本发明公开了一种复合秸秆纤维砼生态隔音墙板,它由底板、纵向壁板、横向壁板和中隔板依次组成;所述中隔板将由底板与纵、横壁板围成的方形空腔分成下部的封闭矩形空腔和上部的开口方形空腔;在下部的封闭矩形空腔内从下至上依次放有开口向上的空心盒子、隔音薄板和开口向下的秸空心盒子;在上部的开口方形空腔内放有开口向上的秸秆纤维生态砼空心盒子。所述墙板生产完成后,就可在上部的开口秸秆纤维砼空心盒子内进行植物栽培,待植物长成一定规模后再安装上墙,就自动形成了带绿化的隔音墙体。采用该种墙板建成的生态隔音墙,具有自重轻、承载力强、隔音效果好、节约墙体绿化施工时间、造价低等特点,是一种新型的建筑结构‑‑绿化一体化隔音墙,符合国家绿色建材和城镇立体绿化的发展方向,经济效益和社会效益明显。

Description

一种复合秸秆纤维砼生态隔音墙板
技术领域
本发明是一种用于公路、桥梁两旁声屏障的复合秸秆纤维砼生态隔音墙板。
背景技术
当前,国内用于公路、桥梁两旁声屏障的砼板墙、砖砌体墙、铝合金以及彩钢复合棉板作为隔音的防噪设施,从使用效果来看,虽然可以起到隔音防噪的效果,但不具备净化空气、滤除灰尘、美化景观等功能,没有生态及绿化功能,难以与周围环境协调。所以。开发新型的生态声屏障是大势所趋。同时随着农村面源污染治理的强力推进,桔杆的综合利用已成为国家的重点农业产业开发项目,桔杆建材的开发不仅有利于国家桔杆禁烧,改善空气污染环境,同时还可以增加农民收入,节省资源、实现建筑业的可持续发展。因此,利用我国丰富的秸秆可再生资源,研发新型的复合秸秆纤维砼生态隔音墙板,符合国家绿色建筑和城镇立体绿化的发展方向。
发明内容
本发明目的在于开发一种用于公路、桥梁两旁声屏障的复合秸秆纤维砼生态隔音墙板,且具有自重轻、承载力强、隔音效果好、节约墙体绿化施工时间、造价低等特点。本发明的技术方案是:提供一种复合秸秆纤维砼生态隔音墙板。它由底板、纵向壁板、横向壁板和中隔板依次组成;所述中隔板将由底板与纵、横壁板围成的方形空腔分成下部的封闭矩形空腔和上部的开口方形空腔;在下部的封闭矩形空腔内从下至上依次放有开口向上的空心盒子、隔音薄板和开口向下的空心盒子;在上部的开口方形空腔内放有开口向上的空心盒子。所述墙板的底板两端伸出有翼缘。所述底板的材料为纤维砼。所述纵向壁板、横向壁板和中隔板的材料为钢筋砼。所述开口空心盒子的材料为掺量10%左右的低碱水泥秸秆纤维砼。所述墙板中的隔音薄板为高密度材料制成的型板。所述墙板生产完成后,就可在上部的开口秸秆纤维砼空心盒子内进行植物栽培,待植物长成一定规模后再安装上墙,就自动形成了带绿化的隔音墙体。采用本发明的墙板建成的生态隔音墙,具有自重轻、承载力强、隔音效果好、节约墙体绿化施工时间、造价低等特点,是一种新型的建筑结构--绿化一体化隔音墙,同时利用了农村秸秆再生资源,符合国家绿色建材和城镇立体绿化的发展方向,经济效益和社会效益明显。

具体实施方式:
如图1--3所示,本实施例提供了一种复合秸秆纤维砼生态隔音墙板,它由底板1、纵向壁板2、横向壁板3和中隔板4依次组成;所述中隔板4将由底板1与纵向壁板2、横向壁板3围成的方形空腔分成下部的封闭矩形空腔和上部的开口方形空腔;在下部的封闭矩形空腔内从下至上依次放有开口向上的空心盒子5、隔音薄板6和开口向下的空心盒子5;在上部的开口方形空腔内放有开口向上的空心盒子5。所述墙板的底板两端伸出有翼缘7。所述底板1的材料为纤维砼。所述纵向壁板2、横向壁板3和中隔板4的材料为钢筋砼。所述开口空心盒子5的材料为秸秆纤维生态砼。所述墙板中的隔音薄板6为高密度材料制成的隔音板。所述墙板生产制作时,在摆好专用生产模具后,首先浇筑底板1的纤维砼,然后依次摆开口向上的盒子5、隔音薄板6、开口向下的盒子5,接着浇筑纵向壁板2、横向壁板3的下部钢筋砼和中隔板4的钢筋砼,再摆上部的空心盒子5,浇筑纵向壁板2、横向壁板3的上部钢筋砼,最后脱模养护即可。所述墙板生产完成后,就可开始在上部的开口秸秆纤维生态砼空心盒子内进行快速无土植物栽培,待植物长成一定规模后再安装上墙,就自动形成了绿化隔音墙体。所述墙板的连接和固定是通过后浇钢筋砼立柱来实现的。当把若干块墙板立好后,其预留的翼缘7在板端就形成了后浇钢筋砼立柱的模框,封上另一面的模板既可进行后浇钢筋砼立柱的浇筑,从而将所有墙板连接成整体。

1.一种复合秸秆纤维砼生态隔音墙板,它由底板、纵向壁板、横向壁板和中隔板依次组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合秸秆纤维砼生态外墙板,其特征在于:所述墙板的底板两端伸出有翼缘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合秸秆纤维砼生态隔音墙板,其特征在于:所述中隔板将由底板与纵、横壁板围成的方形空腔分成下部的封闭矩形空腔和上部的开口方形空腔两个部分;在下部的封闭矩形空腔内从下至上依次放有开口向上的空心盒子、隔音薄板和开口向下的空心盒子,在上部的开口方形空腔内放有开口向上的空心盒子。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合秸秆纤维砼生态隔音墙板,其特征在于:所述墙板中的底板材料为纤维砼。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合秸秆纤维砼生态隔音墙板,其特征在于:所述墙板中的纵向壁板、横向壁板和中隔板的材料为钢筋砼。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合秸秆纤维砼生态隔音墙板,其特征在于:所述墙板中的开口空心盒子的材料为秸秆纤维生态砼。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合秸秆纤维砼生态隔音墙板,其特征在于:所述墙板中的隔音薄板为高密度材料制成的型板。
