本发明公开了一种再生环氧树脂卫浴内衬板,所述内衬板自上而下依次包括面层、中间层和底层,所述面层为玻璃纤维层,所述中间层为环氧树脂颗粒板,所述底层为泡沫层。所述环氧树脂颗粒板为再生环氧树脂复合玻璃纤维板。本发明提供的再生环氧树脂卫浴内衬板,将风力发电的环氧树脂叶片进行再生利用,采用玻璃短纤维增强,提高了内衬板的强度,而且泡沫层吸音减震,与传统的内衬板相比具有更好消音效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种再生环氧树脂卫浴内衬板。
背景技术
现有的洁具产品可分为陶瓷和亚克力两大类。
亚克力,又叫PMMA或有机玻璃,源自英文acrylic(丙烯酸塑料),化学名称为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。是一种开发较早的重要可塑性高分子材料,具有较好的透明性、化学稳定性和耐候性、易染色、易加工、外观优美,在建筑业中有着广泛的应用。有机玻璃产品通常可以分为浇注板、挤出板和模塑料。
亚克力制造成的洁具相比金属和陶瓷洁具的原料成本会低许多,且性能非常好,因此具有价格优势和更强的市场竞争力。
亚克力洁具具有一定程度的自我复原特性,若是亚克力洁具的表面有划痕,洁具本身会有一定程度的自我修复功能。而且亚克力洁具的表面光滑洁白,清洗方便。
亚克力洁具的热传递很慢,因此保温效果良好,即使是在寒冷的冬天,皮肤接触亚克力洁具体表也不会感觉到“冰冷”的感觉。人体与亚克力洁具碰撞,一般不会碰痛躯体,是制造豪华洁具的必选材料。
亚克力洁具的结构大多为,亚克力面板、内衬板以及支撑架。
内衬板大多采用玻璃钢,或玻璃纤维板。这种内衬强度有限,如作为马桶或浴缸可能存在局部强度的不足。
我国风电行业的迅猛发展为叶片用环氧结构胶粘剂和环氧基体树脂的应用提供了巨大的市场空间。环氧基体树脂是生产叶片和叶片模具的主体材料之一,环氧树脂结构胶用于风电叶片上壳体和下壳体的粘接。
目前,国内风电机组绝大多数为1.5MW的机型,每个机组需要三个叶片,每个叶片环氧结构胶的用量约为0.35吨,环氧基体树脂的用量约为2吨。这种叶片的寿命为10-15年,而风力发电叶片的环氧树脂并不是纯净物,存在各种各样的组分和配方,环氧树脂很难降解,因此,如何利用废旧的叶片成为业界的难题。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种再生环氧树脂卫浴内衬板,将风力发电的环氧树脂叶片进行再生利用,提高了现有亚克力洁具的内衬强度。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种再生环氧树脂卫浴内衬板,所述内衬板自上而下依次包括面层、中间层和底层,所述面层为玻璃纤维层,所述中间层为环氧树脂颗粒板,所述底层为泡沫层。
所述衬板的厚度为2~50mm,其中面层厚度为0.5~20mm,中间层厚度为1~20mm,泡沫层厚度为0.5~20mm。
所述环氧树脂颗粒板为再生环氧树脂复合玻璃纤维板,由环氧树脂叶片再生制成,具体的,所述环氧树脂颗粒板包括再生环氧树脂颗粒、高分子树脂、玻璃短纤维、填充剂、改良剂。
所述环氧树脂颗粒板中,再生环氧树脂颗粒、高分子树脂、玻璃短纤维、填充剂、改良剂的质量份数各自为30~60份、20~50份、10~40份、5~20份、1~10份。
进一步,所述再生环氧树脂颗粒是将风力发电的环氧树脂叶片切割、粉碎成粒径为1~5mm的颗粒得到;
所述环氧树脂颗粒板中的高分子树脂为不饱和聚酯树脂,进一步,所述不饱和聚酯树脂优选为邻苯型不饱和聚酯树脂,更优选为196树脂和191树脂,质量比为1:0.5~3。
所述191树脂可采用再生191树脂,是将191树脂边角料粉碎成粒径1~10mm的颗粒得到。
所述玻璃短纤维是指纤维长度0.1~10mm的玻璃纤维,优选0.2~5mm。
所述填充剂为石英粉、氢氧化铝粉、二氧化硅粉、大理石粉、碳酸钙粉中的一种或两种以上的混合。
所述改良剂为增韧剂、抗老剂、阻燃剂、增容剂中的一种或两种以上的混合。所述增韧剂可以为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂、聚醋酸乙烯或者氯化石蜡等。
所述环氧树脂颗粒板可通过浇筑或经热压机热压制成。
所述底层为泡沫层,起到吸音减震的作用。所述泡沫层可以为聚氨酯泡沫和/或不饱和聚酯泡沫。
所述面层为玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层优选不饱和聚酯树脂复合玻璃纤维板,即不饱和聚酯玻璃钢。
进一步,所述不饱和聚酯树脂复合玻璃纤维板中,不饱和聚酯树脂优选为邻苯型不饱和聚酯树脂,更优选为196树脂和/或191树脂。
更进一步,所述不饱和聚酯树脂复合玻璃纤维板包括不饱和聚酯树脂、玻璃短纤维、填充剂、改良剂,其中,不饱和聚酯树脂、玻璃短纤维、填充剂、改良剂的质量份数各自为30~80份、10~40份、5~20份、1~10份。所述改良剂为增韧剂、抗老剂、阻燃剂、增容剂、引发剂、促进剂、固化剂中的一种或两种以上的混合。所述增韧剂可以为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂、聚醋酸乙烯或者氯化石蜡等。
所述不饱和聚酯树脂复合玻璃纤维板可通过浇筑或经热压机热压制成。
所述再生环氧树脂卫浴内衬板的面层、中间层和底层之间可通过胶合和/或热压复合。
本发明提供的再生环氧树脂卫浴内衬板,面层采用玻璃纤维层增强,中间层回收利用环氧树脂颗粒,同样采用玻璃纤维增强,提高了内衬板的强度,而且泡沫层吸音减震,与传统的内衬板相比具有更好消音效果。
本发明采用废弃边角料191树脂和新料196树脂的混合配方,用于制作环氧树脂颗粒板。传统卫浴板材仅采用191树脂,在裁切时会产生大量的废弃边角料,这些边角料目前都被直接掩埋。但是由于此类物质需要几十年甚至上百年的时候才能被自然降解,因此,找寻一种再利用方案是本领域急需解决的技术问题。发明人尝试将191树脂的边角料粉碎,而发明人在实践中发现,如果采用191树脂的边角料和新料混合利用,会产生两个问题,首先是可能会产生局部剥落,其次是裂纹。因此,发明人经过大量尝试,得出本方案,解决了局部剥落和裂纹问题。
本发明回收利用191树脂边角料和环氧树脂废料制成卫浴内衬板,解决了环氧树脂和191树脂的利用难题,节能环保。
本发明提供的内衬板,相对传统玻璃钢衬板,提高抗压强度30%以上,解决了叶片难以处置的环保问题。

下面以具体实施例来对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于此。
实施例1
一种再生环氧树脂卫浴内衬板,一个实施方式如图1所示,所述内衬板自上而下依次包括面层1、中间层2和底层3,所述面层1为玻璃纤维层,所述中间层2为环氧树脂颗粒板,所述底层3为泡沫层,面层、中间层和底层之间通过胶合和/或热压复合。
其中环氧树脂颗粒板为再生环氧树脂复合玻璃纤维板,由环氧树脂叶片再生制成,具体的,所述环氧树脂颗粒板由再生环氧树脂颗粒、高分子树脂、玻璃短纤维、填充剂、改良剂组成。
在本实施例中,环氧树脂颗粒板中,再生环氧树脂颗粒、高分子树脂、玻璃短纤维、填充剂、改良剂的质量份数各自为60份、50份、20份、10份、5份。
所述再生环氧树脂颗粒是将风力发电的环氧树脂叶片切割、粉碎成棒材,然后切割、粉碎成粒径为1~5mm的颗粒;
所述高分子树脂为质量比1:2的196树脂和191树脂。
所述玻璃短纤维是指纤维长度0.5~3mm的玻璃纤维。
所述填充剂为碳酸钙粉。
所述改良剂为增韧剂。
所述环氧树脂颗粒板是将各原料混合后,经热压机热压制成。
所述面层为玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层优选不饱和聚酯树脂复合玻璃纤维板,即不饱和聚酯玻璃钢。
进一步,在本实施例中,玻璃纤维层为191树脂复合玻璃纤维板。
更进一步,所述不饱和聚酯树脂复合玻璃纤维板包括191树脂、玻璃短纤维、填充剂、改良剂,其中,191树脂、玻璃短纤维、填充剂、改良剂的质量份数各自为50份、30份、5份、3份。所述改良剂为增韧剂、引发剂、促进剂。所述不饱和聚酯树脂复合玻璃纤维板直接浇筑制得。
所述底层为泡沫层,起到吸音减震的作用。所述泡沫层为聚氨酯吸音泡沫。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述面层厚度为1mm;中间层厚度为3mm,底层厚度为1mm。压缩强度260MPa。
实施例2
与实施例1的内衬板结构相同,所不同的是,环氧树脂颗粒板的配方不同,其中,再生环氧树脂颗粒、高分子树脂、玻璃短纤维、填充剂、改良剂的质量份数各自为30份、40份、20份、10份、3份。所述高分子树脂为质量比1:1的196树脂和191树脂。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述面层厚度为3mm;中间层度为5mm,底层厚度为3mm。压缩强度270MPa。
实施例3
与实施例1的内衬板结构相同,所不同的是,环氧树脂颗粒板的配方不同,其中,环氧树脂颗粒板中,再生环氧树脂颗粒、高分子树脂、玻璃短纤维、填充剂、改良剂的质量份数各自为40份、20份、10份、5份、1份。所述高分子树脂为质量比1:0.5的196树脂和191树脂。所述191树脂可采用再生191树脂,将191树脂边角料粉碎成粒径1~5mm的颗粒得到。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述面层厚度为3mm,中间层厚度为4mm,底层厚度为3mm。压缩强度265MPa。
实施例4
与实施例1的内衬板结构相同,所不同的是,玻璃纤维层的配方不同,其中,玻璃纤维层为191树脂复合玻璃纤维板,配方为191树脂、玻璃短纤维、填充剂、改良剂的质量份数各自为70份、20份、10份、3份。所述改良剂为增韧剂、引发剂、促进剂。所述不饱和聚酯树脂复合玻璃纤维板直接浇筑制得。

1.一种再生环氧树脂卫浴内衬板,其特征在于所述内衬板自上而下依次包括面层、中间层和底层,所述面层为玻璃纤维层,所述中间层为环氧树脂颗粒板,所述底层为泡沫层;所述环氧树脂颗粒板为再生环氧树脂复合玻璃纤维板;所述环氧树脂颗粒板包括再生环氧树脂颗粒、高分子树脂、玻璃短纤维、填充剂、改良剂;所述环氧树脂颗粒板中,再生环氧树脂颗粒、高分子树脂、玻璃短纤维、填充剂、改良剂的质量份数各自为30~60份、20~50份、10~40份、5~20份、1~10份;所述再生环氧树脂颗粒是将风力发电的环氧树脂叶片切割、粉碎成粒径为1~5mm的颗粒得到;所述高分子树脂为196树脂和191树脂,质量比为1:0.5~3。
