本发明涉及17‑4PH沉淀硬化型马氏体不锈钢晶粒度的腐蚀剂,其成分配比:含量不小于40%的氢氟酸:含量65‑68%的硝酸:水=1ml:2ml:98ml溶液。可以使17‑4Ph沉淀硬化型马氏体不锈钢在腐蚀后在光学显微镜下清除的显现晶界。

技术领域:本发明涉及17-4PH沉淀硬化型马氏体不锈钢晶粒度的腐蚀剂。
背景技术:17-4PH(0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb)材料为一种马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢,从固溶温度到室温时,组织转变为马氏体,由于时效处理后,马氏体基体沉淀出富铜相,因碳含量较低,耐腐蚀性和可焊性均优于马氏体不锈钢,一般腐蚀剂不能充分的显示其组织特征和组织细节,很难通过简单的腐蚀而显现晶界。采用常规腐蚀剂腐蚀出17-4PH高倍组织,晶界不易显现,需靠位相进行晶粒判定,对晶粒度的判定存在一定的偏差。通过电解的方法可以清晰的显现晶界,但成本较高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的:本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种17-4PH钢用晶粒度腐蚀剂,能够清晰的显示马氏体组织晶界,从而在显微镜下观察17-4PH沉淀硬化型不锈钢晶粒度。
本发明的技术方案:一种17-4PH钢用晶粒度腐蚀剂,其成分配比:含量不小于40%的氢氟酸:含量65-68%的硝酸:水=1ml:2ml:98ml溶液。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的腐蚀剂可以使17-4Ph沉淀硬化型马氏体不锈钢在腐蚀后在光学显微镜下清除的显现晶界。

具体实施方式:
一、腐蚀剂的制备:将含量不小于40%的氢氟酸、含量65-68%的工业硝酸及水按照1:2:98的比例进行配制。
二、将磨光或抛光好的17-4PH沉淀硬化型马氏体不锈钢试样,清洗吹干后浸泡在腐蚀剂中,试样抛光面朝上浸泡1min-1.5min,当检测面由镜面状态腐蚀至钝化面后取出,使用酒精或热水对检测面进行清洗并吹干,用光学显微镜进行17-4PH沉淀硬化型马氏体不锈钢的金相组织观察,结果如图2。
