还包括下端与反应釜本体(12)内腔下部相通、上端与反应釜本体(12)内腔上部相通的回料管(7),所述回料管(7)上设有pH检测单元(5)和颜色监测器(6),还包括控制器(15),所述控制器(15)信号输入端分别与温度检测单元(2)、pH检测单元(5)和颜色监测器(6)相连,信号输出端分别与搅拌电机(1)、抽真空机构(3)和出料口(9)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述高自动化美拉德反应釜美拉德反应釜,其特征在于:所述反应釜本体(12)侧壁设有加热线圈(13),所述回料管(7)上串设有回流泵(4),所述控制器(15)的信号输出端分别与回流泵(4)和加热线圈(13)相连。
