Abstract
本发明提出了一种检修口的锁紧系统,包括两个锁紧单元,对称安装于检修口门体边缘上,门体是中空的框体,框体内间隔平行排列设置有两挡板,锁紧单元包括与一挡板固定连接的座体、安装于座体内的齿轮和位于齿轮竖直方向两侧且分别与齿轮啮合的两齿条,齿轮带动两侧齿条相对运动,两齿条的端部各固定连接有一连接杆,连接杆的另一端固定连接有一锁块,对应的边框的上下方向上均开有锁孔,齿轮与转轴连接,门体的外表面上设置有旋孔,由旋孔边缘向门体内延伸形成一套环,转轴置于套环内,通过控制两个锁紧单元可以保证门体实现三种空间状态,同时门体拆装方便,便于检修者进行维修。

技术领域
本发明涉及检修口技术领域,特别是指一种检修口的锁紧系统。
背景技术
由于现在建筑物的信号传输线、电线、空调风道等多是隐藏在墙体内部或是天花板上方的,而一旦这些线路、管道被损坏或者发生故障的时候需要维修人员进行维修养护工作,但是安装好的墙体或是天花板打开非常不方便,所以在具体进行墙体或天花施工的时候都会在天花或墙体上额外设置检修口的结构以方便后续人员对线路、管道进行维护,传统的检修口结构在具体使用的时候存在着诸多的缺点,传统的井盖式的检修口,其一般为了隐蔽都会和天花或是墙体做成同一平面,然而因检修口上的框体与门体通过零部件铰接链接,其边缘存在的缝隙较大,如此天花或是墙体上会出现检修门体的边形成的黑缝,很不美观,另外现有的检修口装置多为开门式结构,门体无法方便的从框体上取下,在完成开启动作之后,检修口门体下垂挂设在检修口上,从而会对维修的便利造成不良的影响影响,而且在维修过程中极易对检修门造成磕碰从而影响美观。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种检修口的锁紧系统,克服了现有技术中检修口装置安装后门体无法完全拆卸等缺陷。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种检修口的锁紧系统,其包括两个锁紧单元,两个所述锁紧单元对称安装于检修口的门体的边缘上,所述门体是中空的框体结构,所述框体内间隔平行排列设置有两挡板,所述锁紧单元包括与一挡板固定连接的座体、安装于座体内的齿轮和位于齿轮竖直方向两侧且分别与齿轮啮合的两齿条,所述齿轮带动两侧齿条相对运动,两所述齿条的端部各固定连接有一连接杆,所述连接杆的另一端固定连接有一锁块,对应的所述边框的上下方向上均开有锁孔,所述齿轮与转轴连接,所述门体的外表面上设置有旋孔,由旋孔边缘向门体内延伸形成一套环,所述转轴置于所述套环内,该检修口包括非工作闭合状态、铰接开启状态以及门体分离状态,三种空间状态,当两个锁紧单元同时工作时处于所述非工作闭合状态,当一侧的锁紧单元解锁时处于所述铰接开启状态,当两侧的锁紧单元同时解锁时门体可从边框中拿出处于门体分离状态。
进一步的,所述座体上设置有向下凹进的两凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有一条状凸起,条状凸起的端部设置有滑轨,所述条状凸起的上方镶嵌有一滑块,所述滑块与所述齿条固定连接。
进一步的,所述锁块的前端设置有若干环形凹槽,锁孔内对应的设置有若干环形排列的滚珠,当锁块插入锁孔中后,所述滚珠置于所述环形凹槽内,当处于铰接开启状态时,滚珠与环形凹槽的配合可使得门体开启更顺畅。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的一种检修口的锁紧系统,设置锁紧系统,包括两个锁紧单元,通过控制两个锁紧单元可以保证门体实现三种空间状态,同时门体拆装方便,便于检修者进行维修。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
如图1-3所示,一种检修口的锁紧系统,包括两个锁紧单元,两个锁紧单元对称安装于门体1的边缘上,具体结构为:门体1是中空的框体结构,框体内间隔平行排列设置有两挡板3,锁紧单元包括与一挡板固定连接的座体4、安装于座体内的齿轮5和位于齿轮竖直方向两侧且分别与齿轮啮合的两齿条6,齿轮5带动两侧齿条相对运动,两齿条6的端部各固定连接有一连接杆7,连接杆7的另一端固定连接有一锁块8,对应的所述边框的上下方向上均开有锁孔,同时,开启门体具体结构包括:齿轮5与转轴13连接,门体的外表面上设置有旋孔14,由旋孔14边缘向门体内延伸形成一套环,转轴置于所述套环内,转动转轴13从而带动齿轮转动继而带动两侧的齿条使得锁块上下运动,控制门的开启,座体上设置有向下凹进的两凹槽9,凹槽内设置有一条状凸起10,条状凸起10的端部设置有滑轨,条状凸起10的上方镶嵌有一滑块11,滑块11与齿条6固定连接,锁块8的前端设置有若干环形凹槽,锁孔内对应的设置有若干环形排列的滚珠,当锁块插入锁孔中后,滚珠置于所述环形凹槽内,当处于铰接开启状态时,滚珠与环形凹槽的配合可使得门体开启更顺畅。

Claims (3)
1.一种检修口的锁紧系统,其特征在于:其包括两个锁紧单元,两个所述锁紧单元对称安装于检修口的门体的边缘上,所述门体是中空的框体结构,所述框体内间隔平行排列设置有两挡板,所述锁紧单元包括与一挡板固定连接的座体、安装于座体内的齿轮和位于齿轮竖直方向两侧且分别与齿轮啮合的两齿条,所述齿轮带动两侧齿条相对运动,两所述齿条的端部各固定连接有一连接杆,所述连接杆的另一端固定连接有一锁块,对应的所述边框的上下方向上均开有锁孔,所述齿轮与转轴连接,所述门体的外表面上设置有旋孔,由旋孔边缘向门体内延伸形成一套环,所述转轴置于所述套环内,该检修口包括非工作闭合状态、铰接开启状态以及门体分离状态,三种空间状态,当两个锁紧单元同时工作时处于所述非工作闭合状态,当一侧的锁紧单元解锁时处于所述铰接开启状态,当两侧的锁紧单元同时解锁时门体可从边框中拿出处于门体分离状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种检修口的锁紧系统,其特征在于:所述座体上设置有向下凹进的两凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有一条状凸起,条状凸起的端部设置有滑轨,所述条状凸起的上方镶嵌有一滑块,所述滑块与所述齿条固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种检修口的锁紧系统,其特征在于:所述锁块的前端设置有若干环形凹槽,锁孔内对应的设置有若干环形排列的滚珠,当锁块插入锁孔中后,所述滚珠置于所述环形凹槽内,当处于铰接开启状态时,滚珠与环形凹槽的配合可使得门体开启更顺畅。
