本发明涉及一种过滤腔带观测口式洗选设备过滤装置，包括过滤腔，过滤腔内安装有多组平行设置的过滤片，过滤腔的一侧带有进料管及出料管，出料管位于进料管的上方，靠近所述过滤片的过滤腔一侧设有开口，所述开口由带有把手的观测门封闭，所述观测门上设有透明观测窗并安装有灰尘量传感器。本发明由于观测门的设置，一方面可以直接开启对腔体内的过滤片进行清洗，清洗操作方便；另一方面，采用灰尘量传感器检测透明观测窗附近的灰尘量，以得知是否需要进行清洗，无需人工干预。

技术领域：
本发明涉及砂石洗选设备技术领域，特别涉及过滤腔带观测口式洗选设备过滤装置。
背景技术：
洗选设备中，过滤除尘装置是通过过滤材料，将含尘气体中的粉尘分离出来的设备。传统的除尘过滤装置中，过滤腔为封闭的、不带有观测窗的筒体结构，过滤粉尘的批次不同，故对筒体的清洗周期也不同，这种筒体状的过滤腔，只能依靠经验定期清洗，智能程度低。
发明内容：
本申请人针对现有技术存在的上述缺点，进行研究和改进，提供一种过滤腔带观测口式洗选设备过滤装置。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用如下方案：
一种过滤腔带观测口式洗选设备过滤装置，包括过滤腔，过滤腔内安装有多组平行设置的过滤片，过滤腔的一侧带有进料管及出料管，出料管位于进料管的上方，靠近所述过滤片的过滤腔一侧设有开口，所述开口由带有把手的观测门封闭，所述观测门上设有透明观测窗并安装有灰尘量传感器。
本发明的技术效果在于：
本发明由于观测门的设置，一方面可以直接开启对腔体内的过滤片进行清洗，清洗操作方便；另一方面，采用灰尘量传感器检测透明观测窗附近的灰尘量，以得知是否需要进行清洗，无需人工干预。

如图1所示，本实施例的过滤腔带观测口式洗选设备过滤装置，包括过滤腔1，过滤腔1内安装有多组平行设置的过滤片4，过滤腔1的一侧带有进料管7及出料管6，出料管6位于进料管7的上方，靠近过滤片4的过滤腔1一侧设有开口，开口由带有把手2的观测门3封闭，观测门3上设有透明观测窗并安装有灰尘量传感器5。本发明由于观测门3的设置，一方面可以直接开启对腔体内的过滤片4进行清洗，清洗操作方便；另一方面，采用灰尘量传感器5检测透明观测窗附近的灰尘量，以得知是否需要进行清洗，无需人工干预。

1.一种过滤腔带观测口式洗选设备过滤装置，包括过滤腔(1)，过滤腔(1)内安装有多组平行设置的过滤片(4)，过滤腔(1)的一侧带有进料管(7)及出料管(6)，出料管(6)位于进料管(7)的上方，其特征在于：靠近所述过滤片(4)的过滤腔(1)一侧设有开口，所述开口由带有把手(2)的观测门(3)封闭，所述观测门(3)上设有透明观测窗并安装有灰尘量传感器(5)。
