本发明公开了一种促进心理健康的心理辅导室，本发明包括心理健康测评室和心理放松室，所述的心理健康测评室中设置有心理测评仪，心理测评仪包括心率检测装置、脉搏检测装置、血压检测装置、呼吸检测装置和瞳孔反射检测装置，所述的心理放松室内设置有按摩装置、音乐播放装置和自动沟通机器人。患者可以先通过心理健康测评室对自己的心理健康状况进行测评，通过将心率检测装置、脉搏检测装置、血压检测装置、呼吸检测装置和瞳孔反射检测装置安装在患者身体相应的地方，测得的患者的体征数据后进行分析，并提供给患者一个测评结果及其相应的建议治疗方式。患者在测评完后可以进入心理放松使选择相应的项目进行心理放松训练。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种促进心理健康的心理辅导室。
背景技术
心理疾病，是指一个人由于精神上的紧张，干扰，而使自己思维上、情感上和行为上，发生了偏离社会生活规范轨道和现象。心理和行为上偏离社会生活规范程度越厉害，心理疾病也就愈严重。现在由于生活压力的增大，越来越多的人会患上抑郁症的心理疾病，抑郁症的初期可能只是表示出情绪低落，过于紧张和焦虑等一般症状出现，但是如果不加以重视，任其发展下去就有可能导致患者的心理畸形，对社会产生报复心态，严重者容易会做出对他人和社会财产造成损失的过激行为。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：提供一种促进心理健康的心理辅导室。
为了解决上述问题，本发明包括心理健康测评室和心理放松室，所述的心理健康测评室中设置有心理测评仪，心理测评仪包括心率检测装置、脉搏检测装置、血压检测装置、呼吸检测装置和瞳孔反射检测装置，所述的心理放松室内设置有按摩装置、音乐播放装置和自动沟通机器人。
为了让患者的能够有个舒适的环境，本发明所述的心理放松室内还设置有灯光调节装置。
为了能够让喜欢运动的患者通过运动锻炼释放压力，本发明所述的心理放松室内还设置有运动锻炼装置。
本发明的有益效果是：患者可以先通过心理健康测评室对自己的心理健康状况进行测评，通过将心率检测装置、脉搏检测装置、血压检测装置、呼吸检测装置和瞳孔反射检测装置安装在患者身体相应的地方，测得的患者的体征数据后进行分析，并提供给患者一个测评结果及其相应的建议治疗方式。患者在测评完后可以进入心理放松使选择相应的项目进行心理放松训练。本发明能够帮助有心理压力的患者及时自主的对自己的心理疾病进行了解和及时的疏导，避免病情的进一步发展，危害自己的身心健康。
