本发明涉及电线加工设备领域,具体为一种自动收卷装置,其能够有效地提高收卷效率,其包括主机架,主机架侧部安装有一个支撑轴,支撑轴连接驱动电机,支撑轴后端安装有锥形定位块并设置有定位键,支撑轴前端设置有第一外螺纹,第一外螺纹上设置有第一锁紧螺母,主机架侧部还设置有一个滑套,滑套内设置有可滑动的水平导杆,两个水平导杆后端连接驱动机构,水平导杆前端固定安装有定位板,定位板侧部安装有两个并排的张紧轮,主机架前端还安装有前机架,前机架上设置有导向柱机构,导向柱机构包括两个并排的竖向导柱和一个安装于前机架上的纵向导槽内横向导柱,两个竖向导柱的间隙小于等于电线的直径。

[0002] 电线是电力行业最重要的材料,用于设备的供电输送,电线加工需要经过加工才能使用,电线在存放时一般都是绕卷于收线轮上,对于一些小卷的电线,常见的采用人工收卷方式完成,虽然操作起来不麻烦,但是效率太低,人工成本高。发明内容

[0004] 其技术方案是这样的:一种自动收卷装置,其特征在于,其包括主机架,所述主机架侧部安装有一个支撑轴,所述支撑轴连接驱动电机,所述支撑轴后端安装有锥形定位块并设置有定位键,所述支撑轴前端设置有第一外螺纹,所述第一外螺纹上设置有第一锁紧螺母,所述主机架侧部还设置有一个滑套,所述滑套内设置有可滑动的水平导杆,两个所述水平导杆后端连接驱动机构,所述水平导杆前端固定安装有定位板,所述定位板侧部安装有两个并排的张紧轮,所述主机架前端还安装有前机架,所述前机架上设置有导向柱机构, 所述导向柱机构包括两个并排的竖向导柱和一个安装于所述前机架上的纵向导槽内横向导柱,两个所述竖向导柱的间隙小于等于电线的直径。

[0008] 见图1,图2,图3,所示,一种自动收卷装置,其包括主机架1,主机架1侧部安装有一个支撑轴2,支撑轴2连接驱动电机3,支撑轴2后端安装有锥形定位块4并设置有定位键,支撑轴2前端设置有第一外螺纹5,第一外螺纹5上设置有第一锁紧螺母6,主机架1侧部还设置有一个滑套7,滑套7内设置有可滑动的水平导杆8,两个水平导杆8后端连接驱动机构16,驱动机构16为气缸或滚珠丝杆模组,可以驱动水平导杆8向内内外的循环移动,采用气缸时,水平导杆8直接与气缸的活塞杆固定连接,当采用滚珠丝杆模组时,水平导杆8固定连接丝杆螺母,丝杆电机驱动丝杆转动实现水平导杆8的移动,水平导杆前端固定安装有定位板9, 定位板9侧部安装有两个并排的张紧轮10,主机架1前端还安装有前机架11,前机架11上设置有导向柱机构,导向柱机构包括两个并排的竖向导柱12和一个安装于前机架11上的纵向导槽13内横向导柱14,两个竖向导柱12的间隙小于等于电线15的直径。电线顺次穿过横向导柱14、纵向导柱、两个张紧轮10后收卷于放线轮19上。主机架1上还设置有限位板17,起到限定定位板9位置的作用。图中18为锁紧横向导柱的螺母。

1.一种自动收卷装置,其特征在于,其包括主机架,所述主机架侧部安装有一个支撑 轴,所述支撑轴连接驱动电机,所述支撑轴后端安装有锥形定位块并设置有定位键,所述支 撑轴前端设置有第一外螺纹,所述第一外螺纹上设置有第一锁紧螺母,所述主机架侧部还 设置有一个滑套,所述滑套内设置有可滑动的水平导杆,两个所述水平导杆后端连接驱动 机构,所述水平导杆前端固定安装有定位板,所述定位板侧部安装有两个并排的张紧轮,所 述主机架前端还安装有前机架,所述前机架上设置有导向柱机构,所述导向柱机构包括两 个并排的竖向导柱和一个安装于所述前机架上的纵向导槽内横向导柱,两个所述竖向导柱 的间隙小于等于电线的直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动收卷装置,其特征在于,所述驱动机构为气缸或滚珠 丝杆模组。
