技术领域
本发明涉及印刷油墨技术领域,尤其是涉及一种天然环保油墨。
背景技术
油墨是用于包装材料印刷的重要材料,它通过印刷将图案、文字表现在承印物上油墨中包括主要成分和辅助成分,它们均匀地混合并经反复轧制而成一种粘性胶状流体。由颜料、连结料和助剂等组成。用于书刊、包装装潢、建筑装饰等各种印刷。随着社会需求增大,油墨品种和产量也相应扩展和增长。
但是传统油墨易退色,掉色不易清洗,含有矿物油、化学助剂等与人体不适合的成分,在日前人们对环保型产品的需求与日俱增的趋势下,在儿童书籍、学校、医院等很多场合下都需要使用环保型油墨。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本申请人提供了一种天然环保油墨。本油墨环保无毒,不污染环境,对人体无害,掉色容易清洗。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种天然环保油墨,由以下重量份数的原料组成:
50~70份无机颜料,25~30份桐油,15~20份亚麻油,15~25份硫酸钡,15~25份碳酸钙,2~4份TX-10,1~3份AEO-9;
所述无机颜料包括钛白、镉红、铬绿、群青。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明的颜料使用钛白、镉红、铬绿、群青等无机颜料,容易清洗。本发明的油墨在印刷后形成均匀的薄层,干燥后形成有一定强度的膜层,并对颜料起保护作用,使其难以脱落。本发明能增加油墨膜层的厚度,改善其耐磨性。本发明改善了油墨的耐摩擦性和流动性,降低粘度,提高膜层的光洁度,减少纸张拉毛现象。

本发明提供了一种天然环保油墨,由以下重量份数的原料组成:
50份无机颜料钛白,25份桐油,15份亚麻油,15份硫酸钡,15份碳酸钙,2份TX-10,1份AEO-9。

本发明提供了一种天然环保油墨,由以下重量份数的原料组成:
70份无机颜料镉红,30份桐油,20份亚麻油,25份硫酸钡,25份碳酸钙,4份TX-10,3份AEO-9。
实施例3
本发明提供了一种天然环保油墨,由以下重量份数的原料组成:
60份无机颜料群青,28份桐油,18份亚麻油,20份硫酸钡,20份碳酸钙,3份TX-10,2份AEO-9。
