本发明涉及电线加工设备领域,具体为一种双向收线轮安装装置,其能够有效提高收线轮的收线效率,其包括机架,机架前端左右两侧分别安装有支撑轴,支撑轴连接收线驱动电机,支撑轴后端安装有锥形定位块并设置有定位键,支撑轴前端设置有第一外螺纹,第一外螺纹上设置有第一锁紧螺母,机架前端中间设置有两个并排的滑套,滑套内设置有可滑动的水平导杆,两个水平导杆后端连接驱动机构,两个水平导杆前端设置有小径段,小径段设置第二外螺纹,小径段套装有U形定位块并配有固定用的第二锁紧螺母,U形定位块两端部分别开有螺纹孔,螺纹孔内设置有支撑销轴并配有固定用螺母,支撑销轴上设置有张紧轮。

本发明涉及电线加工设备领域,具体为一种双向收线轮安装装置。
背景技术
电线是电力行业最重要的材料,用于设备的供电输送,电线加工需要经过加工才能使用,电线在存放时一般都是绕卷于收线轮上,绕卷操作时,一般都是将收线轮简单的固定在轴上,并通过电机来带动轴转动而实现收线操作,一次只能实现一个方向的放线,并且需要根据收线方向调整张紧轮的位置,效率较低。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种双向收线轮安装装置,其能够有效提高收线轮的收线效率。
其技术方案是这样的:一种双向收线轮安装装置,其特征在于,其包括机架,所述机架前端左右两侧分别安装有支撑轴,所述支撑轴连接收线驱动电机,所述支撑轴后端安装有锥形定位块并设置有定位键,所述支撑轴前端设置有第一外螺纹,所述第一外螺纹上设置有第一锁紧螺母,所述机架前端中间设置有两个并排的滑套,所述滑套内设置有可滑动的水平导杆,两个所述水平导杆后端连接驱动机构,两个所述水平导杆前端设置有小径段,所述小径段设置第二外螺纹,所述小径段套装有U形定位块并配有固定用的第二锁紧螺母,所述U形定位块两端部分别开有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔内设置有支撑销轴并配有固定用螺母,所述支撑销轴上设置有张紧轮。
其进一步特征在于,所述驱动机构为气缸或滚珠丝杆模组。
采用本发明的结构后,由于机架上设置有两个支撑轴,在两个支撑轴上均可以放置收线轮,并且由锁紧螺母和锥形定位块实现收线轮和支撑轴的固定,收线驱动电机驱动支撑轴转动从而带动收线轮转动实现收线操作,中间的定位块上设置有两个对应的张紧轮,并且由驱动机构驱动其向外和向内循环动作,带动电线整齐的排布绕卷于收线轮上,从两个方向过来的电线可同时实现收线操作,有效的提高了收线效率。

具体实施方式
见图1,图2所示,一种双向收线轮安装装置,其包括机架1,机架1前端左右两侧分别安装有支撑轴2,支撑轴2连接收线驱动电机3,支撑轴2后端安装有锥形定位块4并设置有定位键,支撑轴2前端设置有第一外螺纹5,第一外螺纹上设置有第一锁紧螺母6,机架1前端中间设置有两个并排的滑套7,滑套7内设置有可滑动的水平导杆8,两个水平导杆8后端连接驱动机构14,驱动机构为气缸或滚珠丝杆模组,可以驱动水平导杆8向内内外的循环移动,采用气缸时,水平导杆8直接与气缸的活塞杆固定连接,当采用滚珠丝杆模组时,水平导杆8固定连接丝杆螺母,丝杆电机驱动丝杆转动实现水平导杆8的移动,两个水平导杆8前端设置有小径段,小径段设置第二外螺纹,小径段套装有U形定位块9并配有固定用的第二锁紧螺母10,U形定位块9两端部分别开有螺纹孔10,螺纹孔10内设置有支撑销轴11并配有固定用螺母12,支撑销轴11上设置有张紧轮13,驱动机构14与收线驱动电机均布置于机架1内,图中15为收线轮,16为电线。

1.一种双向收线轮安装装置,其特征在于,其包括机架,所述机架前端左右两侧分别安装有支撑轴,所述支撑轴连接收线驱动电机,所述支撑轴后端安装有锥形定位块并设置有定位键,所述支撑轴前端设置有第一外螺纹,所述第一外螺纹上设置有第一锁紧螺母,所述机架前端中间设置有两个并排的滑套,所述滑套内设置有可滑动的水平导杆,两个所述水平导杆后端连接驱动机构,两个所述水平导杆前端设置有小径段,所述小径段设置第二外螺纹,所述小径段套装有U形定位块并配有固定用的第二锁紧螺母,所述U形定位块两端部分别开有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔内设置有支撑销轴并配有固定用螺母,所述支撑销轴上设置有张紧轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双向收线轮安装装置,其特征在于,所述驱动机构为气缸或滚珠丝杆模组。
