技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域，具体是一种促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药及其制备方法。
背景技术
风湿痹症筋骨疼痛，中医又称为痹症，痹，即痹阻不通。痹症是指人体机表、经络因感受风、寒、湿、热等引起的以肢体关节及肌肉酸痛、麻木、重着、屈伸不利，甚或关节肿大灼热等为主症的一类病证。临床上有渐进性或反复发作性的特点，主要病机是气血痹阻不通，筋脉关节失于濡养所致。
风湿痹证筋骨疼痛，包括现代医学的风湿热(风湿性关节炎)、类风湿性关节炎、骨性关节炎、痛风、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突出症、颈椎病，强直性脊柱炎，股骨头坏死腰肌劳损，网球肘等。
风湿痹症筋骨疼痛是临床常见病之一，全世界每天约550万人忍受癌痛的折磨，大约30％的成年人患有慢性疼痛，每3个门诊就诊病人中，就有两个是伴有各种疼痛病症或症状的病人，我国至少有一亿以上的疼痛患者，多数疼痛患者均经过不止一个专科的诊断或治疗，疼痛是危害人类健康的主要杀手之一，造成人类降低劳动能力和生活质量的最普通、最直接的因素。慢性疼痛不能及时控制，最终引起失眠、焦虑、抑郁，促进了神经病理性疼痛的恶化，形成恶性循环，它使病人疼痛难耐，苦不堪言。因此，促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复是医务工作者面临的重要任务。
目前，有许多药物和方法对治疗疼痛均有一定的效果，但是也有不足的地方。西药治疗疼痛口服非甾体消炎止痛药，其疗程长，胃肠道会出现出血，胃溃疡等不良反应，消炎止痛的同时会导致胃肠道反应、血小板凝集、肾功能损害等。在临床应用上也有不容忽视的缺点，副反应较强、依赖性、耐药性、成瘾性等一直是亟待解决的问题，这些缺点极大程度地限制了西药在临床镇痛上的应用。中医药口服中药治疗，在应用中有一定的消肿止病之功效，但因为口感差，疗程长，患者依从性差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种疗程短、减少内服药毒副作用、制备成本低和疗效好的促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：一种促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药，它是由A组炸料和B组细料组成，所述A组炸料采用的原料及重量组份分别是：
生马钱子55-65g、生川乌45-55g、生南星45-55g、白芷40-50g、甘遂45-55g、接骨草45-55g、土鳖虫45-55g、七叶一枝花45-55g、麻黄55-65g、洋金花45-55g、生白芥子25-35g、细辛40-50g、生甲片55-65g、蜈蚣25-35g、全虫25-35g、生延胡55-65g、白花蛇25-35g、威灵仙85-95g、鸡血藤85-95g、桃仁40-50g、当归40-50g、川芎45-55g、姜黄45-55g、生地45-55g、紫荆皮45-55g、独活35-45g、杜仲25-35g、地龙40-50g、透骨草45-55g、苍术25-35g、三棱55-65g、丹参45-55g、牛膝45-55g、伸筋草85-95g、鹿含草85-95g、海风藤55-65g、寻骨风55-65g、干姜115-125g、山奈55-65g、苏木55-65g、白鲜皮25-35g、山慈菇55-65g、肿节风25-35g、赤芍25-35g、大黄65-75g、松节25-35g、丁公藤25-35g、闹羊花25-35g、徐长卿25-35g、千年健25-35g、泽泻25-35g、虎杖25-35g、景天三七25-35g、鲜骨碎补50-60g、人参25-35g、黄芪25-35g、鹿茸5-15g和夏天无25-35g；
所述B组细料采用的原料及重量组份分别是：
乳香25-35g、没药25-35g、纳米磁粉15-25g、孩儿茶75-85g、蟾酥1.5-2.5g、肉桂25-35g、三七粉25-35g、血竭25-35g、红花10-20g、龙脑10-15g、麝香2-3g和纳米远红外陶瓷粉15-25g。
本发明还公开了一种促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药的制备方法，其它包括以下步骤：
S1、将A组炸料和B组细料所含药材的分别炮制合格备用；
S2、将炮制合格的B组细料所含的药材混合研磨成细粉备用；
S3、将2500-3000g广丹置于铁锅内加热，翻炒至砖红色，去掉所述广丹中的水分，取出放冷备用；
S4、将炮制合格的所述A组炸料所含的药材按由慢至快的药性析出速率依次倒入9-10L香油中，并在40-50℃的所述香油中浸泡15-20天，而后用文火煎熬浸泡有A组炸料的香油至炸枯，捞出炸枯的A组炸料，过滤药渣得到药油备用；
S5、将药油加热至280-300℃，炼至滴水成珠，接着向药油中加入去水的所述广丹，充分搅匀、冷却后得到软药膏体，再加入研磨成细粉的所述B组细料，充分搅匀后得到硬药膏体；
S6、将所述硬药膏体放在冷水里浸泡6-8天，每日至少换水一次，去火毒后得到膏药，取所述膏药在75-85℃的温度下加热融化，将融化后的膏药摊制在载体上即完成促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药的制备。
优选地，所述B组细料所含的药材混合研磨研细至120目以上。
优选地，炸枯的所述A组炸料所含的药材留有存性。
优选地，所述载体为药布或牛皮纸。
本发明的有益效果是：通过药物外用，药力透过皮肤、黏膜直达病所，疗程短、减少内服药毒副作用、制备成本低和疗效好，有良好的促进康复作用；具有温经散寒、益气养血、活血化瘀、强筋健骨、舒筋活络、消炎排毒、祛风除湿、软化骨刺、修身养骨的功效，促进风湿痹症筋骨引起的疼痛康复，适用于西医学的风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、痛风、颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突出、坐骨神经痛、骨质增生、跟骨骨刺、半月板损伤、滑膜炎、网球肘、腱鞘炎、游离骨、软组织损伤、骨关节退行性病变、跌打损伤、骨折后遗症、股骨头坏死及颈、肩、腰、腿等引起的疼痛疗效显著，有效率达到98％。

S6、将所述硬药膏体放在冷水里浸泡6天，每日换水一次，去火毒后得到膏药，取所述膏药在75℃的温度下加热融化，将融化后的膏药摊制在载体上即完成促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药的制备。
优选地，所述B组细料所含的药材混合研磨研细至120目以上。
优选地，炸枯的所述A组炸料所含的药材留有存性。
优选地，所述载体为药布或牛皮纸。
实施例2，一种促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药，它是由A组炸料和B组细料组成，所述A组炸料采用的原料及重量组份分别是：
生马钱子60g、生川乌50g、生南星50g、白芷45g、甘遂50g、接骨草50g、土鳖虫50g、七叶一枝花50g、麻黄60g、洋金花50g、生白芥子30g、细辛45g、生甲片60g、蜈蚣30g、全虫30g、生延胡60g、白花蛇30g、威灵仙90g、鸡血藤90g、桃仁45g、当归45g、川芎50g、姜黄50g、生地50g、紫荆皮50g、独活40g、杜仲30g、地龙45g、透骨草50g、苍术30g、三棱60g、丹参50g、牛膝50g、伸筋草90g、鹿含草90g、海风藤60g、寻骨风60g、干姜120g、山奈60g、苏木60g、白鲜皮30g、山慈菇60g、肿节风30g、赤芍30g、大黄70g、松节30g、丁公藤30g、闹羊花30g、徐长卿30g、千年健30g、泽泻30g、虎杖30g、景天三七30g、鲜骨碎补55g、人参30g、黄芪30g、鹿茸10g和夏天无30g；
所述B组细料采用的原料及重量组份分别是：
乳香30g、没药30g、纳米磁粉20g、孩儿茶80g、蟾酥2g、肉桂30g、三七粉30g、血竭30g、红花15g、麝香2g和纳米远红外陶瓷粉20g。
一种促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药的制备方法，其它包括以下步骤：
S1、将A组炸料和B组细料所含药材的分别炮制合格备用；
S2、将炮制合格的B组细料所含的药材混合研磨成细粉备用；
S3、将2800g广丹置于铁锅内加热，翻炒至砖红色，去掉所述广丹中的水分，取出放冷备用；
S4、将炮制合格的所述A组炸料所含的药材按由慢至快的药性析出速率依次倒入9-10L香油中，并在45℃的所述香油中浸泡18天，而后用文火煎熬浸泡有A组炸料的香油至炸枯，捞出炸枯的A组炸料，过滤药渣得到药油备用；
S5、将药油加热至290℃，炼至滴水成珠，接着向药油中加入去水的所述广丹，充分搅匀、冷却后得到软药膏体，再加入研磨成细粉的所述B组细料，充分搅匀后得到硬药膏体；
S6、将所述硬药膏体放在冷水里浸泡7天，每日换水一次，去火毒后得到膏药，取所述膏药在80℃的温度下加热融化，将融化后的膏药摊制在载体上即完成促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药的制备。
优选地，所述B组细料所含的药材混合研磨研细至120目以上。
优选地，炸枯的所述A组炸料所含的药材留有存性。
优选地，所述载体为药布或牛皮纸。
实施例3，一种促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药，它是由A组炸料和B组细料组成，所述A组炸料采用的原料及重量组份分别是：

所述B组细料采用的原料及重量组份分别是：
乳香35g、没药35g、纳米磁粉25g、孩儿茶85g、蟾酥2.5g、肉桂35g、三七粉35g、血竭35g、红花20g、龙脑15、麝香3g和纳米远红外陶瓷粉25g。
一种促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药的制备方法，其它包括以下步骤：
S1、将A组炸料和B组细料所含药材的分别炮制合格备用；
S2、将炮制合格的B组细料所含的药材混合研磨成细粉备用；
S3、将3000g广丹置于铁锅内加热，翻炒至砖红色，去掉所述广丹中的水分，取出放冷备用；
S4、将炮制合格的所述A组炸料所含的药材按由慢至快的药性析出速率依次倒入10L香油中，并在50℃的所述香油中浸泡20天，而后用文火煎熬浸泡有A组炸料的香油至炸枯，捞出炸枯的A组炸料，过滤药渣得到药油备用；
S5、将药油加热至300℃，炼至滴水成珠，接着向药油中加入去水的所述广丹，充分搅匀、冷却后得到软药膏体，再加入研磨成细粉的所述B组细料，充分搅匀后得到硬药膏体；
S6、将所述硬药膏体放在冷水里浸泡8天，每日换水一次，去火毒后得到膏药，取所述膏药在85℃的温度下加热融化，将融化后的膏药摊制在载体上即完成促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药的制备。
优选地，所述B组细料所含的药材混合研磨研细至120目以上。
优选地，炸枯的所述A组炸料所含的药材留有存性。
优选地，所述载体为药布或牛皮纸。
另外，本发明配方也可通过常规制备方法制作成巴布膏药贴，松香膏药贴，压敏胶膏药贴，液体膏药等剂型。

生马钱子55-65g、生川乌45-55g、生南星45-55g、白芷40-50g甘遂45-55g、接骨草45-55g、土鳖虫45-55g、七叶一枝花45-55g、麻黄55-65g、洋金花45-55g、生白芥子25-35g、细辛40-50g、生甲片55-65g、蜈蚣25-35g、全虫25-35g、生延胡55-65g、白花蛇25-35g、威灵仙85-95g、鸡血藤85-95g、桃仁40-50g、当归40-50g、川芎45-55g、姜黄45-55g、生地45-55g、紫荆皮45-55g、独活35-45g、杜仲25-35g、地龙40-50g、透骨草45-55g、苍术25-35g、三棱55-65g、丹参45-55g、牛膝45-55g、伸筋草85-95g、鹿含草85-95g、海风藤55-65g、寻骨风55-65g、干姜115-125g、山奈55-65g、苏木55-65g、白鲜皮25-35g、山慈菇55-65g、肿节风25-35g、赤芍25-35g、大黄65-75g、松节25-35g、丁公藤25-35g、闹羊花25-35g、徐长卿25-35g、千年健25-35g、泽泻25-35g、虎杖25-35g、景天三七25-35g、鲜骨碎补50-60g、人参25-35g、黄芪25-35g、鹿茸5-15g和夏天无25-35g；
所述B组细料采用的原料及重量组份分别是：
乳香25-35g、没药25-35g、纳米磁粉15-25g、孩儿茶75-85g、蟾酥1.5-2.5g、肉桂25-35g、三七粉25-35g、血竭25-35g、红花10-20g、龙脑10-15g、麝香2-3g和纳米远红外陶瓷粉15-25g。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，它包括以下步骤：
S1、将A组炸料和B组细料所含药材的分别炮制合格备用；
S2、将炮制合格的B组细料所含的药材混合研磨成细粉备用；
S3、将2500-3000g广丹置于铁锅内加热，翻炒至砖红色，去掉所述广丹中的水分，取出放冷备用；
S4、将炮制合格的所述A组炸料所含的药材按由慢至快的药性析出速率依次倒入9-10L香油中，并在40-50℃的所述香油中浸泡15-20天，而后用文火煎熬浸泡有A组炸料的香油至炸枯，捞出炸枯的A组炸料，过滤药渣得到药油备用；
S5、将药油加热至280-300℃，炼至滴水成珠，接着向药油中加入去水的所述广丹，充分搅匀、冷却后得到软药膏体，再加入研磨成细粉的所述B组细料，充分搅匀后得到硬药膏体；
S6、将所述硬药膏体放在冷水里浸泡6-8天，每日至少换水一次，去火毒后得到膏药，取所述膏药在75-85℃的温度下加热融化，将融化后的膏药摊制在载体上即完成促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药的制备。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药的制备方法，其特征在于：所述B组细料所含的药材混合研磨研细至120目以上。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药的制备方法，其特征在于：炸枯的所述A组炸料所含的药材留有存性。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种促进风湿痹症筋骨疼痛康复的膏药的制备方法，其特征在于：所述载体为药布或牛皮纸。
