种近α型超低温钛合金及其制备方法,涉及种用于超低温的燃料储存传输系统及其它低温工程装置用的近α钛合金,特别是温度最低可达4.2K的低温近α钛合金。其特征在于其合金的重量百分比组成为:Al:1.0%-4.0%,Zr:1.0%~5.0%。Mo:0.2%~2.0%,Nb:0.2%~2.5%,余量为Ti及不可避免的杂质。与现在的低温钛合金相比,该合金保持了足够强度的情况下,较大范围地保证了合金室温及低温(20K)下的塑性,适应了航天领域对超低温钛合金的要求。该合金具有强度适中、易焊接、冷成型优良和在液氢中不发生氢脆、易生产。
