本发明公开了一种锦纶纺纱油剂配方,其特征在于,其原料组成包括:十六烷基磷酸酯钾盐:20‑30份;失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯:8‑10份;矿物油:25‑35份;辛烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐:5‑8份;十二烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐:7‑10份;非离子表面活性剂:3‑6份;聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯:5‑8份;蓖麻油聚氧乙烯酯:5‑10份;渗透剂(OT):2‑4份;烷基聚氧乙烯醚:3‑6份;上述份数均为质量份数。对现有的配方进行改进以获得更优的效果,提高织物后续的加工效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锦纶纺纱油剂配方。
背景技术
常用的锦纶纺纱油剂有锦纶纺纱油剂(太伦NS-50)和锦纶纺丝油剂(太伦NS-40),其中,太伦NS-50具有提高纤维纺纱性能和抗静电的效果,太伦NS-40主要是对未拉伸丝给予充分润湿,以提高其集束性,降低与金属等接触物体的摩擦力,在使用过程中,二者兼具一定的特色,如何对二者配方进行改进以实现更优的效果正是本发明要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种锦纶纺纱油剂配方,对现有的配方进行改进以获得更优的效果,提高织物后续的加工效果。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种锦纶纺纱油剂配方,其特征在于,其原料组成包括:
十六烷基磷酸酯钾盐:20-30份;
失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯:8-10份;
矿物油:25-35份;
辛烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐:5-8份;
十二烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐:7-10份;
非离子表面活性剂:3-6份;
聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯:5-8份;
蓖麻油聚氧乙烯酯:5-10份;
渗透剂(OT):2-4份;
烷基聚氧乙烯醚:3-6份;
上述份数均为质量份数。
优选,所述十六烷基磷酸酯钾盐是25份,所述份数为质量份数。
优选,所述矿物油是28份,所述份数为质量份数。
优选,所述失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯是8份,所述份数为质量份数。
优选,所述聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯是7份,所述份数为质量份数。
优选,所述烷基聚氧乙烯醚是4份,所述份数为质量份数。
本发明的有益效果是:
第一、提高了纤维纺纱的性能和抗静电性能,保证纤维的拉伸性能;
第二、对未拉伸丝给予充分润湿,以提高其集束性,降低与金属等接触物体的摩擦力;
第三、提高织物的柔软性,便于后续的加工处理。

烷基聚氧乙烯醚:3-6份;
