背景技术
面瘫(别名：面神经麻痹 英文：facioplegia)是以面部表情肌群运动功能障碍为主要特征的一种常见病，一般症状是口眼歪斜。面神经麻痹又称为面神经炎、贝尔氏麻痹，亨特综合症，俗称“面瘫”、“歪嘴巴”、“歪歪嘴”、“吊线风”。面瘫是一种常见病、多发病，它不受年龄限制。患者面部往往连最基本的抬眉、闭眼，鼓嘴等动作都无法完成。
面瘫是一种危害非常大的疾病，如果没能及时发现，使面瘫的病情不能得到有效的控制和治疗，或者治疗过程中出现误诊，都会导致病情加重，给患者造成更为严重的伤害。
面瘫早期治疗方法以改善局部血液循环，消除面神经的炎症和水肿为主，后期以促进神经机能恢复为其主要治疗原则。多针灸治疗。
随着现代医学的不断发展，出现了一些药品，虽解除了许多患者的疾患，但多数临床医生及患者仍感到见效慢、疗效差、服药时间长、费用高、治疗面单一，与该病相关的体症不能兼顾治疗 。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种治疗面瘫的中药组合物，本中药组合物具有清热除湿，活血通络之功效，治疗面瘫 疗效好，见效快。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种治疗面瘫的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下列原料药制成，各组分的重量份为：制白附子11-13、白芷11-13、全蝎2-4、蜈蚣2-4、地龙11-13、茯苓皮18-22、生地黄18-22、丝瓜络14-16、黄柏11-13、板蓝根14-16、甘草9-11、葛根9-11。
所述的治疗面瘫 的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下列原料药组成，各组分的重量份为：制白附子12、白芷12、全蝎3、蜈蚣3、地龙12、茯苓皮20、生地黄20、丝瓜络15、黄柏12、板蓝根15、甘草10、葛根10。
所述的治疗面瘫的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）按配方比例称取各组分原料；
（2）用黄酒将地龙浸泡6-7天，地龙和黄酒的重量比为1:2-3，然后将地龙和黄酒一起研磨成浆，得地龙浆；
（3）将配方中除去全蝎、蜈蚣的其余原料药干燥混合粉碎，然后过60目筛，向粗粉中加入粗粉质量4-6%的蜂蜜、1%的大麦芽粉、1%的草莓粉、150%的纯净水，配制培养基，并于121℃灭菌18min，冷却后，按1％接种量接种嗜酸乳杆菌、按3%接种量接种酵母，在温度为35-36℃的条件下，发酵24-36h，发酵结束后，在50-55℃条件下干燥，得到发酵混合粉；
（4）向步骤（3）得到发酵混合粉中加8-10倍量的乙醇回流提取2-3次，每次3-4h，合并滤液，得到发酵提取液，减压回收乙醇至无醇味得发酵提取浸膏；
（5）乙醇回流提取后的药渣和配方中余下的全蝎、蜈蚣一起混合，加8-10倍量的水煎煮2-3次，每次1-1.5h ,合并水煎液，浓缩至50-60℃相对密度为1.1-1.2的浸膏；
（6）将步骤（2）的地龙浆、步骤（4）发酵提取浸膏和步骤（5）水提浸膏混合均匀，干燥后，按要求进行真空包装。
用法用量：一日2次，每次3-4g，温水冲服，一般15天为一疗程。
有益效果
本发明的治疗面瘫 的中药组合物，发挥复方中药的整体调节优势，能有效发挥协同作用，起到祛风活血，舒筋通络之功效，治疗面瘫、疗效好，见效快。 经临床212例患者的口服治疗，总有效率为100％，能明显改善面部口眼歪斜及耳后疼痛症状。治疗效果优83％、良17％、无无效病例。
具体实施方式
一种治疗面瘫的中药组合物，由下列原料药组成，各组分的重量（g）为：
制白附子12、白芷12、全 蝎3、蜈蚣3、地龙12、茯苓皮20、生地黄20、丝瓜络15、黄柏12、板蓝根15、甘草10、葛根10。
制备方法：
（1）按配方比例称取各组分原料；
（2）用黄酒将地龙浸泡6-7天，地龙和黄酒的重量比为1:2-3，然后将地龙和黄酒一起研磨成浆，得地龙浆；

1、王某，男，28岁，因“左侧口眼歪斜一周”，诊断为周围性面瘫，服用本发明的中药组合物，一日三次， 每次3g，温开水送服，服用1个疗程后，明显好转，左侧额纹恢复，眼睑能闭合，口角无明显偏歪，继服1个疗程后，治愈。
2、夏某，男，42岁，因“右侧侧口眼歪斜5天”，诊断为周围性面瘫，予服用本发明的中药组合物，一日三次， 每次3g，温开水送服，服用1个疗程后，右侧额纹基本恢复，眼睑能闭合，右侧鼻唇沟基本恢复，继服1个疗程后，治愈。
3、张某，女，38岁，因“左侧口眼歪斜3天”，诊断为周围性面瘫，服用本发明的中药组合物，一日三次， 每次3g，温开水送服，服用1周后，左侧额纹恢复，眼睑能闭合，左侧鼻唇沟无变浅，继服2个疗程后，治愈。
4、朱某，男，51岁，因“左侧口眼歪斜15天”，诊断为周围性面瘫，服用本发明的中药组合物，一日三次， 每次3g，温开水送服，服用20天后，左侧额纹基本恢复，眼睑能闭合，吹口哨、鼓腮等动作能完成，继服3个疗程后，治愈。

1.一种治疗面瘫的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下列原料药制成，各组分的重量份为：制白附子11-13、白芷11-13、全蝎2-4、蜈蚣2-4、地龙11-13、茯苓皮18-22、生地黄18-22、丝瓜络14-16、黄柏11-13、板蓝根14-16、甘草9-11、葛根9-11。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗面瘫 的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下列原料药组成，各组分的重量份为：制白附子12、白芷12、全蝎3、蜈蚣3、地龙12、茯苓皮20、生地黄20、丝瓜络15、黄柏12、板蓝根15、甘草10、葛根10。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗面瘫的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）按配方比例称取各组分原料；
（2）用黄酒将地龙浸泡6-7天，地龙和黄酒的重量比为1:2-3，然后将地龙和黄酒一起研磨成浆，得地龙浆；
