本发明公开了一种汽车尾气膜净化装置,其包括外壳、进气管、超细纤维布、净气腔、管式无机陶瓷膜、无纺布、纳米纤维膜、排气管、支柱。所述的进气管与净气腔相连接,尾气全部进入净气腔内,所述的超细纤维布位于净气腔进口前端,有双层,用来过滤尾气中较大的颗粒物,所述的管式无机陶瓷膜镶于净气腔中,呈无缝衔接,管式无机陶瓷膜能除去尾气大部分的有害物质,所述的无纺布和纳米纤维膜位于净气腔出气口和排气管入口之间,其中纳米纤维膜嵌无纺布中,纳米纤维膜上包含有活性炭,活性炭能吸附管式无机陶瓷膜未除去的有害物质。本发明是一种充分利用净化膜来有效净化汽车尾气、结构简单、便于清洁再生的汽车尾气膜净化装置。

技术领域
本发明属于气体净化领域,具体涉及一种汽车尾气膜净化装置。
背景技术
作为空气污染的主要来源之一,汽车尾气中含有大量的有害物质,包括一氧化碳、氮氧化物、碳氢化合物和固体悬浮颗粒等,近期成为社会关注焦点的PM2.5就属于固体悬浮颗粒的范畴。汽车尾气除了是大型城市PM2.5的主要来源之一外,还是很多城市大气污染的罪魁祸首之一,光化学烟雾就是其主要影响之一,由于汽车运行严重的分散性和流动性,给净化处理技术带来一定的限制。现有的净化装置中,汽车尾气进入净化装置后得不到很好的缓冲,这也会导致过滤层的利用率不高,汽车尾气中的有害气体和颗粒物的净化不够充分,不利于环境保护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种充分利用净化膜来有效净化汽车尾气、结构简单、便于清洁再生的汽车尾气膜净化装置。
本发明技术方案是一种汽车尾气膜净化装置,其包括外壳、进气管、超细纤维布、净气腔、管式无机陶瓷膜、无纺布、纳米纤维膜、排气管、支柱,所述的进气管与净气腔相连接,尾气全部进入净气腔内,所述的超细纤维布位于净气腔进口前端,有双层,用来过滤尾气中较大的颗粒物,所述的管式无机陶瓷膜镶于净气腔中,呈无缝衔接。管式无机陶瓷膜能除去尾气大部分的有害物质。所述的无纺布和纳米纤维膜位于净气腔出气口和排气管入口之间,其中纳米纤维膜嵌无纺布中,纳米纤维膜上包含有活性炭,活性炭能吸附管式无机陶瓷膜未除去的有害物质。
本发明是一种汽车尾气膜净化装置,充分利用超细纤维布、管式无机陶瓷膜和纳米纤维膜,对汽车尾气中的颗粒状物和有害气体进行多重净化,极大限度的减轻了汽车尾气对环境的污染。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明是一种汽车尾气膜净化装置,利用净化膜来有效净化汽车尾气、结构简单、便于清洁再生的汽车尾气膜净化装置。超细纤维布能将汽车尾气中的大部分颗粒物净化,除去了颗粒物的汽车尾气净气腔内在经过管式有机陶瓷膜除去大部分的有害气体,因净气腔的出气口比较小,有缓冲的作用,使净化更加充分。汽车尾气在经过净气腔后,除去了大部分有害气体,再经过所含的活性炭纳米纤维膜除去管式无机陶瓷膜未除去的有害物质。本发明的汽车尾气膜净化装置经过多重净化,极大限度的减轻了汽车尾气对环境的污染。

为便于本领域技术人员理解本发明方案,现结合具体实施方式对本发明技术方案作进一步具体说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明是一种汽车尾气膜净化装置,其包括外壳2、进气管1、超细纤维布7、净气腔3、管式无机陶瓷膜9、无纺布6、纳米纤维膜6、排气管8、支柱4。所述的进气管1与净气腔3相连接,尾气全部进入净气腔3内,所述的超细纤维布7位于净气腔3进口前端,有双层,用来过滤尾气中较大的颗粒物,所述的管式无机陶瓷膜9镶于净气腔3中,呈无缝衔接,管式无机陶瓷膜9能除去尾气大部分的有害物质。所述的无纺布6和纳米纤维膜6是净气腔3和外壳2内壁之间,其中纳米纤维膜6嵌无纺布6中,纳米纤维膜6上包含有活性炭,活性炭能吸附管式无机陶瓷膜9未除去的有害物质。
本发明是一种汽车尾气膜净化装置,尾气经过超细纤维布除去大部分颗粒物然后经过管式有机陶瓷膜除去大部分的有害气体,尾气在经过净气腔后,再经过所含的活性炭纳米纤维膜除去管式无机陶瓷膜未除去的有害物质,最后经过排气管排放。

1.一种汽车尾气膜净化装置,其特征在于,其包括外壳、进气管、超细纤维布、净气腔、管式无机陶瓷膜、无纺布、纳米纤维膜、排气管、支柱,所述的进气管与净气腔相连接,尾气全部进入净气腔内,所述的超细纤维布位于净气腔进口前端,有双层,用来过滤尾气中较大的颗粒物,所述的管式无机陶瓷膜镶于净气腔中,呈无缝衔接,管式无机陶瓷膜能除去尾气大部分的有害物质,所述的无纺布和纳米纤维膜位于净气腔出气口和排气管入口之间,其中纳米纤维膜嵌无纺布中,纳米纤维膜上包含有活性炭,活性炭能吸附管式无机陶瓷膜未除去的有害物质。
