Abstract

本发明公开了一种活动绿化围墙板，它包括由底板、顶板和纵、横肋带依次围成的双向密肋空腹墙体，墙体的空腹中填充有开口向下的空心盒子；所述墙板的两端开有凹槽以便于和围墙钢柱相连；所述底板和纵、横肋带的材料为普通砼，所述顶板和开口空心盒子的材料为植生型生态砼，可直接在其上面种植花草。由于本发明采用密肋空心结构，自重轻，结构性能好，同时，墙体的顶板和空心盒子的材料为植生型生态砼，其上可直接种植花草，实现了绿化‑结构一体化，大大降低了立体绿化围墙的施工造价，市场应用前景广阔。

本发明涉及一种围墙墙板，尤其涉及一种活动绿化围墙板。
背景技术：
随着城市绿化用地的日益紧张，立体绿化的重要性已越来越明显，它一是改善城市环境，净化城市空气，并有效缓解城市的“热岛效应“，提高市民生活质量，二是降低室内温度，有效节约能源，三是减缓暴雨冲刷，缓解排涝压力，四是保护建筑物，延长围护结构建材寿命。但在城市立体绿化的实施工程中，由于投资与收益的差距较大，如果没有政府的支持，其推广的难度是相当大的。因此，开展绿化-结构一体化的的新型建筑结构研发，以节约立体绿化的施工成本，对于推动城市的立体绿化，改善城市环境，净化城市空气将具有事半功倍的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于建筑工地临时围墙的活动绿化围墙板，以提高城市立体绿化面积。
本发明提供了一种活动绿化围墙板，它包括由底板、顶板和纵、横肋带依次围成的双向密肋空腹墙体，墙体的空腹中填充有开口向下的空心盒子；所述墙板的两端开有凹槽以便于和围墙钢柱相连；所述底板和纵、横肋带的材料为普通砼，所述顶板和开口空心盒子的材料为植生型生态砼，可直接在其上面种植花草。
由于本发明采用密肋空心结构，自重轻，结构性能好，同时，墙体的顶板和空心盒子的材料为植生型生态砼，其上可直接种植花草，实现了绿化-结构一体化，大大降低了立体绿化围墙的施工造价，市场应用前景广阔。

具体实施方式
如图1—2所示，本实施例提供的这种活动绿化围墙板，它包括由底板1、顶板2和纵肋3、横肋4带依次围成的双向密肋空腹墙体，墙体的空腹中填充有开口向下的空心盒子5；所述墙板的两端开有凹槽6以便于和围墙钢柱相连；所述底板和纵、横肋带的材料为普通砼，所述顶板和开口空心盒子的材料为植生型生态砼，可直接在其上面种植花草。
生产制作时，在摆好预制墙板的模具后，先浇筑底板的普通砼，然后安放开口向下的空心盒子和浇筑砼纵横肋，最后浇筑顶板的植生型生态混凝土，然后经脱模养护即可。在养护的同时既可开始在顶板上进行草皮种植。

1.一种活动绿化围墙板，其特征在于：它包括由底板、顶板和纵、横肋带依次围成的双向密肋空腹墙体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活动绿化围墙板，其特征在于：所述墙体的空腹中填充有开口向下的空心盒子。
3.根据权利要求1所述的活动绿化围墙板，其特征在于：所述墙板的两端开有凹槽以便于和围墙钢柱相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的活动绿化围墙板，其特征在于：所述底板和纵、横肋带的材料为普通砼。
5.根据权利要求1所述的活动绿化围墙板，其特征在于：所述顶板和开口空心盒子的材料为植生型生态砼，可直接在其上面种植花草。
