Abstract

本发明公开了一种植珠印花工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)设计花形,在花形上布满菲林,用H2O2硬化后用温水显影并干燥,干燥后贴在绷好的网框上,用紫外线照射,将面料与网框分离,得到网版;(2)将面料固定于网版上,用粘珠浆按照花形进行刮涂,并放入烘箱内烘干;(3)将步骤(2)烘干得到的粘珠浆表面按照预先设计放置对应胶珠,立刻用压烫机压烫。本发明的工艺创造了一种全新的印花方法,所用植珠包括彩色和透明色,不仅具有较强的立体视觉效果,而且手感舒服,粘贴牢固。

一种植珠印花工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料印花方法,具体涉及一种植珠印花工艺。
背景技术
随着科技进步和人们居住水平的日益提高,人们对布面家具的面料及花纹要求日渐提升,这便对此类面料的印染企业提出了新的技术突破指标。
传统的涂料印花工艺为水溶性颜料直接用丝网印在布上烘干,没有凹凸立体效果,无法满足人们日益提高的审美需求。因此,有部分企业通过植绒等方式使得面料上的花形具有立体感,但此类方式工艺复杂、不容易控制、生产成本大,更为重要的是,植绒面料容易掉绒,产品质量不理想,且植绒的长度稍有不当就会造成杂乱无章,反而影响了美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种植珠印花工艺,利用粘珠浆和粘珠,可以在织物或面料表面印制出具有植珠效果的立体图案,而且手感柔软,粘珠牢固。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种植珠印花工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)设计花形,在花形上布满菲林,用H2O2硬化后用温水显影并干燥,干燥后贴在绷好的网框上,用紫外线照射,将面料与网框分离,得到网版;
(2)将面料固定于网版上,用粘珠浆按照花形进行刮涂,并放入烘箱内烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)烘干得到的粘珠浆表面按照预先设计放置对应胶珠,立刻用压烫机压烫。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中的H2O2浓度为1.0-1.5%,紫外线光照时间为5-8min。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中粘珠浆刮涂花形共3-5次,刮涂压力为1MPa,并按照每次减小0.1MPa的压力大小逐次递减。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中粘珠浆每刮涂完基底一次,就放入烘箱内烘干,烘干温度为121-135℃,烘干时间为20-35秒。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中粘珠浆刮涂花形厚度每层不低于0.5mm,最后一次粘珠浆刮涂花形厚度不低于1.5mm。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)压烫机压烫温度为135-155℃,压烫时间为6-12秒。
进一步的,所述胶珠直径为2-6mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明粘珠浆刮涂花形共3-5次,刮涂压力为1MPa,并按照每次减小0.1MPa的压力大小逐次递减,每层不低于0.5mm,最后一次粘珠浆刮涂花形厚度不低于1.5mm,有效保证粘珠浆的厚度和粘珠浆与材料之间粘贴的牢固程度。
2、本发明粘珠浆每刮涂完基底一次,就放入烘箱内烘干,烘干温度为121-135℃,烘干时间为20-35秒。
3、本发明采用的胶珠直径较小,既能够排列平整,又能够减少因胶珠体积太大而给粘珠胶带来负担,表面平整,不会轻易刮擦掉。
具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
设计花形,在花形上布满菲林,用1.0%的H2O2硬化后用温水显影并干燥,干燥后贴在绷好的网框上,用紫外线照射5min,将面料与网框分离,得到网版;
将面料固定于网版上,用辉彩印花材料的HC-800粘珠浆按照花形进行刮涂3次,刮涂压力依次为1MPa、0.9MPa、0.8MPa,刮涂厚度依次为0.5mm、0.5mm、1.5mm,每次刮涂完毕放置烘箱中121℃烘干20秒;
3次粘珠浆刮涂烘干完毕后,在花形表面按照预先设计放置对应胶珠,粘珠直径为2-6mm,立刻用压烫机在135℃下压烫6秒。
所得面料在家用洗衣机清洗条件下,经过300次洗涤实验,胶珠没有剥离现象。
实施例2:
设计花形,在花形上布满菲林,用1.5%的H2O2硬化后用温水显影并干燥,干燥后贴在绷好的网框上,用紫外线照射8min,将面料与网框分离,得到网版;
将面料固定于网版上,用东莞幸运印花材料的特软FY-571粘珠浆按照花形进行刮涂5次,刮涂压力依次为1MPa、0.9MPa、0.8MPa、0.7MPa、0.6MPa,刮涂厚度依次为0.5mm、0.5mm、0.6mm、0.6mm、1.5mm,每次刮涂完毕放置烘箱中135℃烘干35秒;
5次粘珠浆刮涂烘干完毕后,在花形表面按照预先设计放置对应胶珠,粘珠直径为2-6mm,立刻用压烫机在155℃下压烫12秒。
所得面料在家用洗衣机清洗条件下,经过300次洗涤实验,胶珠没有剥离现象。
实施例3
设计花形,在花形上布满菲林,用1.2%的H2O2硬化后用温水显影并干燥,干燥后贴在绷好的网框上,用紫外线照射6min,将面料与网框分离,得到网版;
将面料固定于网版上,用辉彩印花材料的HC-800粘珠浆按照花形进行刮涂3次,刮涂压力依次为1MPa、0.9MPa、0.8MPa、0.7MPa,刮涂厚度依次为0.5mm、0.5mm、0.6mm、1.5mm,每次刮涂完毕放置烘箱中128℃烘干30秒;
4次粘珠浆刮涂烘干完毕后,在花形表面按照预先设计放置对应胶珠,粘珠直径为2-6mm,立刻用压烫机在145℃下压烫8秒。
所得面料在家用洗衣机清洗条件下,经过300次洗涤实验,胶珠没有剥离现象。
本发明的印刷方法能够产生真实的三维立体印花,利用胶珠的色彩效应,凹凸感强,效果突出,花型变化丰富,呈现强烈的立体效果,图案颜色可以任意调色,色彩丰富多彩,而且和布料的粘合度很好,不会轻易刮擦掉。

Claims (7)

1.一种植珠印花工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)设计花形,在花形上布满菲林,用H2O2硬化后用温水显影并干燥,干燥后贴在绷好的网框上,用紫外线照射,将面料与网框分离,得到网版;
(2)将面料固定于网版上,用粘珠浆按照花形进行刮涂,并放入烘箱内烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)烘干得到的粘珠浆表面按照预先设计放置对应胶珠,立刻用压烫机压烫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植珠印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的H2O2浓度为1.0-1.5%,紫外线光照时间为5-8min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种植珠印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中粘珠浆共刮涂花形3-5次,刮涂压力为1MPa,并按照每次减小0.1MPa的压力大小逐次递减。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种植珠印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中粘珠浆每刮涂完基底一次,放入烘箱内烘干,烘干温度为121-135℃,烘干时间为20-35秒。
5.根据权利要求3或4任一项所述的一种植珠印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中粘珠浆刮涂花形厚度每层不低于0.5mm,最后一次粘珠浆刮涂花形厚度不低于1.5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种植珠印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)压烫机压烫温度为135-155℃,压烫时间为6-12秒。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的一种植珠印花工艺,其特征在于,所述胶珠直径为2-6mm。
